The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light. The shower cabin was only half-enclosed, so everything got wet after a shower, which was another downside. However, overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

The hotel's location is actually quite good, but there's a section of cobblestone road leading to it, making it difficult to drag luggage. If you have luggage, you can also reach the hotel via a nearby park-like gravel path. If you arrive at night, taxis won't get you to the hotel entrance; there are two roadblocks, and you'll have to drag your suitcase in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and reusable slippers are provided. The staff are all kind and friendly. It's quite convenient for taking photos at the cathedral and Petite France in the early morning and evening.
A night spent in a magnificent castle. Booked a room on the middle of the destination. A castle in the 17th century but the convenience is not demodal at all. This is quiet and nor is noise from neighbors heard.
The breakfast is not a good price and is less varied.
The staff are very friendly.
The price of the restaurant that picks the eyes but it's worth it.
Hotel located near the tram allowing access to Strasbourg in 15 minutes
Attentive and efficient staff
Poor quality mattress transmitting all movements from one to the other when waking him up.
Very hot cold water for a while probably due to poor installation of the pipes too close to each other
We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman.
The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular!
Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
I am basically satisfied with this hotel, but it is inconvenient to travel without a car because it is remote. I had a vegetable platter for lunch, which was satisfactory.
The hotel is not close to the train station but it is very easy to find. It is convenient to live in the city to the attractions. It is also close to the Nanxi Art Museum. The room is not small but very cold. When I go, the heating air conditioner can't be turned on. I can wear a down jacket...

Private bathrooms with showers feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided daily.
The hotel is located in a quiet area in the bustling city, next to the regional government, and a 3-minute walk to the old town center of Colmar. The hotel lobby has ample seating areas, a strong sense of artistic decoration, and good fragrance, sweet and comfortable. The room we booked is the Park View Executive Artist King Room, with a king size bed, sofa, living room, and wardrobe space. Mini bar coffee and tea bags are free, snacks and drinks are charged, and the price list is clearly marked.
The bathroom is relatively deep and has double basins, which is really rare in European hotels. Bathing toiletries including hand soap are from Clarins, and the hotel's spa SPA is also in cooperation with Clarins.
There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is okay. After confirming the room number, the waiter will ask if you need tea or coffee and how you want the eggs to be cooked.
This location in the breakfast room is a two-star restaurant in the 2024 Michelin Guide at noon and in the evening. The menu is purely French, and there is no English menu. You can translate it with a mobile phone software. 6-course wine pairing 💶170-180, 10-course wine pairing 💶250. It took too much time to eat it, so we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert, and added 30 service charge. I have to say that the quality of the two-star Michelin restaurant is really good, and the main dishes of lobster and steak are eye-catching.

Very Good
CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

GGuest UserI didn't have particularly high expectations, as I understood it was an apartment-style accommodation. However, it was spotlessly clean, offered excellent hotel amenities, and came with a kitchen, making it absolutely perfect for families.

AAnonymous UserAs a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.
GGuest UserI will recommend this hotel to everyone who will listen. I travel to Europe every 6 months. It was the first time I have been to Strasbourg and the 3rd time to France and I loved it. The most helpful and friendly staff absolutely wonderful place. The only disappointment was the gym, we are avid gym goers but we walked plenty to make up for it!!
Mmiss banzaiLoved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.
EEl_Guapo_ColombianoThis place is amazing. Excellent customer service. About 15 minutes to Colmar and 30 minutes to Strausberg. We went during Christmas and it is a great place to stay as a home base to the different christmas markets in the area. We enjoyed the common area with pool table and played games with other guest staying at the hotel. Free Parkimg is just a few meters away from the entrance down a hill in a big lot. We enjoyed the spa area and daily breakfast. They will make eggs on request. We will be back in the spring to visit more local wineries. Thank you.
