Hotels With Bar in Sindh, Pakistan

The room was okay. And on the hotel room floor, housekeeping people were so kind to us. But the reception people and managers are so terrible in this hotel. Whenever we ask something from the room service call, they always said I'll call you back and then never call again. And if we ask some cotton buds or teabags we have to wait for 40 or 50 minutes and then we have to open the door and go out from the room and then we had to ask to housekeeping people on the same floor. I cannot understand what kind of hotel service they're providing. I cannot say this hotel is five stars hotel. Of course it was little bit cheaper as compare to other countries but it doesn't mean they can provide bad services and bad feelings to customers. We were planing to invite our family to this hotel, at first they showed the price for 1 night and they said we can pay tomorrow when our family come and check in, and when our family reached to the hotel, they showed us different price. We asked them why the price is changed and they said oh it was another person's mistake, maybe he didn't include tax or something, and then when our one other family visit here, they said we have to pay more for the visitor. I think this hotel is only focusing on charging extra money from the customers. If you want more money, just change the price more higher and provide right service, good service. I don't want to stay this hotel again, and next week, we're gonna stay in other hotel. I can never suggest this hotel to other people aswell.

Cant fault this place. 1st time staying here. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing. From the doorman to the reception, the housekeeping to management. All were very polite and sterling. Hotel was opposite a shopping centre and a stones throw from Zainab Market. Great location for shopping. I would love to visit again.

Breakfast is good but service is not up to the standard hence only 4 stars rating. Also the frontdesk guy who work at night shift is very rude. But Jeremiah and duty manager recrify the problem. Danish from car rental also good guy but car rental charges is ridiculously high. Better take own transport or uber. Room is nice just some staff are not good with services. Maybe need more training especially the fat guy in front desk. Crazily rude As he thought Im Pakistani due to my features. But yet they shouldnot judge people by Face, or nationality which he did.

It is one of the best hotels in Karachi, and it is relatively good in all aspects. If it is a business trip, it is recommended. After all, the security of five-star hotels is guaranteed. Business first choice ~

The manager iqra would welcome us with a smile everyday and our waiter khalid made us feel at home through his hospitality. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel with great service.

Renovation in the city of Karachi is OK. There are squares in front and back of the hotel, especially the squares on the beach. It is quite large and can be used for banquets. This time, it happens to see a Pakistani wedding. It should be considered super luxury in Pakistan. It should be high. At the level of people, this stay is more fortunate. Will stay again next time.

I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it. Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy. If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I could need. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Overall, the hotel provided a safe and secure family environment, with excellent hospitality and an amazing experience.

A beautiful hotel located in the centre of Karachi. The hotel is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, taxi stands and government buildings making it extremely safe. The rooms are of good quality with decent sized rooms. Staff are friendly and the breakfast consisted of roughly 10 items, all of which were nice. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended. I will certainly be back to stay here. Thank you Crownn Inn staff.

I didn't expect such a cheap place to be very clean. It was very close to the airport and it was a little hard to find in ten minutes. But this booking is completely good value for money, it would be better if there is an optional breakfast!
