Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys.

The new room offered a fantastic view overlooking the beautiful Jinjiang River, instantly brightening up our entire trip. What moved me even more was an incident during checkout. I accidentally left an important item in the room and was extremely anxious. I contacted the hotel with a glimmer of hope, and again, it was Xiaoling who immediately calmed my nerves and quickly coordinated with housekeeping and concierge to search for it. Thanks to her efficient communication and the hotel staff's sense of responsibility, my lost item was found quickly and returned to me in perfect condition. This level of professionalism, addressing guests' urgent needs, is truly invaluable! Firstly, the hotel staff were excellent, from the warm greetings and offering to carry luggage, to adding us on WeChat for 24-hour service, and the breakfast restaurant always anticipating guests' needs. Secondly, the front desk proactively offered a free room upgrade when they saw a family of three checking in, and suggested purchasing a hotel membership card for an extra complimentary breakfast. They truly understood our needs and provided solutions. Thirdly, the Chinese restaurant here is even cheaper than outside establishments, the quality is great, and they offer complimentary fruit and butter tea.

Due to increased work, I extended my stay for another night. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tianfu Square, making it very convenient for morning and evening strolls. There are many great food options just below the square, definitely worth trying, and further down is the subway station, which makes getting around a breeze. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors, perfect for a leisurely meal.

Overall, the hotel felt clean and the environment was pleasant. If I had to be critical, I'd say the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. The hotel is close to Chunxi Road, about a ten-minute walk, which is nice because it offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The lobby staff's service truly gave it a five-star hotel feel. If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 4.99, deducting that 0.01 for a slight wish for the external surroundings.

As soon as I entered, I was impressed by the high-ceilinged artistic lobby. The supercar-inspired streamlined design and bull reliefs perfectly blend Italian luxury with Chengdu's charm. The 40th-floor cloud art corridor is fantastic for photos. I booked a scenic room which was spacious with unbeatable panoramic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows – cityscapes by day and the twinkling lights of Tianfu Square by night. The amenities are all top-tier: the King Koil custom mattress was just the right firmness for a great night's sleep; the bathroom features German Villeroy & Boch fixtures, and the full set of Penhaligon's toiletries has a sophisticated scent. A Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso machine, and a washer-dryer combo are all provided, making laundry during long trips completely stress-free. The complimentary first round from the mini-bar was a thoughtful touch. The service was perfectly balanced; the front desk staff were warm and polite, and the butler was always on call, never intrusive but always anticipating my needs. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Western dishes and local specialties like chao shou and dandan noodles, all authentically delicious. I enjoyed relaxing on the 7th-floor terrace in the evenings, feeling the breeze and watching the city sunset – it had a wonderful ambiance. The cleanliness was spotless, with no dust in any corner, and the soft furnishings were new and exquisite. This hotel is perfect for couples, friends on a girls' trip, or families. If you're looking for a high-end hotel in Chengdu, this is my top recommendation. I'll definitely be back!

One of the best locations for those travelling in 四川 as Railway station is in walking distance. Hotel is clean and fresh, staff are very accommodating and helpful. The pervasive ”orange” themes in the soaps and body wash are a great touch. Will choose this hotel for all subsequent 乐山 visits.

Facilities: The bathtub is a nice touch, and the overall ambiance is good. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a huge plus. Food deliveries are handled by a robot that brings them directly to your room, which my kids loved. On the downside, the TV is a bit small, can't cast, and some channels aren't available. Cleanliness: Spot on. My only minor quibble is that they insist on placing a glass and water by the bed every day, which feels unnecessary. Environment: The hotel's environment is generally excellent, especially the high-rise city views. Service: Before check-in, the butler proactively asked about my preferences and pillow choices, which was thoughtful. They arranged complimentary refreshments in the mini-fridge and a fruit platter upon arrival. Any issues I had during my stay were promptly addressed. What really impressed me was when I forgot something after checking out; although I didn't need it sent back in the end, it seemed like they would have shipped it for free, which was fantastic. My only complaint is the constant requests for reviews; it felt like they were under a lot of pressure to meet targets. The travel photography service was excellent. The makeup artist was very attentive and even helped with my baby's hair and clothes. The photographer was also very patient. Happy baby, happy mom!

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and clean. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. We had initially booked tickets for 'Jiuzhai Romance Park' through the front desk, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were able to get a smooth refund. Since our child loves apples, the kind lady at the front desk even gave us an extra serving for free – the service was truly excellent. After 10 PM, there's a free, unlimited late-night snack service delivered right to your room. We didn't use any of the other hotel facilities, so I can't comment on those.
