Amazing stay with return airport transfer, saved a lot with this great service. The hotel is linked to a mall with KFC, Starbucks and some restaurants. There are some local hawker stalls around, also, some local marts around, good enough for transit. My recommendation is to inform the hotel at least a day earlier about your arrival time so that you have enough time to communicate for the arrival pickup. I was lucky as i was the only 1 to ride on the car, the meeting point was quite difficult to find so the driver came to my location to pick me up. For departure, i reserved a seat for myself a day earlier due to i have early flight. The room is spacious and overall is good with simple amenities.

Very nice hotel and location. Aircond room need to improve and water pressure room very weak. Overall very2 convenient. Friendly staff and very puntual arrangement. Keep it up !!!

Had a bad experience of getting a smoking room despite my specific request of non smoking room. Could not sleep comfortably becouse of the cigarette smells, and I was feverish with sore throatt the day after. I got a cleaner non smoking room at the second night though.

Love the ambience of hotel, with japanese theme. Super neat ,tidy and clean.All Staff are all professional and friendly. Chusa also have lovely happy smile when greeting customer. There is shuttle station as well free for guest and bicycle in front of hotel.Indomaret are big plus in the complex. The quietness are superb as well, far from noise. Also gym and swimming pool are available to use. Yummy and healthy yet simple japanese style brekkie is the best bonus here. Overall everything is great. Will recommend to friends and family for airport stay or exploring pik2.

This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

Just 15 mins away from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, kindly greeted by the reception Mr. Raja, previously i called the hotel and he was the one who answer the phone & explain to me regarding the hotel, he also helped me to do the check-in process. room was clean & somewhat spacious. Bathroom had an issue with the glass door while i take a bath the water spills out from the glass door, maybe a simple sealant would help. Amenities served me well but the mineral water not served bottled, instead served at the guest room corridor, i would love to get the bottled one.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Very friendly staff. Earlier check in, thank you. Free Airport Shuttle, well organized. Thank you to the front desk for the friendly n professional customer service. All is good except the breakfast at 9 AM on November29th, , food like the opor ayam ,bubur ayam etc , cold n not replenished . No trays to carry the plates/food.. Towels are worn out.

It's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of week for work and I must say that the service in this hotel is superb. The hotel staff especially the front office staff, Ms Desy, Mr Mahesa & Mr Farisi have been very helpful with providing all my clients and I's needs. Doesn't matter at what times, they're always ready to help. I went back and forth to the airport a lot so I used their shuttle facility a lot and they're so quick to pick up all of my clients. The drivers are so nice, shout out to Mr Rinal, Mr Irman and Mr Arif. The room is also really nice, very recommended if you need a place to stay around the airport. Excellent. 10/10

My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in. Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor. I wish the management / staff /employees of this property a prosperous and healthy life.

Perfect spot to stay if you want to get to airport fast. A bit far from the city center if you want to do anything there but the hotel is great. No complaints :)

Good location near airport. Lots of small local street shops and street food outside hotel. Close to indomaret and Alfamart. Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms. Michael leave available in lobby. Electric kettle was provided on request.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

I was very happy stayed in Mercure Tangerang BSD City for 2 days. Spent time for my long weekend with my big family, cousins & nephews for reunited after long time not seeing them. I choosed this hotel because i saw many influencer were reviewed this hotel. They have kids playground, swimming pool, kids activity (but we were not lucky because only available on sunday), and also zoo rider. We spent all day long just stayed in the room because the ambiance like staying at our second home. I would like to recommend this to my friend to bring their family for staying here.

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

Visiting Indonesia from Miami, FL USA. JHL Gading Serpong was a 5 star experience! Ms. Fretty went above and beyond for our hotel experience. She provided excellent service, a kind/professional manner and graciously provided us with a beautiful room with panoramic views in the Executive Suite. Without hesitation JHL Gading Serpong will be my hotel of choice and booked without a doubt on my next stay! Thank you kindly to all of the amazing staff that made our stay so special!…..
