"As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra.
The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment.
At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job!

Lady KwenadiI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation.
A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued.
The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing.
I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family!

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

kingranderuGreat stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.

Anonymous UserA great blend of luxury and reasonable pricing in Agra, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with a swimming pool in the ₹3,000–4,500 range for two people, including breakfast. The pool is small but a nice facility at this price point. The terrace has beautiful lighting and a bar café where you can relax, enjoy the ambience, and get a great view of the Taj Mahal. However, the rooms at the back of the property don’t offer much of a view, so front-facing rooms are preferable.
The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, with carpets, hanging lamps, and attractive wall décor adding a touch of luxury. The service and variety in the buffet were top-notch, although the food menu is slightly on the higher side.

Guest UserMy fiance and I were so so SO blown away by this hotel's hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and they treated us with a birthday cake surprise! Everyone in the hotel knew we were celebrating and they were just so kind! It was honestly so sad to leave this place!
