Booked this hotel for its free airport shuttle services as there is early flight on the following morning. However, the shuttle services is based on fixed schedule, and need to book in advance, for my scenario, I missed the 9pm pick up, and have to either wait till 11pm (2hours apart) or pay for extra charges if the pick up is not within the schedule. Hope this review helps.

Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport. Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures. BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags. DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

The room was even more spacious and tidier than it looked in the pictures. The bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the view from the room; I could overlook the entire city's nightscape, which was absolutely stunning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The daily room cleaning was also very thorough.

I book this hotel every time I'm on a business trip. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it's very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, mostly Japanese-style with sushi, various desserts, and noodles.

The room was still clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. Each time, I'd contact them on WeChat beforehand, wait for the driver at the designated spot, and then the driver would take me to the hotel. No waiting anxiety at all! Even though I'm not great at English, I could still communicate roughly with gestures. This is definitely the best choice for a layover at Jakarta Airport.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.
