While looking for a hotel, I stumbled upon this one. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately captivated by its elegant and grand decor. The front desk staff greeted me with sweet smiles, and the check-in process was swift and professional. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions, making me feel genuinely welcomed as a first-time guest. The lobby even offered iced Americano, which was a thoughtful touch for early risers. The room was incredibly spacious! The kind lady at the front desk saw I had a baby and thoughtfully upgraded our room – I'm truly thankful for that! The entire room was equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, which made everything incredibly convenient. Even the shampoo and other toiletries in the shower were from a premium brand, wonderfully fragrant, and very pleasant to use. The front desk lady also told me about a Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) experience. I gave it a try, and wearing the Hanfu made me feel absolutely ethereal – it was such a fantastic experience! I loved every moment of it!

When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, took the initiative to help with luggage, patiently answered various questions, and also intimately informed the surrounding play guide and breakfast time, the processing speed is also very fast, no need to wait for a long time. Entering the room was amazing instantly, the room was more spacious and bright than the picture, the decoration style was simple and atmospheric without losing warmth, the facilities and equipment were all available and very new. The mattress is moderately firm, the bedding is clean and tidy with a faint fragrance, and the height of the pillow is also very suitable, so that I, a light sleeper, can sleep well all night. The space is spacious and not crowded, the hot water supply is timely and the water temperature is stable, the toiletries are branded, the texture is very good, even the wind of the hair dryer is very sufficient. I booked a package deal for nearly 2000 per night. The hotel is located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my trip. Everything was excellent, except for the slightly dim lighting in the room. The hotel's service, in particular, was outstanding – from helping with luggage upon arrival to assisting with questions, whether through staff or managers, and even the restaurant service – it all made for a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're visiting Huaqing Palace. If I return, I'll definitely stay here again, hoping the service quality remains as good as this time. The package included handicrafts, the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, a photoshoot, and unlimited access to Huaqing Palace, all of which were great. It's a pity I didn't get a chance to use the hot springs. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh ingredients, and everything was presented cleanly and neatly. Huaqing Palace itself is lovely, with beautiful scenery, and well worth a visit. The 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance at night in the scenic area is definitely worth it!

The hotel environment is excellent, with a fantastic view from the Sky Lobby on the 38th floor. The room decor is unique, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a meticulous job cleaning, and the front desk service is great. Maria from guest relations was very warm and helpful, processing everything quickly and efficiently, and even upgraded our room. Overall, the check-in experience was really good! Highly recommend!

Overall fine. Door was very hard to open and close. The heater didn't work and it was a little cold in the room. We wanted to have a snack at night when we arrived around 9:30 10:00 in the evening but the restaurant service was closed already despite the opening hours written as 10:30 pm. New towels every day and breakfast was great. One person spoke English at the reception and helped us for some planning around the city.

The hotel boasts a grand and opulent lobby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are quite decent. It's conveniently located, just a 5-6 minute walk from Yongxingfang and about a 10-minute walk to the City Wall. At night, the City Wall is brilliantly lit, presenting a dazzling spectacle. Currently, it's not overly crowded, and you can even catch performances there, which makes for a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff are proactive and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options that taste quite good.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! Datang Everbright City is right downstairs. I stayed in Xi'an for four days; the first two nights were at the Ritz, and for the latter two, I chose the Westin because I wanted to experience Hanfu makeup and styling nearby. When checking in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and they gave me one facing the inner courtyard, which was very peaceful and beautiful. A big thank you to Candy! Comparing the two hotels, the Ritz clearly has a newer and more modern decor. The Westin feels a bit dated and has more of a traditional Chinese style. Due to time constraints, I didn't get a chance to use the complimentary museum tickets. This hotel is a great choice if you want to explore and take photos in Datang Everbright City at night.

Very good, I re-set this hotel because the soundproofing of the previous hotel was too bad. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a whole street behind where to eat. The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

We booked a twin room with mountain view. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was large. After a full day of playing in Huashan, it was really comfortable to return to the hotel and soak in the hot springs. The service staff in the hot spring area are very attentive. They served chrysanthemum tea and introduced the characteristics of each hot spring. Five stars.
