"Great Location, But Doesn't Feel Like a 4-Star Experience Pros: Excellent location, making it very convenient to get around Seogwipo. Cons: Room Odor Issues: We stayed in an Executive Room on the top floors, and there was a noticeable, unpleasant urine-like smell coming from the carpet. Looking through other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue that needs urgent attention/deep cleaning. Extremely Tight Parking: The basement parking garage is exceptionally narrow and difficult to navigate. They even allow cars to park along the driving passages between floors, making maneuvering risky (scraped my bumper navigating the tight spots!). Overall, while the location is a major plus, the carpet cleanliness issues and parking layout fall far short of a 4-star standard."

"I stayed in a quiet area a little away from the city center, which made it a relaxing place. I only met the staff during check-in. The room was cleaned once every five days, but fresh towels were delivered and hung on the door every day. The kitchen was equipped with basic tableware, but there was no dishwashing detergent, so I had to rinse everything with water only. The bathtub was large and very satisfying, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi function."

"Nice hotel a little out of the way (you need a car). Super reasonable considering the area and within walking distance of a few nice mom and pop restaurants by the port. Swimming pool outside was nice and you can rent bikes etc from the reception. there is even a little convenience store In the foyer!"

"This is an excellent hotel for a peaceful getaway. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a couple of shops, cafes, restaurants, and souvenir stores. It might be a bit tricky without a car due to the road layout, but that's typical for those traveling around Jeju. Waking up to the sound of the waves is incredible, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if you don't speak Korean, they'll actively communicate with you using a translator and are always ready to help. I have nothing but positive feelings about this hotel. Good luck and prosperity to your business! If I'm ever in Jeju again, I'll definitely book this place."

The hotel was very clean. It's a shame we stayed for two nights and it was cloudy and hazy every day, so we didn't get to see the true beauty of Mount Lu. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. Perhaps due to the climate, there were a lot of small flying insects at night, but the staff were constantly cleaning them out of the pool, and the water was very clean. The Ivory Brunch downstairs was delicious, and the supermarket had plenty of options. The changing rooms by the pool were also exceptionally clean, and they even had skincare products available. Highly recommend!

This is my second stay here! Funny, the reception from last year has been turned into a bar, haha. No need to worry about the rooms being old; the whole place has an 'old money' vibe. They also have a Chinese-speaking staff member—the same one as last time—who is very friendly. He specifically gave us the last sea-view room, and even though the weather wasn't great, I'm still grateful. When we left, I told him, 'I'll be glad to meet you next time!' The Parnas next door is more modern, but I prefer this place. Every corner is stylish and Instagram-worthy.

The hotel environment was just okay, to be honest. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and you could walk straight out to the outside from the balcony door, which meant privacy was a bit lacking. There were tons of tour groups every day, making check-in a slow process. On our second day, nothing in the room was replenished. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed the floor and made the bed. Nothing else was wiped down; stains on the mirror and dust on the desk were still there after housekeeping. I had to disinfect and wipe the toilet seat myself, or you'd better bring your own toilet cover, otherwise, you'll find it's dirty even after a quick wipe. Breakfast options were very limited, not much to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed annoyed by Chinese tourists. Besides being close to the theme park and water park, I generally wouldn't recommend it.

Seamless check-in experience due to self check in kiosk. Staff was able to assist with storage of breast milk. Room was spacious with a spacious bath tub and a beautiful ocean view. However, gym was stuffy and no water filter or towels provided. So do take note. Basic gym equipments in a small room. Overall, still enjoyed my time here. If you’re a foreigner, do wait for the staff to finish checking your room before officially checking out. If you’re a local, I observed to be quite instant. So there is quite a local first, foreigners second service here. But to each its own. Just be patient and be happy.

Nearby, you'll find E-Mart, Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, and more, making shopping, dining, and strolling incredibly easy. You can walk to Jungmun Beach in 5 minutes, and it's a 10-minute drive to the Jusangjeolli Cliff, so exploring is a breeze. 🏨 **Luxurious Facilities:** The hotel boasts 1600 spacious rooms and suites, all starting from 65 square meters, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Hallasan Mountain, the city, and the stunning ”jellyfish sea.” Inside the hotel, there are 14 restaurants and bars, 2 spas, and a Korean fashion shopping center. The Sky Pool on the 8th floor is a massive outdoor pool deck that defies Jeju Island's height restrictions, featuring a heated infinity pool, jacuzzis, and a children's pool. 🍽 **Diverse Dining:** On the 38th-floor rooftop, ”China House” offers authentic Shanghai cuisine. ”Lounge 38” provides a romantic ambiance, and ”Pojangmacha” serves unique modern Korean street food. This was my second stay here, and this time I was assigned a room on the second floor with a very mediocre view. I'd recommend letting the hotel know your preferences before checking in to get a room with a better view, if available. Even though the hotel has been open for a long time, the facilities are very well maintained; the room was clean and tidy, and the carpet was spotless. The staff were all very friendly. When checking in and paying the deposit at the front desk, my UnionPay credit card didn't work, so I paid in cash, 100,000 Korean Won per night. The breakfast was good, but everyone wakes up quite early, so by 8:30 AM, there was already a queue. The pool, though not large, was a lot of fun for the kids, but it did get crowded, making it hard to find an empty spot. There's also a paid relaxation area next to it for 30,000 Korean Won for two hours. The hairdryer is an old model and takes a long time to dry your hair. Across from the hotel, next to Starbucks, there's a convenience store. If you're tired of the 7-Eleven by the entrance, you can check that one out; there's also an Olive Young there. The restaurant next to the hotel has a so-so ambiance. If you're looking for a BBQ place within walking distance, search for 'Pungno' on Dianping. If you're coming to Jeju Island for a relaxing vacation, this place is a good choice. However, if you're here for shopping and visiting various attractions, staying in the city center would be more convenient.
