The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!

This hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids; I highly recommend booking a room in the Imperial Tower! The Imperial Tower's elevator goes directly to the hot springs and swimming pool, so you don't have to walk far. It's super convenient for kids to enjoy the hot springs and swimming, saving you the hassle of walking back and forth, and it's very kid-friendly. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden setting, which is quiet and comfortable, and the room hygiene is well-maintained. The location is excellent; it's right next to an outlet mall, so you can easily go shopping in your free time. Transportation is also convenient, making it perfect for a short trip from Xi'an. The buffet dinner tastes good and offers a wide variety, so both adults and children can find something they love. The only downside is that the menu updates are infrequent; if you stay multiple times, the dishes feel similar, lacking a sense of novelty. Overall, it's very suitable for short family getaways around Xi'an. With hot springs, swimming, and outlet shopping all in one place, it's an effortless way to entertain the kids.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an was excellent. Sophie provided warm and thoughtful service, proactively following up and resolving any issues I had. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and its location is superb, with convenient access to nearby shopping areas. My stay at the W Hotel Xi'an was excellent. Although the hotel opened around 2014 and has been around for some years, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. The design is vibrant, with a trendy cyberpunk style that cleverly merges with Xi'an's rich ancient history, bringing new life to the millennium-old city. The luxury isn't overt; it's hidden in every meticulous detail. We booked a lake-view room, and the balcony view was stunning. Stepping out onto the balcony, you could overlook Qujiangchi Park, with the beautiful lake scenery stretching before you. The room offered a variety of pillows; the buckwheat and anti-snore pillows were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel corridors and elevators also feature unique elements, perfect for taking photos. A special thank you goes to Vera from Guest Relations for her thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. She provided complimentary sightseeing bus tickets and a travel photography service. Our room also had welcome fruits and cocktails. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Western dishes and authentic local Shaanxi snacks, all of which tasted great. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Xi'an.

My wife and I were on our pre-wedding trip, and it was our first stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an. We'd like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Cherry Ma Jia Lin and Ms. Lexi Hu Xing Xing from the Front Desk for their excellent communication and thoughtful arrangements before our arrival. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, the hotel arranged beautiful handmade floral decorations in our room and provided a welcome amenity. Throughout our stay, they proactively followed up on our minor requests. This level of dedication is truly commendable, especially considering the current trend of luxury brands focusing on cost-cutting and efficiency. During our stay, we also appreciate all the staff at the Grand Club. The hot food and snack offerings were great, and the service consistently maintained a high standard. This was an unforgettable experience. GH Xi'an is on a different level!

Really great hotel! The room was on a high floor and had a decent size. The location is excellent—right above a bustling commercial area with tons of dining options, and very close to attractions like the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. The laundry service was particularly amazing, just as good as Atour's. Considering the rates during the National Day holiday, it definitely deserves a very high rating for the overall experience and value.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! I checked in on October 1st to a business twin room, and here's why it's so great: 1. **Room**: While not brand new, it's not old either. It was very clean and tidy, and you can really tell the quality of the decor and facilities from this established five-star hotel. The business twin room had large, bright windows. 2. **Food & Drink**: The room came with four complimentary bottles of water, a fruit platter, and two yogurts. **Breakfast**: This was five-star hotel standard, with a variety of breads, tofu pudding, noodles, pork rib soup, and even poached fish and stir-fries – basically lunch-level fare! Highly recommended! Just about 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a popular BBQ joint and a hot pot place. They were packed with people eating outside, so they must be delicious. However, I had already eaten and didn't try them. 3. **Location**: It's less than a 5-minute walk from Datang Xishi Metro Station. The airport shuttle bus stop is across the street at the Civil Aviation Building. I left at 10 AM on October 2nd, and despite a bit of traffic on Fengcheng Road, I reached T5 Terminal in 50 minutes. 4. **Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. 5. **Price**: On the evening of October 1st, a business twin room was only 358 RMB, including two breakfasts. Keep in mind that on the same night, even budget hotels like Hanting (Rujia) were over 300 RMB. After 20 years of business and leisure travel, this is my first time writing a hotel review. In four words: conscientious and excellent value.

The hotel environment is fantastic. It's a real oasis in the city center with a beautiful garden where you can stroll around, and every corner offers a picturesque view. The location is very convenient; it's not within a scenic area or a commercial pedestrian street, which is a huge plus for a city like Xi'an with its traffic, making getting around so much easier. The room maintenance is good overall, with decor featuring Xi'an characteristics, especially the bedding. It's definitely among the best we've experienced in hotels; the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and getting a good night's sleep is essential when traveling! 😃 I highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel's oil-splashed noodles, beef soup, and even the 'Zhen Gao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) were better than what we ate outside. The fruit quality was excellent, and the yogurt was delicious. The pastries maintained their usual high standard, and the coffee, tea, and salads were all good. I can honestly say we were very satisfied with breakfast for several days. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail in service, which is rare for someone who frequently stays in hotels. I'm especially grateful to Sunny from the Concierge team; her service was meticulous, warm, and enthusiastic. We truly felt like we received personalized service 🎉🎉🎉. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Xi'an. I even bought a delightful little lion 🦁 on my way out. I will definitely choose the Ritz again next time.

Honestly, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I had seen very negative reviews about it on Xiaohongshu, mainly saying it was too old, and Ctrip also listed it as a 2012 hotel. However, my actual stay found it quite new, and none of those mentioned flaws were present. I initially booked it just for its convenient location, expecting a 150-yuan experience for a 1500-yuan price. Yet, the overall actual feeling was comparable to the Seven Oceans Hotel in Xiamen. The room had a bidet, a large bed, welcome fruit, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. In short, all the negative reviews on Xiaohongshu were completely unfounded; it was far beyond what I expected. The only minor drawback was finding a hair on a bath towel when I opened it, but I won't dwell on that.
