Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially the concierge team — they went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special as a solo traveler. It was truly an unforgettable experience. From the relaxing spa to the stunning views from the room and poolside, everything was beautifully done. The food and dinner experiences were also top-notch. Highly recommend!

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях. Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

It was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.

Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.

Of the pluses: Location, new hotel, cleanliness, rooms, chic breakfasts. The downsides are no dryer for things. Things are offered to dry on the edges of the balcony, apparently. And there is no tug, at all! We have the administrator said that the tug is not given, you can only give them to the maid for a few euros. It turned out to be very strange.

I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

В ванне нет ни одного крючка, некуда вешать полотенца и халаты. Над унитазом кнопка слива не закреплена нормально. На балконе нет возможности посидеть за столиком,т.к.установлен кондиционер соседнего номера. Плохая звукоизоляция!!! Если утром из соседнего номера выходят люди, очень громко хлопают и закрывают двери, то будят. Тоже самое происходит поздно ночью, если гости из соседнего номера возвращались с прогулок.

There are no words! The hotel is simply gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were met by friendly staff with drinks and treats. We were immediately checked into a room, although we arrived at 12 noon. The room is amazing. We have been to many hotels, but this one exceeded all our expectations! A spacious, stylish room with a fresh renovation. This is not even a room, but an entire apartment with all the amenities. We were pleased with the large, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The beach is probably the best we have seen in Budva, located on Mogren 2, clean water, comfortable sun loungers, staff who are happy to fulfill all your requests. For extreme sports enthusiasts, there are places for jumping from a cliff into the water (from 5 to 20 meters). A small minus is the road that takes 10-15 minutes on foot, but it's worth it (the road passes by the old town where there are many restaurants and shops). The location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. Good and varied spa. But regarding the hall - we thought it would be bigger. Breakfasts - the hotel provides a menu, not a buffet. They are delicious, but there is not much choice. Special thanks to the staff, especially Deniz. All our requests and wishes were fulfilled immediately. Everyone is very friendly and responsive.
