A comfortable place for holidays or business. Accessibility is okay, delicious breakfast, but the fitness facilities are too minimal and the room is too small.

Super convenient location if you’re watching a concert or attending a convention in ICE. The hotel staff were really friendly and the room was quite clean overall.

Location is very close to ICE BSD. However, the room is very lacking on furniture, making it hard for us to organize goods, pity because the room is big. Another thing is that the bathroom design is very, very bad. It is supposed to be minimalistic, but the lack of door in the shower room leads to dry area become very very wet after showering.

Convenient location for attending the event at ICE. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room space is good and comfortable. The service and food at the top floor restaurant needs to improve. It's taken too long time to get the food and it's cool already.

Santika Premiere ICE BSD is located in a strategic area. Suitable for anyone who needs to get to ICE BSD. The amenities and cleanliness are excellent, and the room is spotless. Delicious food of many kind is available there for breakfast.
