Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in the very center, within walking distance of the Cascade, there are very tasty restaurants nearby. The girls at the reception are very friendly, the breakfast is good. We will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

A wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

В целом отель не оправдал ожидания. Местоположение отеля в самом центре. Очень красивый хол, все чисто и очень стильно. За территорией ухаживают очень хорошо, вечером убирают зону бассейна, пылесосят и тд. Завтраки на твердую 5! Сам номер уже довольно уставший. Окно в номере у нас выходило на стену другого здания, до которого можно практически дотянутся рукой. Но постельное белье хорошее. Подушки и матрас удобные. Что касается зоны отдыха с бассейном. Нас очень поразило, что нас не пустили с ягодами! У нас с собой была малина и ежевика. Сказали, что со своей едой нельзя, только что то заказывать в их ресторане. Но у них нет ягод! Вот этого мы конечно не поняли, но ягоды у нас отобрали. Также в бассейне очень много народу, т.к можно придти « с улицы» и купить билет в бассейн. В целом за такую стоимость можно найти вариант лучше. Второй раз мы туда точно не поедем.

Исторический отель, как Negresco в Ницце или Ritz в Париже. Десятки знаменательных людей, останавливающихся здесь. Очень уютно, тихо и размеренно. Небольшие, но очень комфортабельные номера. Приятное постельное белье. Шикарнейшие завтраки. Персонал выше всяких похвал- везде чувствуется забота и внимание. Локация- центральнее не придумаешь. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

It's a good Hilton Express hotel, and it feels about the same as a three-star hotel in China. The location is not far from the Republic Square, and the room is relatively large in Yerevan. There are some supermarkets nearby, so it's very convenient to buy things.

Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

The hotel is a nice hotel and is located in a very close location. Despite the high potential of the hotel, there were some criticisms: - on the first day we found out the clothes we used in the box and on the other day a piece wet on the cottage; - at breakfast there was almost nothing to eat (30 minutes were still missing at the end); we had to complain and the next day things improved; - the room temperature was not well adjustable; - at the SPA at 21:00, we did not find towels and Turkish sauna and bathroom were not well functioning (the first had no indoor light and the second was not warm enough). Despite complaints, the hotel manager didn't think he would honour us for something to apologize in any way, but he just tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to the details and customer care to review!

Nice hotel, quite beautiful. Probably even better in summer when the outdoor pool is open. We couldn't use the indoor pool, which was the main reason we came; it might have been closed. There's convenient covered parking.
