Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

The hotel's sanitation is very good, the external environment is also very good, parking is very convenient with charging piles. The only thing that is a little uncomfortable is that the master of the breakfast noodle stall has a black face throughout the process. I went to cook a ~ and said that there was no noodles. The person behind me used to ask to cook ~ and told me to wait 3 minutes to cook. I am also speechless. Don't want to cook you don't tell me in front of me that not telling others has, it affects my good mood.

整個賓館豪華氣派，品味非凡，硬件精良，是正定區最貴的酒店。可是忍不住還是想吐個糟：1、房間及樓道𥦬户都鎖上了，不透氣，雖然服務員説已開業四年，但住進去還是會感覺憋悶。空調也開不了，服務員大姐挺好，也來幫忙，還是不行，最後把房間窗户開了鎖並打開，又給配了一台風扇吹，空氣才流通些。可問題是晩上開窗大貨車經過時聲音很大，關上窗又悶熱，簡直無法入睡。2、如此高大上的酒店，早餐咖啡機卻沒配咖啡杯，服務員讓我用柱狀杯喝，咖啡味道就不説了。3、酒店沒有任何提示説準備的簡易拖鞋需要付費，按照我們走南闖北的慣性，帶走了路上換腳。結果車到半路接到賓館電話説要付費，一雙25元，我去！反正下次再也不會住了。

We had a slight hiccup during check-in, and traveling with a child, I really didn't want any unpleasantness. However, thanks to the excellent service from Peach 🍑, everything was resolved smoothly. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy. Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

Live: The room is clean and tidy, and the area is slightly smaller than other four-star standard rooms, but it does not affect the travel with the family. Next to the hotel, there will be a little vibration at night, but I can’t hear it when I fall asleep. Eat: Breakfast is not very friendly to people who have difficulty getting up early at 9 o'clock. When we arrive at the restaurant at 8:40, the remaining amount of dishes is very small, and the insulation measures are not very good. The restaurant is a bit cold. The food is basically cold when you get it on the table. Hot water and porridge are eaten throughout the process. There is a Yuehu restaurant in the hotel. The dishes taste very good. The big salmon in the reservoir are delicious and fat. The dried fried river shrimp is also delicious. Recommend it. The service staff are very friendly. Play: Hot springs, there are about 4 adult pools in the room and 1 child pool. There are two groups of pools outdoor. We prefer the outdoor ones. Although the temperature is cold, it is very comfortable to soak in it and the air is fresh. The pool, the heated pool is great~ the water is clean Overall it is good, it is worth coming again

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

The hotel wasn't crowded this season, so it was very quiet. The guy at the front desk even upgraded our room to a balcony room with a beautiful front-facing sea view! It was my first time seeing the ocean at night and in winter, and it had a unique charm! The next day the weather was great, and we even saw the sunrise – it really brightened my mood! The hotel facilities are quite good; even though it's 10 years old, it's still very clean. Every staff member was lovely, warm, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on the beach, and there are many great restaurants nearby. It's definitely a good hotel I'd return to!

The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. What I like most is the service, opening the car door, taking the luggage and delivering things, and the housekeeper added me to solve problems at any time.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic; the food was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Even as a Southerner, I found the flavors perfectly to my liking! The cleanliness was also impeccable. This hotel is undoubtedly the top choice when visiting Chengde, and its number one ranking is absolutely justified!

The location of the hotel is very good, with direct ski-out access. However, guests need to walk some distance from the check-in area to the room. There are no shops nearby; the nearest one is about 2.5 km away and requires driving. The rooms are warm and equipped with basic necessities. There is a closet and a few hangers, but there is clearly not enough space or equipment to dry ski clothes after skiing. The staff was polite, and check-in was allowed one hour earlier, which is appreciated. The room cleanliness was below expectations. While the bed and towels were clean, there was a lot of long black hair on the floor and debris between the sofa cushions. Towels were not changed for two days, and no wet cleaning was done during this period. The hotel is in the mid-price category and is relatively affordable for a stay of several days, but housekeeping and room maintenance need improvement.
