"When checkingin, it was said that all passports were left for about half an hour to return. We do not agree to leave the passport and the front desk can handle it immediately. It took about 10 minutes to do it. Two rooms in the family apartment. It was snowing and cold when I went. But the room radiator has not been turned on. There is an air conditioner in the living room. There is no heating in the room. The two beds in the twin bed are very small, about 80-90 cm wide. The air conditioner is also bad for a while. It is too cold to ask if the radiator can be turned on. At first, it was said that the whole building was unified. Later, I brought a heater. But there was one. Later, I reacted with Trip.com . Finally, the radiator was turned on. It's not so cold."

BbaobeipoloThe room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time.
I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin.
Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

LLiangyingchun這個酒店總體很好，環境、衞生、服務、酒店用品、早餐、設施、熱水、停車場都很好。我評價時設施衹給了2分，不是因為設施不好，而是因為我住的508房間設計不好，見附圖：房間是大樓頂部斜坡部份，忱頭距離屋頂高度不足50cm,房頂還塗成白色，沒有警示，睡覺起來頭部重重撞到房間頂板昏回床上，到牀頭櫃取個眼鏡被撞倒在地板上。這已經不是房間好不好的問題了，而是會不會要命的問題。不知為何這樣的設計能做客房，在中國顯然不行。

観光というよりホテル内でゆっくりすることを目的にここを選びました。部屋もサウナも快適でよかったです。
欠点がないホテルです。
旦那が誕生日だったので、直前にメールでケーキのオーダーを相談したら、無料で手配してくれました。ホテル一同サプライズのお手伝いをしてくれて嬉しかったです。スタッフのホスピタリティは満点以上です。
レストランも大変おいしかったです。最高の滞在でした。

GGuest UserPlaying in Zlatibor, I chose this one for two nights. The environment is very good and very quiet. Two-room suite, one big bed and one twin bed. No breakfast is provided, but there is a living room with kitchen and tableware. It was cold that day and there was heating in the room. The next day, the bath towels were not replaced with new ones, and the whole bed was adjusted and the garbage was dumped.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free for guests staying in the hotel. There is a swimming pool and sauna. There is no kettle in the room and no toiletries.
Hygiene: More environmentally friendly♻️, because the daily room cleaning only cleans up the garbage, does not change the bedding and towels, and does not make the bed
Environment: Close to the town center and the gold Gondola🚡 sightseeing spot, good air and less pollution. I chose a panoramic apartment, which is large and spacious. There is a bed in the attic with a window, a sofa bed downstairs, and a balcony.
Service: There are English-speaking service staff at the front desk and restaurant. The overall feeling is great. It is better to ski in winter. If I come again, I will choose it again.

NNiudouWrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk attitude is generally not very warm, the processing speed is slow, the bed frame decoration in the room is a cement wall, it is very strange, like half of the rough room! Outdated facilities! The advantage is that it is close to the square and convenient to walk! There is no delicious food nearby, the first Japanese food and unpalatable, and the pizza restaurant is also unpalatable!
