I came to Deyang with my parents and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The room was so big and I loved it!!! The breakfast was plentiful; my mom especially loved the braised pork intestines with toppings in the noodles—they were fresh, delicious, and very clean. Parking was convenient. There are lots of delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Deyang, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
We had a perfect National Day holiday with our kids at Club Med Heichan. From check-in to check-out, it was a constant stream of pleasant surprises – definitely a five-star experience!
Our deluxe lake-view room had an amazing view. The front desk upgraded us to a ground-floor room with a large garden when they learned we were two adults and two children. The space was bright and spacious, and opening the balcony door revealed the sparkling Black Dragon Lake. We could lie in bed and admire the lake and mountains, which was incredibly therapeutic. The room decor was simple and cozy, and the cleanliness was meticulous; every corner was spotless. The messages on the mirror were heartwarming, and the cleaning lady and the young man with glasses were both exceptionally friendly. When they heard we had run out of the provided mosquito repellent, they thoughtfully brought us more. In the evenings, turndown service was always ready, with cute little rabbits folded from towels. The complimentary teddy bear was from Harrods and wonderfully soft. The room was absolutely flawless. The air purifier was also a quick and thoughtful solution to any issues.
The all-inclusive dining was incredibly convenient! The food at the ANGRAN Buffet Restaurant was super diverse, with tender steaks, fresh seafood, authentic Sichuan dishes – spicy and satisfying without upsetting our stomachs. The exquisite desserts were unforgettable, and I ordered a mini hot pot every day. During non-meal times, there was also a noodle bar for extra snacks, which tasted very authentic. It was perfect for replenishing energy after playing. The YI Bar offered free flow of drinks and alcohol all day. The bartender, Ming, was enthusiastic and humorous, adding to the joyful atmosphere.
The service here was truly impeccable! The day before our arrival, Winnie added me on WeChat, sending daily updates on activities and checking in on us. Throughout our stay, all the G.O.s were warmly guiding us. They weren't just sports coaches; they also led dances at the evening parties and played with the kids. Both adults and children adored them. A special shout-out to Abu, who was particularly lively and outgoing. Everyone in the village, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or activity areas, was smiling and readily available to help with any questions, creating a very approachable environment.
This is definitely a paradise for family fun! The kids had a blast at the indoor heated children's water park, and the water slides were endlessly entertaining. The Mini Club G.O.s were excellent with kids, handling painting, crafts, and games, allowing parents to finally relax and enjoy some free time. Adults also had plenty of options: archery and rock climbing to challenge themselves, lakeside cycling with a pleasant breeze, and the outdoor infinity pool was perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The evening activities were even more exciting, with energetic song and dance performances by the G.O.s. The firework show around 9 PM created an incredible atmosphere, and after the fireworks, a karaoke session was the perfect way to end the night!
Whether it's a family vacation or a trip with kids, this is an excellent choice. We will definitely come again! Highly recommended!

I've been to Chengdu for business and leisure many times, but this is my first time staying at Chengdu Courtyard Hotel. It's a Chinese-style hotel and I absolutely love it. The hotel service is very personalized, the room is cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. I was particularly impressed by Xiao Wang, who greeted me at the lobby. She was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. Thumbs up to Xiao Wang! I'll definitely be back again. See you next time.

The hotel lobby is on the 33rd floor, offering a high-altitude experience. You need your room card to access the guest floors via the elevator, which provides excellent security. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and they provided a lot of helpful information. The lobby was already decorated for the New Year, making it a fantastic spot for photos. There was also a welcome tea. I was very satisfied with the hotel butler service! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Friends, this hotel is absolutely incredible! It's a true hidden gem in downtown Chengdu. The decor is simply stunning – so modern and luxurious, I can't say enough good things about it. The front desk lady mentioned it was designed by the same team behind Tomson Riviera, which explains the 'luxury mansion' vibe we got to experience in Chengdu. It's also super romantic, perfect for a date night; my boyfriend and I took so many photos! And the front desk service was amazing too – they even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub for free, and we got complimentary welcome fruit, which was a lovely touch. Waking up the next day to a bright sunny Chengdu and panoramic city views truly made my mood fantastic! If you're seeing this hotel, just book it!

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome, which made me feel genuinely attended to. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities and local attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary afternoon tea vouchers. The afternoon tea setting was delightful, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Our room was surprisingly spacious with fantastic views, especially at night. As the guest rooms are located on higher floors, from the 19th to the 30th, we had an excellent vantage point. Following the front desk's recommendation, we visited the 32nd-floor terrace in the evening. It was incredibly comfortable and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Mianyang city. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful, featuring local specialty rice noodles, a fresh salad bar, and a wide selection of breads, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Even the hotel's parking facility was impressive, very thoughtfully designed and upscale. All in all, a truly recommendable stay.

The hotel booked for the wedding banquet, Phoenix Hotel's facilities and services are absolutely first-class. First of all, we have to mention their catering services. I attended their wedding banquet, which had a rich variety of dishes and authentic taste, especially the seafood and local specialties were impressive. The hotel's chef team carefully prepared each dish to ensure the freshness of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the taste. In addition to the wedding banquet, other restaurants in the hotel also offer a variety of Chinese and Western cuisine to meet the needs of guests with different tastes. The service attitude of the front desk is also first-class. Whether it is booking or checking out, the staff are very warm and thoughtful, always able to solve problems in time and give reasonable suggestions. In addition, the hotel also provides 24-hour room service, whether in terms of bed making, towel replacement or laundry service, it is done very well. Finally, I want to talk about the hotel's guest rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the quality of the beds and bathroom facilities is very high. The layout in the room is also very warm, giving people a feeling of being at home. In general, Phoenix Hotel has performed well in terms of catering, front desk service and guest rooms, and is an ideal place for long-distance travel or business trips. If you are planning a romantic wedding or a solo trip, this hotel is definitely a good choice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking high quality service and facilities.

Revisiting Jiuzhaigou after 20 years, it still lives up to its reputation of 'no need to see other waters after Jiuzhaigou'! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally decided on Days Inn by Wyndham, and the stay experience was quite good. Especially our butler, Xiao Ban, who contacted us in advance to share important information, proactively helped us arrange a nanny car for our return trip, and actively assisted with any issues – it felt like having family around! 😀😃 The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, fresh dishes, and fantastic taste! We had dinner at the hotel for both nights, and the yak hot pot deserves special praise – delicious and generous portions! The hotel's private shuttle service also made our journey much more comfortable!
Pros: Newly opened hotel with modern facilities, spacious rooms, a garden, and convenient parking (both above and below ground). The breakfast selection is plentiful, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The afternoon tea treats were exquisite. It's rare to find a five-star hotel that is pet-friendly and offers free pet food!
Cons: Located near a high-speed rail station, it's relatively remote. While dining at the hotel was an option, the food was slow to arrive, possibly due to the National Day holiday crowds, and the taste was average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
Suggestions: The bathroom and washroom areas are large, but there's no place to hang clothes; this could be improved. The carpets could also be kept cleaner!

The room was decent, I stayed there during New Year's Day. The welcome tea was just sitting there, and no one guided us on whether we could actually drink it or not at first. The gym and pool were good, and the high-altitude spa was a unique feature. The afternoon tea set was a bit too simple, just a coffee and one dessert, haha, a bit stingy! All items in the mini-bar in the room are chargeable, so be careful. I was a bit surprised that a deposit was required upon check-in. At check-out, they offered a cup of tea, which was delicious. It was very cold in Chengdu during New Year's 2026. The hotel isn't far from Chunxi Road, just a short taxi ride away. The weather was too cold, making it inconvenient to walk around, and there wasn't much to explore nearby. But a sauna at the hotel on a cold day was very comfortable!

MM321187****Our whole family was incredibly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, Victor's warm welcome made us feel right at home. He not only meticulously helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Our butler, Victor, provided professional service that added so much convenience to our vacation. Whether it was planning our itinerary, recommending restaurants, or daily communication, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was Victor's attention to detail, which made us feel incredibly well looked after.
The entire resort was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The sectional design ensured that guests with different needs could find their perfect space. Although the room facilities were standard, they were exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hot spring pools had very clean water, and the anti-slip measures on the ground were excellent, making the hot spring experience both enjoyable and safe.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the Chinese dishes were authentic and delicious. While the Western options tasted good, they could be a bit more refined to be perfect. The kids' play area was a bit dimly lit in the morning; adding more lighting would make it more enjoyable for children. The river boating was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest providing life vests for them to ensure safety during water activities, as children's safety should always be the top priority.
The hotel's car-to-room access design was a blessing for families with elderly members and children, significantly reducing the hassle of carrying luggage. We recommend implementing a one-car-per-room policy and clearly marking room numbers on the ground for parking. This would prevent multiple cars from occupying spaces and ensure a better experience for all guests.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the environment. We look forward to returning and hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standard of service quality.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Our room had a small balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel's location in Huameishengdi was perfect; we could walk to restaurants in just a couple of minutes. Getting to scenic spots was convenient by taxi, taking about 17-20 minutes.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights at the Chengdu Wenjiang Holiday Inn. I booked a suite, but upon arrival, it was upgraded to a deluxe suite (with a mahjong table and conference table). For those of us who don't play mahjong or hold meetings, the suite was more comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but the staff was excellent. I especially want to praise the lobby manager, Wang Qingqing, for her strong service focus and friendliness. There was also a housekeeping lady, whose name I can't quite remember except for three characters, the middle of which is ”Si.” She was a very kind, honest, and strong lady, and she kept the room very clean. Thank you very much!
MM418944****I have to give a shout-out to the hotel I stayed at this time. The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient for going out, dining, and shopping. The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly nice. Seeing it was our first visit, they proactively recommended several restaurants and snack spots popular with locals. We followed their advice and didn't have a single bad meal – truly no duds! During check-in, they quietly upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I felt they were very genuine and straightforward, no hidden tricks.
MM309148****The environment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the hygiene is very good. Before check-in, housekeeper Grace even called us to inquire about our room preferences. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the upcoming New Year, creating a festive atmosphere. All the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and gave me recommendations for nearby tourist attractions. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel during my trip here was a great experience. The location is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room and a gym in the lobby. They even have a robot for deliveries, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.
MM2ifj0jua****My friend recommended this place to me, saying she absolutely loved her stay here before. It really is great! The front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction during check-in. You can take some amazing photos at both the sewer art museum and the cafe! Breakfast was also excellent, and the lady at the restaurant was so lovely. All the staff were very welcoming. I especially loved the luggage delivery service; when I checked in, the front desk mentioned they could send my luggage to the high-speed rail station. They immediately helped me place the order and carefully explained where to track the retrieval process. I've already recommended it to other friends, and they've come to stay too, haha!

HHsu Dar RenWe returned to stay in this hotel after our trip to Jiuzhaigou. Check in again was smooth. Upgraded to a suite in 14th floor, the room was spacious, clean and beddings comfortable. I called housekeeping for a firm pillow, and immediately a wheat pillow was delivered. We requested a knife to cut fruits, again Leo Li from the restaurant delivered personally to the room. Kudos to Leo, Christina of the front counter, and the housekeeping staff, as well as the helpful concierges. Overall this hotel never disappoints, and is certainly as good as any best 5 star hotel that we have stayed.
AAnonymous UserCaren at the front desk greeted us and checked us in. She discovered it was my birthday and organized a cake to be delivered to our room. She also gave us an excellent room on a higher level that was quiet. Caren introduced us to our bulter Michelle. With the use of WeChat, Michelle was able to provide us with excellent recommendations for locations to visit and restaurants no matter where we were in Chengdu. Her recommendations always exceeded our expectations! On my birthday, Michelle hand delivered a personalized card, panda and a JW Marriott Griffin to surprise me!
Overall, we were very satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, quality of the breakfast and the truly outstanding services provided by Michelle and other satff we encountered
