Hotels With spa in Grand Est, France

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Not bad, the waiter is polite and enthusiastic; convenient and clean. The waiter also has a hotel your, and is very proud of the marble on the wall (I looked carefully and thought it was slate But overall it's okay anyway

In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean. Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility. Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming. P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

Overall, everything was great, except for a few issues on the first day: the shower had terrible water pressure, the kitchen extractor fan wasn't working, and some kitchen utensils were missing. Otherwise, the location was good, the room had a pleasant terrace, and it was easy to bring luggage up from the parking.

The hotel is charming and elegant, excellent swimming pool service with cold champagne and other drinks, ideal temperature swimming pool water and delicious kitchen at the restaurant (best scargot we ever eaten) I thank the staff of the hotel (particularly when the lady that welcomed us was very sympathetic and efficient) all the staff who welcomed us with much professionalism and good mood in all the rooms of the hotel!

Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Little Venice area of Colmar. It’s important to reserve a parking space for your car before arriving at the hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed as three people and were very comfortable. There is also a free water station next to the lobby elevator, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of tasty options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Colmar.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !
