The hotel's front desk service was particularly poor. Upon check-in, I explained I'd already booked and paid on Trip.com, but the receptionist showed no respect, insisting I hadn't paid. Later, I called the manager over, who abruptly stated we'd already paid, offering no apology for their previous rudeness.
The room was small and barely adequate. Don't expect too much in Greenland; it's basically nothing. The hotel is close to the airport, but still a distance from the town center. Those with a car should consider this carefully.
We checked out at 10 a.m. and asked if we could check in later, as our flight wasn't at noon. As expected, we were given another rude treatment. I can only say the hotel doesn't think it needs to be polite, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying with such an attitude. Of course, options in Greenland are limited, so if you have no other options, you might want to stay here.

The service is very good 👍, the airport is free to pick up and drop off, send me to another hotel, no charge,  very good smile,  arrival is free of coffee, free luggage storage.

There is free hotel pick-up and drop-off, and there is a supermarket nearby. The location is convenient. The hotel is clean, there are not many choices for breakfast, and the view on the top floor is beautiful!
The room was also very clean, just in time to watch the sunset.

The apartment is located on the second floor and takes about fifteen steps to climb the stairs, but this road is full of big stone suitcases that will rot.
Located in the northern part of Greenland, you’ll find this little gem, with the most wonderful and warm atmosphere ever experienced. The hospitality of the hosts is world class, and they’ll make you feel home in an instant. The little cafeteria is the definition of coziness, with its wooden interior and live fireplace, this is a place you won’t find nowhere else. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
