The bathroom, toilet, and hardware in this hotel are all from unknown brands and of very poor quality. They clearly cut corners. The toiletries are not good either, and they're not name brands, which doesn't match the hotel's positioning. These two points are really disappointing; I can't understand why. The overall experience was quite poor. The surrounding environment isn't amazing. The car was fun, but nothing else was particularly enjoyable. The hot spring pool needed maintenance, the water wasn't clean, and the temperature wasn't high enough – it was a bit underwhelming. The Chinese food was alright for me, not bad at all. The room temperature was warm enough, and there was entertainment in the evening.

This was my third visit to Tianmu Hot Spring in Manpu Town. We arrived at Manpu Town around 9:00 AM, booked a room after inquiring, and the staff were incredibly friendly, checking us in immediately. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the hot springs. We played until noon, then had a buffet lunch upstairs. The prices were reasonable: 69 RMB for adults, 49 RMB for children (half price), and free for children under 1.2 meters. After lunch, we spent some time in the children's playroom, children's cinema, and sauna on the third floor. I fell asleep while watching a movie in the children's cinema, and the staff member Gao Binbin was especially kind, bringing us several towels to cover ourselves, worried we might get cold. After waking up, we went back to the hot springs for a while longer. We didn't return to our room until evening. The children were very happy. They didn't even get to see the outside shows. We'll definitely come back next time.

Double tickets for Shapotou Scenic Area: The tickets were included, which was very convenient. The hotel dropped us off directly at the scenic area, and we just used the scenic area's own bus 🚌 to get around. Facilities: After comparing with other hotels, we chose Xingxing Hotel because it included both scenic area tickets and meals. Our child could also play in the sand right outside. Environment: I haven't been to other hotels, but we hired an external pick-up/drop-off for our travel photography, and it felt like other hotels would probably be similar. Service: I'm not sure what to say, but the pick-up/drop-off and dining services were decent. We booked the rooms in advance. At the time, there were no twin rooms available, so we booked one room type for one night. The first night we stayed in a family room, and the second night in a twin room. On the day of check-in, I saw twin rooms available online and asked if we could switch to avoid changing rooms. The hotel front desk said it wasn't easy to change the order, and I just thought I didn't want to bother anyone, so I didn't push it. However, when we arrived, it was dinner time, and the front desk only told us that both restaurants were available for dining. So, we had dinner at the nearby B area. The next day, when we went to the A area for dinner, we were told we needed to pay an extra 40 yuan per person. We really wasted 80 yuan. Very nice hotel, the staff were great, room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent but no solo dining options for dinner. No spa and should be removed from amenities. A friendly city that should get more tourists; train service should be improved.

This is a wonderful Suzhou-style garden hotel. The landscaping was truly amazing, even for a designer like me. The rooms are also wonderful, and the private courtyard is exquisite. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and I rarely sleep so soundly!

Visited this ”hotel” many times and enjoyed excellent service every time. The hotel is located in the city center, which is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. The room is warm and comfortable, and there are welcome fruits every day, but the most satisfying thing is that the hotel's cleaning work is very well done and the stay is very safe. A hotel I really like. Although the location is a bit remote, it doesn't matter because I drove here. It's not far from Huaiyuan Night Market. Let's talk about the hotel room. It opened in January this year and was just launched on Ctrip in April. It's very new, but it doesn't have any smell. The room design is very beautiful and the space is very large. The only regret is that there is no view outside the window, but there is a large outdoor terrace. The toiletries smell of lavender, I like it very much. The most important thing is that since I booked two nights on 4.29 and 5.2 respectively, but the price difference was very large, the front desk manager helped to upgrade the room for free, I was so happy🥳

Firstly, as a local customer who enjoys hot springs, I must say that Taoli Jiangnan's hygiene and water quality are excellent. I booked a large, spacious, and clean room for the Chinese New Year. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was excellent and welcoming. The private hot spring bath in the room offered great privacy, allowing you to watch TV on a large screen while soaking. However, there was a problem with the bath's drainage, preventing it from filling with water. We had to call a repairman, who promptly arranged for us to use a separate private hot spring room downstairs. Although it involved some back and forth, it wasn't a major inconvenience. This was very commendable! The only downside was the weak water pressure from the showerhead, making it difficult to wash long hair. The most problematic aspect was the food. Previously, when I went to the hot spring buffet on weekends, the selection was always limited, with many items missing. During the Chinese New Year, it was even worse; the hotel was overwhelmed with customers. Their handling of peak season emergencies was very poor. Because the hot spring hotel is located in a relatively remote area, finding other food options is inconvenient. The hotel's inadequate food service is a major drawback. Then there's the breakfast, which is even more outrageous. Between 8:00 and 9:30, by 8:50, everything was gone. Only one egg remained, and the soy milk and milk were completely empty. Putting aside the taste, at least offer something for customers to eat, something to fill them up. Everything was gone. For a room rate of over 1000 yuan, this breakfast is truly indescribable. If it's a tourist visiting temporarily, they might not come back. Therefore, the hotel needs to improve its catering. Buffets are not cheap, and the ingredients need to be of high quality, especially during holidays like Chinese New Year. Knowing that guest numbers increase during this time, it's not worth it to let the catering fail to keep up with demand and negatively impact the overall experience.

The front desk lady is warm and patient, and can communicate and deal with problems in time, 100 points. The room infrastructure is complete, there are sofas, tables, comfortable and soft mattresses, and automatic curtains are closed. There is also a good viewing experience with a giant curtain. The bathroom is well equipped, the toilet is clean, and it is equipped with two disposable bath towels and face towels. Toothbrushes are suitable for all kinds of travel, such as couples, parents and children. Equipped with elevators, convenient transportation nearby, soundproof environment without noise. There are also a variety of delicious restaurants and delicacies nearby, full of fireworks, in summary, is a hotel with high cost performance.

The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept incredibly well. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, responding quickly to any requests. It's super convenient for dining, drinking, and getting around. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended, this is definitely my top choice for accommodation in the area!
