✨ Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Review ✨ We had an amazing stay at Paradise Garden Resort Hotel! The place is very clean, the air-conditioning is strong, and there’s reliable WiFi available in all areas of the resort. The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best—so worth it and with plenty of choices. The resort is also Muslim-friendly, which makes it very inclusive and comfortable for all guests. Definitely worth the money—it's beachfront, has multiple pools, and is very accessible to nearby shops. The property is huge, relaxing to walk around, and has a great atmosphere. But the best part of all is the super friendly and accommodating staff—very warm and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was excellent. This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

However, I noticed that the towels provided were old and showed signs of wear and tear. I would suggest replacing them to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Beautiful Hotel, But Breakfast Needs Attention We recently stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay for 2 nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The property is beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect for accessing the beach. However, we feel the breakfast offering is an area that needs significant improvement and doesn't match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. · Limited Variety: The selection was quite limited and remained almost exactly the same every day. After a few days, it became very repetitive. · Food Temperature: The hot food items (e.g., sausages, bacon, steamed rice) were often lukewarm or cold, which was disappointing. · Freshness: On a couple of mornings, the pastries and bread felt a bit stale, as if they were from the previous day. · Local Flavors Missing: We were hoping for more authentic Filipino breakfast options (like garlic rice, different local sausages, or fresh tropical fruits beyond just watermelon and pineapple) to better experience the local cuisine. This is a lovely hotel with so much going for it. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a few improvements to the breakfast would make this a truly 5-star experience. We would still consider staying again, mainly for the excellent service and fantastic facilities.

The room is very old, the equipment is very old, similar to the old guesthouses in China, the place is large, there is a swimming pool, the environment is good, the price-performance ratio is average, the breakfast is average, but it is close to the airport

This review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!
