Travelling is an eye opener. I came across the worst rudest Front Desk person , Heidi. I booked a Seaview Executive Room, but was given one with a view of a broken hut on some stones. Heidi at the Front Desk said , ” You booked through *******, so we cannot change for you.”. I said ,” I paid extra to have a seaview room snd it is printed out on my voucher. .” ... Heidi said ” ******* made a mistake, our hotel is full, we cannot change room for you”.I said I need to take photo of your name plate to complain against you” . Heidi said , ”It is against the law here for you to take a photo of me, I will call the Police” ...She stormed into the manager's room. Her manager, Renee, was more reasonable. We were offered a seaview room in the end. I hope that this very bad experience was not because I am asian.
The rooftop restaurant is good because of it staff, its view. I should have taken photo of the 'broken hut view' room.

Great to stay several nights, the room was cozy enough for staying alone and the breakfast was good enough. See View with iceberg was just fascinating. Free transit service from and to airport was great service provided (one way trip by taxi from airport is about 150dkk)

Guest UserThe hotel boasts stunning views. While not located in town, it's conveniently situated about a 20-minute walk, or you can easily take a bus or ask the front desk to call a taxi. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from the meeting point. The front desk staff are very welcoming and responsive. The hotel is clean and provides excellent service. Airport transfers are hassle-free, as the hotel updates the pick-up and drop-off times for the following day's flights every night. The rooms are well-equipped with complimentary water and sandwiches, and amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, and bathrobes are readily available – a rare find.

Anonymous UserSuper worth the room, you can see crushed ice in the room. The heating in the room is very comfortable, there are refrigerators, pots and pans, and several pots for cooking in the room. The restroom is also very big. During breakfast, the lighting in the restaurant on the first floor was super warm, and the Nordic atmosphere was captured

Greenland has not many choices, it is very cost-effective to book this, stay in an apartment
Can sleep five people in an extra bed, the space is very large, the kitchen appliances have everything and the washing machine
What time is not satisfied, the check-in time has been telling us that we are cleaning the room, not how long it will take.
We waited on the first floor, waited for more than an hour and said it was still cleaning but we could go to the room and see
But didn't say where the room was at all. We didn't have a key? I continued to ask and said that the key was on the cleaning person, but where did we live? I told us at this time.
The apartment is located on the second floor and takes about fifteen steps to climb the stairs, but this road is full of big stone suitcases that will rot.

Located in the northern part of Greenland, you’ll find this little gem, with the most wonderful and warm atmosphere ever experienced. The hospitality of the hosts is world class, and they’ll make you feel home in an instant. The little cafeteria is the definition of coziness, with its wooden interior and live fireplace, this is a place you won’t find nowhere else. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
