Good location Good views Bathroom will bath tub but no shower curtain Floor becomes wet and slippery 😫 No clothesline 😱 Toilet without wash basin😫

It was again super, you can park the car on the big parking lot for 50 krones per day or directly at the hotel costs a little more. Car you can stand to the city drive directly a bus costs only 18 krones per person.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war die Einrichtung sehr alt, das Frühstück war miserabel, teilweise war die Hörnchen und anderes schon 9.00uhr alle und wurden nicht nachgefüllt, das Appartement roch sehr muffig, die Küche im Zimmer war bis auf den Wasserkocher leer, der Kühlschrank nicht an, im Bad gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, für 3 Sterne wäre es vielleicht okay gewesen, für 4 Sterne war es nicht in Ordnung. Von der Parksituation abgesehen, die in ganz Karlsbad katastrophal ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück. Große und hübsche Zimmer. Tolle Betten. Großes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Kühlschrank. Flachbildschirm TV. Sehr ruhig. Saunalandschaft ruhig und erholsam. Direkt am Park. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis direkt am Hotel.

Wir waren vor kurzem in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer war sauber und die gesamte Atmosphäre war äußerst gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The greeting was nice. When we arrived at 15:00, we checked in, and then when we entered the room, we found it wasn't ready and had to be cleaned. We should wait half an hour and just leave our luggage in front of the room in the hall 🤔. More than a dry excuse was not from the hotel. Generally, the cleanness issue still remained air up: hair in the food, glasses and coat was not cleaned enough so strips and sticks were still to be seen. After the 2nd night our room was not cleaned between, after the 1st night. The shower in the sauna area requires a ground cleaning.  But we were especially playing golf there and the plant did not disappoint. The price-performance level was great.

Location is highly located in the centre & horeca and like and less attractive in foot. No use of any facilities, but the room w.o. bed, shower and like was fantastic

Booked room in Quisisana, the Pupp Hotel dependance (not main building, across the street). Was ok but would prefer main building. Rest according expectations. ****** not vey big. Only one roulette table active when I was there. Table limits unclear.

The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory

Самое главное - это местоположение отеля, рядом с гейзером. Надо учитывать, что завтраки предоставляются в другом отеле, недалеко. Завтраки достаточные. В номере есть кофеварка, но нет чайника. Кто любит выпить чай, рядом кафе. Доступ в отель и номер без ключа, по коду, надо не забывать брать с собой распечатку, иначе будут трудности с доступом. Персонал приветливый.
