Had a very comfortable trip! The hotel staff had excellent service—the aunties and the front desk lady always greeted me with a smile and even took the initiative to say hello when we met. The bedding and hygiene were spotless; the aunties cleaned and made the bed, refilled water, and restocked paper daily. The hotel pretty much offers one-stop service, with food, a self-service laundry room, a gym, and even a massage parlor on the second floor. After a whole day of ”special forces” sightseeing in Xi'an, it was great to relax with a massage upstairs. Most importantly, it was super quiet at night! The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely be back, hehe 😁

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

There are many breakfast shops downstairs from the hotel, and a convenience store right next door, making breakfast very convenient. There's also a robot downstairs that can deliver items. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda musical fountain is clearly visible from here.

Absolutely delighted and very satisfied! I'll definitely choose Haimen JW again next time I'm in Xi'an. It was better than I ever imagined! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff were super nice and attentive. A big shout out to Monica and Lily for being especially thoughtful! They proactively asked about our needs and tried their best to accommodate them. The welcome fruit was lovely, and they gave us a high-floor room with a great view. The room was well-decorated, and since it was our anniversary, they even brought us a delicious small cake! The housekeeping staff were also wonderful. The lobby staff and the doormen at the hotel entrance were all great! Everyone greeted us with a smile~ The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the Sauteed Noodles were amazing! The location is very convenient, and there's a fantastic teppanyaki place downstairs! Good! The biggest surprise of this trip was choosing such a wonderful hotel.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions — everything is easily accessible within walking distance. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles and professionalism made my stay truly pleasant and comfortable. I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!

I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

Our group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Overall it's good, with complete hardware facilities, about 500 meters away from Line 4, upgraded master bedroom without windows, 1518, children's room to play, can take a bath, plenty of drinking water, half a roujiamo for breakfast is enough to make you full, not enough cups, when cups were available, milk and soy milk were gone, yogurt was in short supply, coffee coupons were given, which can be packaged, and Hanfu coupons, but the car service was not used due to traffic control, there is a seafood dinner on the second floor, which can be stored, overall, it is worthy of the word ”international”, much better than the so-called international hotel in Hanzhong Rongjia where I stayed later.

This was my second stay, and the hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's directly across the street from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and right at the northern entrance of the Grand Tang Everbright City. You can easily walk to key attractions like the South Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang Everbright City, and Qin Han Tang Square, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Plus, there's Joy City just across the road for all your shopping and dining needs – so handy! The hotel's exterior design is simple yet grand, giving off a very upscale vibe. The hotel is clean and tidy, and I have to praise the bedding in the rooms; it's incredibly comfortable! Make sure to visit the Qujiang Art Museum downstairs; the jade carvings are exquisite masterpieces, and the ceramics exhibition near the exit is also stunning. There's even a Picasso exhibition happening now, and it's free for hotel guests to visit. I especially want to mention how warm and welcoming all the staff are. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to an executive room for free, and on the morning of my departure, they proactively arranged a late check-out and gave me a lovely gift. Their thoughtfulness was truly exceptional, and a special thank you to Candy Jonay and the front desk staff for making me feel so at home. In short, if you want to fully experience the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Everbright City area, I highly recommend the Westin Hotel. Five stars all the way!
