Excellent hotel, fantastic location! The breakfast is good. We had dinner at the hotel a few times, and the 25 euro per person dinner was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that we were only given our room exactly at 3 PM, as stated. I understand we arrived at 10 AM, but they could have at least tried to get us in earlier, especially since some other guests did get their rooms sooner. Another thing is the villa rooms (I booked a standard room but got a villa). They're not very comfortable... they're quite a distance away, requiring a lot of stairs to climb, and the room itself is two stories which makes no sense as the living area isn't functional, the sofa doesn't fold out, and for a couple, there's absolutely no point in having this villa; a simple room would have been fine. But I guess families with children don't want to stay there, nor do older people, because of all the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is superb. I think if we return next time, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Great location, lots of amenities, such as parking, a pool, and a sauna. A huge selection of different foods for breakfast. There was also a beautiful sea view from the room. On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

Hotel Monte***** The sanitation and facilities of a large 4-star hotel have been up to standard and the hotel space is quite large. The room needs to be small but newly renovated. I believe that most passengers are happy to accept the breakfast level. The passengers will definitely disappoint you. I stayed for seven nights and five days. The lost breakfast ran out of the street for the other two days to eat. Because the outbound tour is close to the load, I have never drunk such inferior coffee. I believe that I like to drink 㗎 Coffee people 㗎 Coffee is a morning gift. Other food is unbearable. The variety selection is small and all are under the standard. People who like breakfast in the morning come to Montenei brother. Travelers who choose the hotel in Luoqian are advised to think twice or regret it.

This hotel is a dream come true for anyone with sleep issues, or those just looking to get some good rest! I've never encountered such incredible bedding anywhere else – these pillows are unreal; you lay your head down and just melt into sleep. As for the rest of the hotel… The staff are beyond amazing, so responsive and they instantly resolved any little issues that came up. Shout out to Mario! 👋❤️ The rooms are impeccably clean, the view is stunning, and it's not far from the bus stop. Old Town is about a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel itself is located in Rafailovici. If you walk left from the hotel through the tunnel, you'll find a fantastic beach with crystal clear water! There's a supermarket nearby too (closed on Sundays). My only minor complaint would be the breakfast; the selection is a bit repetitive and basic. Oh, and yes… the room has a coffee machine with amazing coffee!

I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are very cozy and bright. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a lovely congratulatory note. They were very quick to respond to all our requests, even providing an iron and ironing board. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly looks new. Breakfasts are good; at first, they might seem small, but you can always find something to eat. I particularly loved the croissants! As for the downsides, the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed slope, so there was always a lot of water left on the floor after showering, but they always cleaned it up.

We stayed in a two-room suite with a terrace. The room was very clean and nice, with two bathrooms. The sea view from the bedrooms was magnificent. The staff were friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use the spa before check-in. After check-out, we also used the spa after going to the beach to shower and change. Housekeeping and linen changes were available upon request. It's about 200 meters to the sea. The only downside was the undeveloped area in front of the hotel, essentially a construction site with gravel everywhere. However, we were aware of this, and the construction meant the price was lower than similar beachfront hotels nearby.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and stylish, well-designed rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our TV wasn’t working at first, but it was replaced immediately. For a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a slice of cake and a complimentary spa treatment for two. A very thoughtful and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is conveniently located. There's construction going on around the area right now, but with the windows closed, it wasn't a bother. It's clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The room lacks a trash can, and it's odd that there's no free drinking water. You only have to pay for it at the bar. The hammam is like a sauna—very hot right away. The Finnish sauna is gentle, and the pool is cool, but perfect after the sauna. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it was adequate, and the fruits and vegetables were delicious. The staff is polite and welcoming. We plan to return to this hotel again.

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.
