The staff were absolutely lovely, especially the concierge team — they went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special as a solo traveler. It was truly an unforgettable experience. From the relaxing spa to the stunning views from the room and poolside, everything was beautifully done. The food and dinner experiences were also top-notch. Highly recommend!

It was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях. Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. В ванне нет ни одного крючка, некуда вешать полотенца и халаты. Над унитазом кнопка слива не закреплена нормально. На балконе нет возможности посидеть за столиком,т.к.установлен кондиционер соседнего номера. Плохая звукоизоляция!!! Если утром из соседнего номера выходят люди, очень громко хлопают и закрывают двери, то будят. Тоже самое происходит поздно ночью, если гости из соседнего номера возвращались с прогулок.

Location in the centre of Budva , three minute walk to the beach , all restaurants and everything around it , hotel very clean , staff very friendly , breakfast excellent . for sure I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends and family .

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

I was so fed up with everything that I just rented a room with a sea view and spent two days in peace and quiet. So what I did: 🔸Lying in a clean fresh queen size bed ALONE and watching TikToks and laughing for a few hours 🔸Went to the spa, laying in the jacuzzi, swimming in the pool, laying in the sauna, trying out all these different pleasantly smelling showers 🔸Had dinner at the Chinese Jade (okay, but the dessert was overpriced, I scooped up some kind of coconut soup with fruit ceviche) 🔸Fell asleep in about 5 minutes, had a lot of dreams, slept well and didn't want to get up or go anywhere; woke up to the sound of the sea OH YES 🔸Had breakfast like a queen, a truly luxurious buffet with salmon, eggs of all kinds, pastries, I was digesting tomorrow for the next five hours 🔸went to the spa again, visited the gym (there was no one there, just me, gorgeous), soaked in the jacuzzi. Took a shower, washed my hair, waited for a taxi home to Becici (5 minutes by car 5e) Keep in mind that these are off-season conditions and I was extremely lucky that there were few guests at the hotel (mostly Albanian families). I liked it.
