This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the middle of Lakeside Road, making it convenient to get to either end of Phewa Lake. The surrounding area is Pokhara's bustling city center, but because the hotel is set back a few hundred meters, it's completely quiet at night. We checked in the day after our trip to Australian Camp and immediately indulged in a spa treatment at the hotel, which was an excellent experience! The hotel staff were also very attentive and patient, helping us arrange transport and plan our itinerary. The room facilities aren't luxurious, but they're clean and tidy, and absolutely sufficient. This is a fantastic hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Pokhara!

Absolutely loved the mountain lodge! A must-visit if you're in Nepal. The hospitality was incredible, and the sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. They even threw a birthday party for my daughter! For a family of four, the total cost for meals was surprisingly low, equivalent to the price of a single large chicken in China – incredibly good value. Everything about this place deeply touched me. While the room rate was a bit high, it definitely delivered on the emotional value. 👍

Location is perfect. But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small. Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all.

The staff lacks the courtesy with which customers should be dealt with in the hospitality industry. We were 3 families who had the same booking but were allotted rooms on 3 different floors. I understand the operational challenges but the way they behaved while handling our request of allotting rooms on one floor was quite unprofessional. They refused to take the dinner order at 21:33 hrs stating they don't accept orders after 21:30 hrs.

Perfect place to rest in Pokhara after 5 days trekking. The service here was fantastic, we arrived long before check in time but a room was made available within 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful during our stay, she arranged the laundry service and then helped us to arrange a new bus ticket to Chitwan when we missed our early morning bus. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus and they even brought it up to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent double views of the mountains!

This retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop. The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer! The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes. The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion. Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better.

I stayed at this hotel before and after my four-day trek in Poon Hill. It's the only five-star hotel in Pokhara, offering excellent value for money. While the location is a bit out of the city and quiet, it's conveniently located near the airport. It boasts a swimming pool and gym, and the hotel's own massage center, KINJJALA, is particularly noteworthy. The service was warm and the massage therapists were professional. A deep massage after the trek relieved most of my fatigue. During our conversation, I casually mentioned my birthday, and the massage center informed the restaurant to bring me a small cake and a group birthday song from the staff while I was dining. Thank you, beautiful KUSUMU! She was a highlight of my trip.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocated at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

IIvanThe hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

LLuxiansen123Avoid this hotel! Three of us stayed in two rooms for two nights, and upon checkout, we were forced to pay an extra $30, completely uninformed. Breakfast was clearly provided as a portion per room, but someone didn't eat it the next day and gave their share to their companion. The hotel then demanded payment and refused to refund us. Lack of transparency, forced fees, and complete dishonesty! A truly terrible experience!

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food. I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

GGuest UserChinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again. But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.
