We stayed for 3 nights during our Chengdu trip. Great location close to Tianfu Square and other major locations like Taikooli.
Spacious and well equipped room, with amazing gym facilities and hotel buffet breakfast was very impressive with wide variety of international cuisines.
Seamless service from check in and the staff are very professional in all their duties. Recommended for the amazing room and central location!

之前入住過其他地方的JW萬豪，體驗感很好，所以這次繼續選擇它。環境一如既往地舒適。各種設施都很便捷，服務也很到位，我們自己帶了床上用品，阿姨很貼心地幫我們鋪床。這次體驗了機器人送外賣，時間會有點久，不過影響不大。如果早餐品種能多樣化點就更好了。

衹要來成都就是住他們家的行政套，寬敞明亮 佈局合理，所有的工作人員都很熱情，就是辦理入住要等有點煩躁，另外房間牙膏就不能採購稍微大支一點的嗎？！一晚一早省着用就再也擠不出來一點兒了，這要是午餐後刷牙就真沒得用了，建議改進！

今年一共住了三家萬豪，深圳給了差評，西安的給了好評，成都這家不上不下，和酒店的服務沒有什麼交集，我就不評價好壞了。現在入住連鎖的高檔酒店管家都會加你，主要看客户有什麼需求，萬豪沒有，然後設施也舊了，十幾年的酒店了，洗臉盆的水龍頭還漏水。唯一滿意的是地理位置，在春熙路上，走路去步行街去太古裏都很方便。辦入住時和前台説要景觀好點的房間，她給了最高樓層，但説真話，旁邊的街景也沒啥好看的，和上一站重慶的江景一比，太遜色了。

房間挺寬敞（除了那個浴缸的位置有些彆扭），衞生方面還是可以的，保潔阿姨打掃的很細緻，房間缺少的東西補充的也很全。管家貼心、細心的服務還是不錯的，提前添加了微信，還會詢問有什麼需求，因為我帶了長者和孩子同時出門，所以需要無煙房，還要同樓層，都一一幫忙做到了。此次入住的是行政樓層，還可以享受行政樓層待遇，免費下午茶和晚飯，很不錯。

The highly recommend this hotel was fantastic! The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient also. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel help to decorate my birthday and would definitely stay here again. Thank you and making my travel experience truly enjoyable.
