Hotels With spa in Braga District, Portugal

It is a nice hotel right in front of S. Bento’s church. It has a couple of restaurants nearby but we always had dinner at the hotel. Great food, both breakfast and dinner, and each plate had a very generous amount of food, good enough to share with another person. Pillows are too soft, beds are good, rooms are also nice but are not sound proof. You can access the Spa for an hour as long as you book it in advance and it costs you 10€ per person.

The most important thing — this is not really spa hotel. There is spa center across the road, but the only one benefit that you have as a guest of the hotel is 10% discount. In total if you want to have a spa, you must pay extra 30 euros per person per day. I think its not so fare for guests. And the second thing is that you have only scrambled eggs and bacon as a hot dish for the breakfast. In the rest moments — everything is fine, staff is friendly, room was clean (but there is no fridge or mini-bar, that strange).

The service was five star from the initial greeting through to check out. Accommodation was modern with glass doors and quality fittings plus a coffee machine which was a nice touch. Spa was very good although you need a shower cap for the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent and they even provided gluten-free pastries which was a lovely touch. Finally, the vineyard and surrounding areas are stunning.

Sensible room sizes. I had the queen suite. Had a bath and separate shower and toilet. Air con in the room and a comfortable (what felt like a) king size bed. I didn’t use much of the facilities apart from the breakfast which was a continental style buffet and a station where they make omelettes of your choosing along with bacon and mini sausages.

We came to spend a night in this hotel on Sunday Easter. Very nice and well designed hotel. The first double standard table we stayed was very small. We asked for change to one at the same level but with better view and were very reasonable. The spa entrances were not controlled, which led to overtime of people at the time. The restaurant area is the same as breakfast area, and the food is median. It is preferable dinner in the city center since we are at 500m. very good breakfast. Free parking very limited.

My experience in the Maison Albar Amoure was simply unforgettable everything absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end! ✨ The space is astonishing, with elegant and detailed attention that makes us feel in a real luxury shelter. The staff are extraordinarily sympathetic We are always very careful, available and really worried about making the stay even more special. And breakfast... just extraordinary, with a variety and quality that exceed any expectations. The room is thought to the detail: silent, welcome and with an atmosphere that even invites to turn off and enjoy the moment. An experience that remains in memory for how everything flows with nature and care. 💛

Exceptional! . That would be the word to summarize the stay! 😍, both for the place and the human treatment you can find and will give you. It is a stay in an old house rehabilitated in a boutique hotel with 14 rooms each and each of them different and those I could see, which one of them most beautiful, each with its personality and identity. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It has a small swimming pool that we enjoy at the end of the day or what good it does not have time, you can use it 24h. The people staying a silence that we all seemed to be at home and enjoy that quiet. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The small town of Guimaraes is a treasure to discover. The hotel does not have duvets for the cold, just blankets. For those with allergies, there was no other option for the cold in the room. The indoor pool water was cold. Breakfast doesn't have much variety. The room is already in need of renovation, with stained carpets. I wasn't very pleased with the price charged and the quality it offered.
