The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

We booked a room with a private hot spring, which was incredibly convenient. We could soak anytime after returning from our evening activities, offering great privacy. **Hotel Facilities:** While some of the wooden furniture in the room showed signs of age and slight decay, it wasn't a major issue. The outdoor greenery and the hotel's hardscape are excellent, making it a great spot for photos. **Dining:** The complimentary buffet breakfast was incredibly rich! As expected from a city known for its carbs, there were so many steamed dim sum and noodle dishes that I wanted to try them all. I specifically had a bowl of Youcha (oil tea) with Mahua (fried dough twists), something I hadn't eaten in nearly 20 years – it brought back so many memories. **Hot Springs:** Compared to my visit in 2018, there are now more hot spring pools, including new carbonated springs. They offer an abundant selection of complimentary sweets and fruits, and there's also a bar in the middle of the pools, so you can enjoy fruit while soaking – a nice touch. For the private hot springs in the rooms, staff come to fill the tub every evening at 7 PM, so you can just come back from your day out and hop right in. So convenient! We also received a complimentary solo travel photography session. The photographer from Jinghong Travel Photography and the makeup artist were very professional. We were lucky to be wearing newly arrived outfits, which were absolutely stunning. The photos taken on location at Huaqing Palace turned out fantastic, and we were very satisfied. If you plan to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, the hotel provides dedicated staff to guide and transport you in the evening, which is very thoughtful. Our day was packed with activities and very fulfilling. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite the language barrier. The staffs were friendly and did their best to fulfill my needs. The room was great, though the bathroom was a bit small. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In door swiming pool was huge and great. Free sauna for guests as well. Fitness room was very good and equipped with massage chair for free use. Breakfast was rich but mostly chinese food. They provided free yogurt and cakes in our room almost every day. Very good service.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

The breakfast quality is excellent, offering both local specialties and delicious Western options (the coffee from the capsule machine is consistently good). The location is superb; the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and Furong Garden are all within easy reach. The Joy City mall next door also offers convenient dining and shopping. However, if you're an early sleeper or sensitive to noise, you might want to pay attention to your room's orientation. While the windows provide good sound insulation, they can't entirely block out the peak-hour hustle and bustle from outside. The suites are very spacious, making them ideal for family trips, and if your children are small, two could even sleep on the sofa! 🤭

Very good, I re-set this hotel because the soundproofing of the previous hotel was too bad. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a whole street behind where to eat. The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!
