Room is basic. Very small toilet. The aircond placement is weird, the room is not cold throughout the night. It was so basic, other budget hotels can give you a cosy feeling than this. Plus point - we didnt bring universal plug, and the hotel has it and lobby is nice.

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Cleaning condition is bad... When I check in there are many Hairs on the floor. Small fries are in the room, looks come from toilet. So far good with good price. I have been using this hotel every month since last year. Getting unhygine condition. And..... it is really serious issue, they never change menu for breakfast. I eat same menu for more than 1 year... Vivere... wake up!!!

Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! The hotel is huge with many rooms. After checking in, we took a buggy to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean, tidy, and exceptionally quiet. The only downside was that the pipes seemed to be leaking, making a gurgling sound, which we just put up with. Breakfast was incredibly rich and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, with many Western foreigners. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

We’ve got upgraded from regular cabana to a bigger size cabana. General service is good. We’ve come here multiple years. Especially my wife she has come here since she was a child. But I dont think we’re coming back… there was dead cockroach inside the room, okay no big deal its a garden heaven there. Ok, cleaners didnt clean the room properly, used coffee glasses are left where they are, uncleaned. Come on. We even tipped those cleaners before we left but still… Can feel a tensed attitude from many of the staffs, very arrogant. But who cares.. we are here for holiday right? Maybe next, its time to choose a better quality hotel. Its time to move on.

Nice hotel in the area outside the city It was very full when I was there. Staff was really friendly and the view was even nice.
