The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

The room is spacious and affordable, with a shopping mall downstairs, and Chinese restaurants nearby. Taxis are also readily available. It's one of my favorite hotels, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Haha.

The room too dark and far away from the elevator. There isn’t any side table light compare to my several previous stay. The front desk not helpful at all and will not come back anymore visiting the hotel. It’s time to move on other hotel with better facilities. The hotel simply need to upgrade it as most of the items are very old. Moreover the front desk need to act professional and not assisting.

The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall that's open until 10 PM, so we had dinner there! In the morning, since the mall only opens at 10 AM, we ate at the hotel's buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was incredibly delicious. They even had fruits like papaya!

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

It took me about 20 minutes to get to the apartment by taxi from the airport. The service was very warm and welcoming; they even brought the keys to me in the lobby. The room was good and very clean. The ground floor has a great variety of food options, including hotpot, BBQ, sushi restaurants, and Mala Tang. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.
