Location is perfect.
But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small.
Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all.
This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the middle of Lakeside Road, making it convenient to get to either end of Phewa Lake. The surrounding area is Pokhara's bustling city center, but because the hotel is set back a few hundred meters, it's completely quiet at night. We checked in the day after our trip to Australian Camp and immediately indulged in a spa treatment at the hotel, which was an excellent experience! The hotel staff were also very attentive and patient, helping us arrange transport and plan our itinerary. The room facilities aren't luxurious, but they're clean and tidy, and absolutely sufficient. This is a fantastic hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Pokhara!
The accomodation was pretty impressive,
the room service was excellent also the breakfast was abundant. It was also very convenient as they also provided us paragliding services as well
definitely recommend staying at busy bee
Lakeside offers a beautiful setting with mountains and a lake, and the spacious balcony was perfect for relaxing! The hotel itself is surrounded by various plants, giving it a wonderful resort-like atmosphere.
Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.
I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating. The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’.
Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.
The service of the hotel is particularly good, and the attitude of all staff to the guests is impressive. Although not in the city center, it is also very close, quiet and comfortable, and you can see the fishtail peak outside the window if the weather is good. The travel agency in the hotel lobby booked the ABC hike, the arranged tour guide and back husband are also very good, there is no routine, take care of us along the way. If I come to Bokhara next time, I will definitely stay here again.
Chinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again.
But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.
This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.
