A very pleasant stay had in Bad Arolsen. Reception friendly reception. We were one hour early but that was no problem. Good room and wellness and swimming pool were excellent. Good breakfast. We're probably coming back a little bit. Thanks ☺️

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

Service at front desk is friendly and supportive. The hotel also offers an adequately equipped gym including a small sauna. A nearby forest is suitable for running. Shuttle bus to/from airport (chargeable, not operating all day, only morning & evening hours). Overall good a night stop here!

Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

Very nice and clean room that is of good size. Hotel feels relatively new. Walking distance to shopping mall, but further away from the central business district. But it's a nice area to stay in. Will choose this hotel again if I go back to Frankfurt.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. However, the breakfast restaurant requires a bit of a walk; after taking the elevator to the lobby, you still need to go down some stairs and exit to reach it, and the signage isn't clear. Also, there were very few signs leading to the hotel from the airport. Even though it was right across the road, it took us a long time to find the pathway, which was quite inconvenient when dragging luggage.

Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

GGuest UserBeautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit. Definitely recommend. Would stay again if I were in the area.

KKathrinHFrankfurt Airport hotel with the newest interior compared to the other ones. Good location close to train station and Rossmann. Great breakfast buffet. The washing sink with faucets always gets on my nerves as you cannot move them properly with wet hands., but that's the only issue I see.

Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.
