The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, took the initiative to help with luggage, patiently answered various questions, and also intimately informed the surrounding play guide and breakfast time, the processing speed is also very fast, no need to wait for a long time. Entering the room was amazing instantly, the room was more spacious and bright than the picture, the decoration style was simple and atmospheric without losing warmth, the facilities and equipment were all available and very new. The mattress is moderately firm, the bedding is clean and tidy with a faint fragrance, and the height of the pillow is also very suitable, so that I, a light sleeper, can sleep well all night. This was my first time in Xi'an, and I wanted to experience the imperial hot spring culture. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** No need to say much; it's located within the Huaqing Pool scenic area, with beautiful landscaping featuring rockeries and small ponds, truly like an imperial garden. During my visit, some palaces were still under construction. The hotel lobby also had a very grand and Tang Dynasty-inspired feel. I didn't get to visit the outdoor hot springs, so I'm not sure about their environment. **Service:** The service was absolutely impeccable. During my stay, hotel staff would first come to sanitize the private hot spring and then fill it with water in the evening. They even brought complimentary white fungus soup at night. Throughout my entire stay, I never had to carry my own luggage. However, the service attitude at the hotel's restaurant was mediocre. Even though a service fee was charged, we rarely saw any staff. We had to refill our own water and so on. I really don't know what that service fee was for. At the end, when paying the bill, they didn't even bother to ask if we were hotel guests. It was only when we had paid and were about to leave, requesting the hotel's shuttle bus, that they mentioned hotel guests get a discount on dining. They then refunded some money to us. For a hotel of this caliber, it's quite unbelievable.

Hygiene: No issues, perfectly up to 5-star standards. Facilities: As with most relatively new 5-star hotels in China, the facilities are excellent here, well-maintained and fully functional. Environment: The surrounding area is business-oriented, suitable for those on business trips nearby. There are also large shopping malls, making it very convenient overall. Service: I feel there are still some issues. The front desk staff was great; they proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers upon seeing our kids and were very friendly. Housekeeping also kept the room very tidy. My only minor complaint is with the restaurant staff, which I believe is due to inadequate training. Although they proactively offered high chairs for my two children (1.5 and 4 years old), we had to ask for children's cutlery on the first day, and again on the second. Overall, the restaurant staff seemed to lack smiles and enthusiasm. While I understand they work hard, I still feel this points to a lack of proper training. Over three consecutive days, I also felt the variety of food options was somewhat lacking, even though the selection provided was relatively rich. So, there's still room for improvement. Overall, I'd give it a 90, and I hope to see improvements next time.

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

Booked this for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! Forgive me for not taking any photos, haha. It's definitely worth recommending. The hotel is quite close to both the morning and night markets, which I really liked. I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked two nights here primarily for the excellent location. It's right next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Mall, so after a long day of walking, we could easily head back to the hotel to rest. Joy City is also nearby. We received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the bedding was great, making for two very comfortable nights. The only downside was the soundproofing; you could clearly hear people talking as they passed by the room.

Very good, I re-set this hotel because the soundproofing of the previous hotel was too bad. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a whole street behind where to eat. The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!
