The location is nice and friendly. The red dot on the forehead. Even on rainy days it is not warm and sticky. Shawi water is warm and abundant. The sausage was good for breakfast

The hotel is located in the heart of Lakeside, with great service, decent facilities and a rich breakfast.

Perfect place to rest in Pokhara after 5 days trekking. The service here was fantastic, we arrived long before check in time but a room was made available within 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful during our stay, she arranged the laundry service and then helped us to arrange a new bus ticket to Chitwan when we missed our early morning bus. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus and they even brought it up to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent double views of the mountains!

The accomodation was pretty impressive, the room service was excellent also the breakfast was abundant. It was also very convenient as they also provided us paragliding services as well definitely recommend staying at busy bee

All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, there are two Chinese speakers, the location is good, you can walk to Lake Fava to row boat or walk on the lakeside commercial street, there is also a very hot net red restaurant fresh elaments near the hotel, taste good to try. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned very clean, there is a terrace on each floor, you can see the paragliding every day on the opposite mountain top, and you can also see a little snowy mountain. The double room we booked was great, the hot water and air conditioning were very good, but the single room facilities were relatively old, the air conditioning was not hot, Hot water is not good. Breakfast is not bad, the coffee provided is very good, you can choose a lot of types, the staff will actively and enthusiastically take care of and ask, but a little bit does not feel very good, it will be recommended to play items at breakfast, it is recommended that breakfast time is not better to disturb the guests.

Absolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!

Очень хороший отель. С балкона вид на горы (см.фото), тихо, можно выспаться на свежем воздухе. Я была в начале ноября и спала без кондиционера с открытым окном, никаких Комаров не было, но на этот случай в номере предусмотрено средство от москитов. На крыше небольшой бассейн с прекрасным видом, хорошо бы конечно его открывали в 5-6 утра, чтобы можно быдло вступить там рассвет (это пожелание). Из бассейна можно подняться в СПА на 6 этаж и сделать массаж. Массажистка великолепная. 90 минут массажа стоит примерно 60 долларов, но это очень хороший массаж и атмосфера прекрасная.

Bon petit déjeuner dommage que le café soit payant pour un hôtel de ce type. Pour le reste c'est correct. Le patron sympathise facilement mais un peu trop insistant sur la vente des produits annexes. J'avais demandé de faire un trek soft style 3 à 4h à leur agence. En fait, c'était des marches de 6 à 8h difficiles avec beaucoup d'escaliers. Même en étant sportif, cela a été très dur et particulièrement la descente Ghorepani à Tatopani

The staff lacks the courtesy with which customers should be dealt with in the hospitality industry. We were 3 families who had the same booking but were allotted rooms on 3 different floors. I understand the operational challenges but the way they behaved while handling our request of allotting rooms on one floor was quite unprofessional. They refused to take the dinner order at 21:33 hrs stating they don't accept orders after 21:30 hrs.

I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.
