This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
Pros: Newly opened hotel with modern facilities, spacious rooms, a garden, and convenient parking (both above and below ground). The breakfast selection is plentiful, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The afternoon tea treats were exquisite. It's rare to find a five-star hotel that is pet-friendly and offers free pet food!
Cons: Located near a high-speed rail station, it's relatively remote. While dining at the hotel was an option, the food was slow to arrive, possibly due to the National Day holiday crowds, and the taste was average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
Suggestions: The bathroom and washroom areas are large, but there's no place to hang clothes; this could be improved. The carpets could also be kept cleaner!

Having been thoroughly impressed by the food and service at the Horizon Club of Shangri-La Hotel on my last visit, I didn't hesitate to choose Shangri-La Chengdu again for this trip.
Firstly, a big thank you to Ms. Lu, who was previously the Horizon Club manager and has now been promoted to Front Office Manager. Her warmth and helpfulness in securing a satisfactory room for us, along with complimentary fruit and local Sichuan snacks, and arranging a late check-out, set a wonderful tone for our entire journey.
Strategically located near Jiuyan Bridge and the famous Lan Kwai Fong bar street, the hotel boasts a vibrant atmosphere and unbeatable night views. However, it's a bit of a distance from the nearest metro station.
The Horizon Club's 'Happy Hour' offerings are incredibly diverse and plentiful, almost like a mini-buffet, with the cakes and desserts being particularly delightful. On the other hand, breakfast was relatively simple with fewer options. My beloved handmade steamed buns weren't as tasty as before, and they felt cold, possibly having sat out for too long, which affected the texture. I'm not sure why the brown sugar glutinous rice cakes (hongtang ciba) were soft throughout, lacking their usual crispy exterior. The Eggs Benedict were inconsistent; on the second morning, the egg was overcooked with no runny yolk, just a solid egg yolk, and the accompanying bread was unappetizing. Furthermore, the egg tarts were cold and not kept under a heat lamp, and the bread station seemed to lack even basic items like muffins, which felt a bit perfunctory.
Restaurant management might need some improvement; during breakfast, I noticed a whole stack of plates still had water marks, indicating they hadn't been dried properly. Nevertheless, the service staff at the Horizon Club were excellent – friendly, courteous, quick to clear dishes, attentive to guests' needs, and particularly Ms. Liu Chun, the current Horizon Club manager, who was constantly busy, very dedicated and responsible.
I also checked out the coffee shop on the ground floor. While the selection of dishes was indeed more extensive, it was also very crowded and noisy. The staff member who greeted us was still very enthusiastic despite knowing we were just looking around, though some other staff members appeared cold and unresponsive.
Room service was excellent – very responsive and quick to fulfill requests. When they learned we needed to air out clothes, they thoughtfully brought a drying rack, which was a very considerate touch! Room maintenance was also good, with an automatic toilet and a Dyson hairdryer.
The gym isn't open 24 hours; it closes after 11 PM, and guests cannot access it with their room cards after hours, which felt a bit restrictive for those wanting to work out later.
In summary, this stay brought both joy and disappointment. I hope the hotel continues to improve and enhance its services, ensuring its long-term success and continued excellence.

1. I hesitated between Wanda and this hotel. After checking in, I felt that this hotel was the first choice for Neijiang. It was relatively quiet. Wanda was close to the business district and felt a bit noisy. This room can see the night view of Tuojiang River. There is a pier downstairs to take a boat to Dongmen Old Street on the other side, although I didn't go there.
2. The swimming pool is open. There is an orange-shirted security guard in the swimming pool, which is good.
3. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Xiaohai is very enthusiastic in service. Thank you.
4. The lobby is on the first floor, the room is also okay, and the price did not increase wildly during the 5.1 period. The breakfast egg rolls are delicious😋
5. This side may be Sanba Street? There is a picture on the Internet. The towering green H of the hotel is at the end of the long staircase of the mottled old buildings on both sides. The sunset glow, the old and the new complement each other, and pedestrians walk and stop.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be surprised by the tall space, which is magnificent and classic. The room is decorated in European style, which is particularly warm and elegant, and there are welcome fruits in the room. The front desk service and security service are enthusiastic. The key is that the price is moderate and the cost performance is extremely high. It is a very satisfactory experience.

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet, giving a very cozy vibe. The pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the bed was quite spacious. I loved the multi-level lighting and the electric curtains; it made for a fantastic experience!

We stayed at the CD Yuenchi hotel for two nights in February. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but the staff – including Cong Li and Maoli Ran – was very accommodating as they revealed our room was indeed ready.
Its location is wonderful, with the hotel blending harmoniously into the artful and historical qingyang district just a few steps away from the monastery.
The main courtyard of the hotel is beautiful. With outdoor tables available at morning, afternoon, and night. On one day during our stay there was a wedding with a vibrant, elaborate display. We were welcome to watch and witness the festivities.
Among other spaces, the venue includes a coffee shop, Michelin restaurant, performance, venue, gym, and spa. While we weren’t able to take advantage of all the facilities, we did enjoy a cocktail at the hotel whiskey bar which was sophisticated in design, sultry in atmosphere, and staffed by talented mixologists. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and highly recommend the zhongshui dumplings
We weren’t able to see a traditional performance at the hotel – we had seen another elsewhere in chengdu earlier that evening – but we looked in on the performance at the hotel and it appeared to feature a higher production value and more talented performers than the other performance we had seen earlier.
Our stay was great. The room was eloquent and traditional in design with modern amenities. Our lodging came with a balcony that provided a serene look over an outdoor walkway. The toilet had a seat warmer and other advanced technology.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was accommodating, the location ideal, the design beautiful, and various amenities and facilities enjoyable.
There are plenty of activities for kids. The water park and the large lawn were great fun, and the hotel also had many activities. The limbo game at the bar in the evening was very lively, and the fireworks show at night was beautiful. I'd love to come back again. The butler also responded quickly on WeChat. Thanks to our ClubMed GRO, Ivy, who helped us get three new wristbands when we checked out but wanted to go back to the lawn to play.
The only downside was the buffet dinner. At 298 per person, I have to ask, what's the difference between that and breakfast, besides having hot pot? There wasn't a single main dish. When I went to get steak, another guest even warned me that it was impossible to chew, and they were right...
Breakfast was plentiful, but the coffee was terrible. All three coffee machines.
I hope they can improve the quality of the food.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a great review! The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. The service was excellent, and they even included breakfast with a wide variety of options. We extended our stay for half a day until 6 PM, and they kindly let us stay until 6:30 PM. It's these little details that made our stay so comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Revisiting Jiuzhaigou after 20 years, it still lives up to its reputation of 'no need to see other waters after Jiuzhaigou'! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally decided on Days Inn by Wyndham, and the stay experience was quite good. Especially our butler, Xiao Ban, who contacted us in advance to share important information, proactively helped us arrange a nanny car for our return trip, and actively assisted with any issues – it felt like having family around! 😀😃 The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, fresh dishes, and fantastic taste! We had dinner at the hotel for both nights, and the yak hot pot deserves special praise – delicious and generous portions! The hotel's private shuttle service also made our journey much more comfortable!

QQuanquanyuanyuanquanquan520I have to give this hotel a five-star review! After booking, the butler contacted me right away. Check-in was incredibly attentive, with friendly and efficient front desk staff, and a very chatty concierge who recommended lots of great places to eat, drink, and explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy and elegant Japanese design. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot spring baths at the spa center; soaking in the natural springs, all my fatigue melted away – it was a truly amazing experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, including exquisite à la carte set meals, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The hotel's location is a bit out of the city, in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
JJoy ong 88I was torn between Hilton and Conrad before, and I'm so glad I chose Conrad. It was a very satisfying stay. Although expensive, it was definitely worth the money. Compared to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, I prefer the tranquility of Jiuzhaigou. Everything about the hotel was great. The room was also fantastic, full of a resort vibe. Highly recommend!
EEspresso.yThe hotel is conveniently located near Dongmen Bridge Station, within walking distance of Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. It's nestled next to a residential area, offering a quiet escape despite being centrally located. Getting to Chengdu East Station is also a breeze, just a 20-minute drive. We visited during Chinese New Year, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive touches. The breakfast was excellent, with stunning 33rd-floor views and even fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. A day before check-in, the concierge reached out via WeChat to ask about our needs, and they thoughtfully prepared children's toiletries and slippers in our room beforehand.
GGuest UserI stayed two nights at the Chengdu Wenjiang Holiday Inn. I booked a suite, but upon arrival, it was upgraded to a deluxe suite (with a mahjong table and conference table). For those of us who don't play mahjong or hold meetings, the suite was more comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but the staff was excellent. I especially want to praise the lobby manager, Wang Qingqing, for her strong service focus and friendliness. There was also a housekeeping lady, whose name I can't quite remember except for three characters, the middle of which is ”Si.” She was a very kind, honest, and strong lady, and she kept the room very clean. Thank you very much!
LLipuruisiteHad a fantastic stay at Elegant Hotel. The ambiance was refined and peaceful, with a minimalist yet high-quality design. My room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and easy to use. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing meticulous and attentive service. The location was super convenient for getting around, and the breakfast spread was generous. Plus, the high-definition TV with screen mirroring was a nice touch! Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable experience. I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip.
GGuest UserWhenever I'm in Chengdu for business, this is my go-to hotel. Staying here always feels just like home! This time, I unexpectedly had to join a video conference and sought refuge with my laptop in the lobby bar. A staff member proactively led me to a quiet corner, where I had power outlets, Wi-Fi, and a lemon water all set up for me instantly. No one rushed me even when my meeting ran over, and my butler, Grace, discreetly replaced my cold Americano with a hot one. For just 38 yuan, I enjoyed a private office experience for three hours—the value for money here is simply unbeatable.

GGuest UserI stayed here during the Chinese New Year and the hotel was clean and hygienic, just like Atour's consistent high standards. Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, though the variety was a bit limited. The cleaning staff were also very polite. The surrounding area has convenient transportation. Nearby, there's Xiaolongkan Hotpot and Mawazi Sichuan Restaurant. Mawazi is incredibly popular; people start queuing over an hour in advance, making it really hard to get a table. Ordering takeout is also super convenient, as robots deliver everything to your room. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.
GGuest User🏡 **Ambiance:** This hotel is truly unique. After staying in countless star-rated hotels, I was looking for something with more character, and this place perfectly fit the bill. To the left of the hotel is a Michelin-recognized noodle shop 🍜 that's been featured for three consecutive years; it's always packed whenever I pass by. There's also a very authentic Thai restaurant 🇹🇭🎄 with a wonderful atmosphere – perfect for snapping some gorgeous food photos! It can get busy, so reservations are recommended. To the right of the hotel is what seems to be a hotel-affiliated cafe by day and bar by night. Our hotel package included a complimentary coffee ☕️ and a beer 🍺, and the coffee was excellent, neither sour nor bitter.
🎯 **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near Kuanzhai Alley, just a little over a kilometer's walk away. It's also very close to People's Park, making it super accessible. Taxis are also readily available 🚗.
📞 **Service:** We visited during a cold spell, so the hotel wasn't too crowded, and we didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The front desk staff even upgraded our room! They thoughtfully provided a disposable bathtub liner and bath sponge for the bathtub 🛁, which was a very nice touch.
🍽️ **Dining:** For breakfast, guests can choose between Chinese or Western options. Everything is freshly prepared and beautifully presented, and the taste is great too! 👍

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a direct bus service to the Panda Base right at its doorstep, which is super convenient. For the return trip, you can either take the Panda Bus or other transportation options. Plus, there are tons of dining choices around Chunxi Road, all within easy walking distance.
