Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again.

Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room is very good, breakfast is OK, very satisfied and like it, next time I come to Bogota, I will choose here, the surrounding environment is very good and safe, and the place to eat can also be.

Recommended by a client, this hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from the airport, a roughly 20-minute ride-hail away. Getting to surrounding areas by taxi or ride-share is also very convenient. With a police station directly across the street, I felt incredibly safe and secure! P.S. Just a heads-up: many areas in the city center are currently under road and subway construction, leading to significant traffic congestion.

The room is really big, the location is also very good, the hotel has airport pick-up, which is good. There are many restaurants downstairs. There is Juan Coffee across the road, which is pretty good. There is also an Exito supermarket not far away, which can be said to be very convenient. It is a relatively good old hotel with acceptable facilities. The breakfast is also OK. Highly recommended, close to the airport

I would definitely go back again, it is a 5 star hotel, a luxury in each area and a first class service, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, despite having a very pleasant climate I am a somewhat hot person and they provided me a fan to feel more comfortable, the gym area is very good, something else that I do recommend is to include breakfast in your plan, It's excellent, they don't limit you to quantities and the variety is extensive...

The location is bad. It is not in the city center. It is not close to any tourist attractions. There are a few night clubs nearby. The hotel room was clean but a bit old and shabby. There are no restaurants, shopping malls or public transportation nearby. The hotel has no air conditioning, no drinking water, a small bathroom, no shuttle bus, and no electricity in the sockets. The TV didn't seem to have internet, the water pressure in the room was great, the bed sheets were clean and comfortable.

We are very grateful for the service provided, location and the beautiful surroundings of this hotel, near the 93 park where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants. One of the most important things for us was to feel safe at all times, both in the hotel and around it, of course we guide us from the warnings that gave us.
