While my wife and I were having breakfast, they presented me with a delicious chocolate cake and sang a lovely birthday song, which made the occasion very special. To my delight, there was another pleasant surprise awaiting me when I returned to my room after breakfast. The staff had beautifully decorated the room with birthday wishes, adding a warm and thoughtful personal touch to our stay. I was deeply touched by the thoughtful decorations prepared by the hotel staff. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made me feel valued and made the celebration even more special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional hospitality made our visit unforgettable. From the beautifully presented birthday cake to the wonderfully decorated room, every gesture reflected genuine care and professionalism. Facilities: The gym is very large, and the infinity pool is perfect for photos and lounging. It's very close to the beach, just across the road. Cleanliness: The hotel is new, and the rooms smell fresh, with no musty odors. Service: Excellent! We were able to check in before 1 PM. The front desk staff were very welcoming and spoke both English and Chinese fluently, so communication was seamless. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and there was a doorman to greet us at the entrance. Environment: The lobby has a bar where you can order coffee, drinks, etc. It's a nice spot to sit and chat. Location: It's a bit of a distance from the bustling Patong area, about 1-1.5 km, so if convenience is a top priority, you might want to reconsider. A 7-Eleven is quite close, just a three to five-minute walk away. Breakfast: There's a good variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The dining environment is also excellent. The breakfast is definitely quite good and satisfying.

I initially thought it would be one of those private beach sea view rooms, but it turns out there's a road separating the hotel from the sea, and the entire street is lined with hotels and bars. The hotel is right in front of the patong beach. 20 mins walking distance from bangala road. Not so noisy and messy as it’s quite a distance from bangala street. Hotel breakfast is good too. A lot of varieties of food at breakfast.
