The room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time. I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin. Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. Starting from Belgrade, the place we arrived after seeing the House in the River and the Bullet Hole Monument was a small town, but the environment was very good. There was a large forest behind the hotel where you could take a walk.

Playing in Zlatibor, I chose this one for two nights. The environment is very good and very quiet. Two-room suite, one big bed and one twin bed. No breakfast is provided, but there is a living room with kitchen and tableware. It was cold that day and there was heating in the room. The next day, the bath towels were not replaced with new ones, and the whole bed was adjusted and the garbage was dumped.

There is no delicious food nearby, the first Japanese food and unpalatable, and the pizza restaurant is also unpalatable!

We were very satisfied with the room and had a comfortable stay. The hotel service was also excellent, and the kids went to the spa every day.

When checkingin, it was said that all passports were left for about half an hour to return. We do not agree to leave the passport and the front desk can handle it immediately. It took about 10 minutes to do it. Two rooms in the family apartment. It was snowing and cold when I went. But the room radiator has not been turned on. There is an air conditioner in the living room. There is no heating in the room. The two beds in the twin bed are very small, about 80-90 cm wide. The air conditioner is also bad for a while. It is too cold to ask if the radiator can be turned on. At first, it was said that the whole building was unified. Later, I brought a heater. But there was one. Later, I reacted with Trip.com . Finally, the radiator was turned on. It's not so cold.
