The hotel's amenities were particularly well-thought-out, with plenty of drinking water, toiletries, and even a steam eye mask. Environment: Nice. While some amenities are a bit old, and the air conditioner doesn't have automatic temperature control, the hotel has installed newer equipment like an air purifier. Facilities: While I didn't experience the hotel's other services during my stay, I did check it out and felt the prices were reasonable and the facilities were quite comprehensive. Based on the price, I recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my family for a short stay. The hotel's hardware and software were good, and the staff were friendly. Although there were a few minor issues, it was generally good. The breakfast was also plentiful, and the pillows in the room were very comfortable. Free parking is available, and the surrounding area is very convenient, with gas stations and supermarkets nearby. Shared bikes are also available along the roadside. It's also not far from the Langfang Museum.

整個賓館豪華氣派，品味非凡，硬件精良，是正定區最貴的酒店。可是忍不住還是想吐個糟：1、房間及樓道𥦬户都鎖上了，不透氣，雖然服務員説已開業四年，但住進去還是會感覺憋悶。空調也開不了，服務員大姐挺好，也來幫忙，還是不行，最後把房間窗户開了鎖並打開，又給配了一台風扇吹，空氣才流通些。可問題是晩上開窗大貨車經過時聲音很大，關上窗又悶熱，簡直無法入睡。2、如此高大上的酒店，早餐咖啡機卻沒配咖啡杯，服務員讓我用柱狀杯喝，咖啡味道就不説了。3、酒店沒有任何提示説準備的簡易拖鞋需要付費，按照我們走南闖北的慣性，帶走了路上換腳。結果車到半路接到賓館電話説要付費，一雙25元，我去！反正下次再也不會住了。

We had a slight hiccup during check-in, and traveling with a child, I really didn't want any unpleasantness. However, thanks to the excellent service from Peach 🍑, everything was resolved smoothly. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy. Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

Nice Hot Spring Hotel is a really great place located in Huailai. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and comfort. The lobby is very beautifully decorated and full of artistic flavor. The hotel's hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are many different pools to choose from, with different temperatures. The main reason is that there are few people and it basically feels like a private bath. The service at the hotel is also great. The staff are very friendly and professional and always catered to my needs. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nice Hotel & Spa. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury and comfort.

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic; the food was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Even as a Southerner, I found the flavors perfectly to my liking! The cleanliness was also impeccable. This hotel is undoubtedly the top choice when visiting Chengde, and its number one ranking is absolutely justified!

The triple room was really great, very comfortable for three girls. It had a fridge, oven, and stove 😜. Both bedrooms had TVs so we could each watch what we wanted without bothering each other. The balcony offered a nice view, looking directly onto the beginner slopes, which made ski-in/ski-out super convenient.
