Valentina ObispoThe room was fine and the food was average. What disappointed us was how the hotel handled our early departure. We had to cut our stay short because the road between Peshawar and Islamabad was going to close—and it did—so we couldn’t stay for the second night. We requested a refund for the unused night, explaining that these circumstances were beyond our control, but their response was unsatisfactory. We would have appreciated more understanding and flexibility.

Hamid_NThe view and the location is really nice. The room was spaciaous and cozy, loved the view from the room in the morning. The only thing I wouldn't recommend while staying here would be the room service food. It's not on par with the rest of the services provided at the hotel.
