My parents had stayed at this hotel before, and we chose it again for our family trip. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The staff is well-trained, and the breakfast offers a great variety. There's also plenty of parking available, about 120 spots according to the description. Looking at the map, the hotel is about 50 minutes from Daxing Airport, so some guests might use it for transfers. Also, given its proximity to the 'Dream of Red Mansions' show in Langfang, I imagine some guests are here to see the performance. I had a great night's sleep last night; there was no noise from doors opening and closing, and everyone seemed to turn in early. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

An excellent hotel! The location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza and across from a park and golf course. The rooms definitely don't feel like they're almost ten years old; they're incredibly well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The service was very thoughtful; our housekeeper, Yuki, contacted us in advance to discuss our needs. Upon arrival, all our requests had been fulfilled, which was very efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.

This hotel definitely feels like a blast from the past. I saw a lot of reviews saying that before I booked, and it's absolutely true – it seriously feels like stepping back into the 80s. The facilities are quite old, and the cleanliness is just about what you'd expect for the price. The location was convenient for me, as it's right near where I was working for my business trip, which is why I chose it. Overall, the hotel service is actually very good, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free for hotel guests.

I was in Tangshan for a business trip and decided to bring my parents to Hetou Old Street to celebrate my mom's birthday. The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, the hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. Every detail showed great care. What truly stood out was the front desk service. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Check-in was efficient and swift, and the staff were all smiles throughout, patiently answering my questions about directions and proactively informing me about the hotel's various convenient services. Check-out was seamless, and they thoughtfully reminded me to ensure I hadn't left anything behind. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. Both the comfort of the environment and the professionalism of the service were impeccable, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and have already recommended it to my friends!

Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.
