Guest UserLocation-wise, it's right next to Ghent City Hall, super central! Most of Ghent's attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, like Carrefour and McDonald's. However, because it's so central, it can get a bit noisy; you can still hear people on the street late into the night.
Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and there's complimentary water.
Facilities: It's an older hotel, which is fine, but the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't cast to it. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat up enough, even when set to the maximum fan speed and highest temperature. On the upside, the room itself is very spacious.
Cleanliness: It was very clean.
Overall, for a few hundred yuan, staying in a chain hotel like this offers good value for money.

Guest UserThe room is very big. I booked a balcony room, but the only room I was given was by the road. Room number is 141. Everyone should avoid this room. Because of the noise of cars at night. There was also construction in the morning, so I couldn't sleep well.
I reported it to Ctrip and it was solved.
There is always a body odor smell when the room door is opened, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation.
It takes 3-5 minutes to walk from the main old street.
The hotel environment is very good.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the view is wide, the sleep is good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich and rich, the room is clean

WENJIAThe service of the hotel is very good, it is a small private house, the room is very big, and it is a handsome male waiter who also helped us plan the route of play. There is heating in the house, which just feels that the whole house is relatively old and smells a bit. Very convenient for self-driving, parking is free. You can rent hotel bicycles to play in Ghent, 9 euros per person a day. A small hotel very close to the people

Guest UserThe location and the surrounding area are very beautiful and very good to do with the car. A large spacious shower, delicious beds and desk. The room was very dusty and I don't think the floors were depleted. I was walking through the room with my socks and could throw them away right away. Further very beautiful hotel and perfect for short stay!

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood with excellent soya facility that can be booked privately for 1 hour. Furthermore we booked (and paid for) a room with balcony, but received a different room type on the street side, without balcony. It is a pity that this was not spontaneously compensated by the receipt (although it was clearly indicated that this was not in line with our booking). Breakfast in a kelder floor is always a little tight and was quite sober here, but it's all right. Egg and pancake preparations are made on order.
