A stylish retreat in a gorgeous villa. We wanted to book it for our entire stay on the island, but could only get two nights because it was fully booked two months before our arrival. The villa owner, a lovely and communicative French woman, met us at check-in and even helped serve breakfast. That was a really nice touch! The breakfast presentation itself was beautiful and elegant, like something out of the finest Parisian homes. The breakfast was delicious and you could choose what you wanted. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, but it's set back from the road and the main hustle and bustle, so it's always quiet and peaceful. It's comfortable to sleep at night; I don't even think we heard any roosters. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony with a glass of Filipino rum and enjoy the sunset. The room has everything you need, beach towels are provided, and anything else you might need, you can ask the staff, the owner's assistants, for. By the way, with the help of one of the assistants, we booked a tricycle as a taxi to the port at a reasonable price. All in all, we really enjoyed everything. A huge thank you, it was a pleasure spending time here!

This hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation since it’s located along the roadside rather than beachfront. The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

Super clean ng place, okay na okay din ang breakfast nila. Masarap mag relax sa poolside at malapit sa mga bilihan. Need nga lang sumakay ng tryc if may kasama kang matanda kasi medyo malayo ang station 2 and 1

The service was good, clean rooms. Friendly budget accommodation that fits your tight budget. Near the white beach. Unfortunately, we were assigned to a room on the 4th Floor and the facility has no elevator. We treated it as a mini exercise going upstairs. So far, good for a budget hotel accommodation.

Booked for 3 days and 2 nights.
The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price for the service and cleanliness. You won’t feel grossed out by the bathroom floor at all.
Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family.
So go ahead and book your stay—it’s truly worth your money! Take care always, Ate Lowi! Until we meet again.

We really did enjoy our 5 days stay esp in SummerHouse. Has front beach and main road access, approachable staff, delectable breakfast buffet, plenty of pools to dip in and a nature vibe accommodation.
I could stay in this place for a month without getting bored unlike hotel types
Will definitely come back again💗
I just wish there were more beach bed to use 💜

A wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby (we suggest TGH for excellent salpicao), and beachfront was beautiful. Family connecting room was spacious with good sized bathroom (shower & tub), two large screen tvs, and a small balcony with area to hang swimsuits to dry + a safe.
Cons were the breakfast (quality quite low and many options nearby with better value), construction going on (although all staff and workers were courteous and polite), rainshower not working and only luke warm water available for showers/bathing, lots of algae in the ocean waterfront for swimming (especially compared to station 1).

Boracay Sand at Station 3 offers a peaceful escape away from the busier parts of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and hassle-free. Rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quieter beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Minor upgrades in room furnishings would make the experience even better, but overall the excellent service makes it easy to recommend.

This hotel is awesome! It truly felt like visiting grandma for summer vacation, bringing back so much nostalgia. We were very comfortable staying here. We initially stayed in a deluxe room – it was spacious and super! The decor was a bit old-fashioned, but that wasn't a drawback; it was part of its charm. Later, we extended our stay and moved to a standard room, which was also comfortable. It was smaller, of course, but had a more modern interior. However, it didn't have a fridge, which was a downside. All the rooms absolutely match the photos on the website. There's a wardrobe, hangers – everything you need to store your personal belongings. The room was very clean, which is always important to me, especially during long stays. Housekeeping and linen/towel changes are available upon request. The breakfasts were wonderful, hearty, and offered a great selection to suit all tastes. The staff were simply lovely, so kind and ready to help with any questions. The location is also excellent, tucked away (in the middle of the island) at the border of Stations 1 and 2 – you couldn't ask for a more convenient spot; everything is nearby, and there's no noise. Just a heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide tea/coffee sachets or shampoo/toothbrushes, only soap. You'll need to bring all of that with you, especially tea! Finding tea in the Philippines is generally a struggle – it's very expensive in stores and there's not much selection; they even sell it individually! 🙈 Next time I visit this country, I'll definitely bring my own. I've attached photos of the standard room and the breakfasts. I didn't even photograph the deluxe. It's great that all rooms have a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. The only thing missing for my complete happiness was a kitchen where I could occasionally cook something when I got tired of restaurant food. In short, your place is beautiful, cozy, green, and soulful. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
We had an amazing time during our stay. The room is comfy, the amenities can be easily used and accessed. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to them in having us checked in an hour earlier! The other staff were polite. Location is superb, just a walk away from SM City iloilo. Breakfast buffet is 10/10.
However, the room is not soundproof, we can hear the sounds coming from the bar, the sound from vehicles, and the noisy room guests across our room running, and non stop going in and out of the room, laughing til 4am. The staff haven't monitored the several guests going in and out of the room. Please hopefully resolve this because I love your hotel and want to stay again in my next trip.
