A well-located hotel, right in the heart of Tomar's historic center. The suite had two floors, creating two distinct spaces. The breakfast was very varied and well-served.
It's a shame this hotel doesn't have a pool.
Suggestion: the rooftop could stay open later.
Let me start with the good things.
1. location: this hotel located in better place.Very close to the bus stops, and most attractions are reachable by foot(although there are many steep hills).
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite decent, as you would expect from a hotel of this class.
3. The room was a bit small, but overall OK, The bathroom was good size and also OK.
Good location. Enough sympathy. Small room. Limited parking. No large common spaces, although with a pleasant living room, without TV. Breakfast with the most important things, without exaggeration, in a pleasant room.
I need an invoice in the name of: *********** *** with tax identification number ********* and please send it to the email address ****************** because the hotel did not provide it, claiming that it had to be requested from the company with which I made the reservation and payment.

Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Portugal. Super central in the historic center, the main street is just a few meters away.
The hotel itself is so amazing! Very clean, super fast wifi, great rain shower with very good pressure, spacious toilet & shower area, comfortable beds. All incredibly good amenities.
My visit to my most favorite small town in Portugal was complemented with my stay in my most favorite hotel in Portugal. Wish I had stayed longer!
It was May 13, Holy Mother’s apparition mass was held when we arrived. As tens of thousands people assembled in the mass the hotel did great service for our family to leave luggages in the hotel, attended the mass and have had great time until we leave on the nest day.
The hotel is impressive when you arrive, amidst the greenery, parking lot, and lobby with columns and beautiful flooring. Then you get to the check-in desk and notice that one of the staff chairs is completely ruined. Go up to the bar and restaurant area and notice that the beautiful lobby flooring has disappeared, completely covered in carpeting. Some of it is no longer snug, but creases make it a tripping hazard. You take the elevator to your room, and the hallways ”greet” you with a ”splendid musty smell”—carpeting everywhere, walls with almost plastic/fabric wallpaper, and the rest of it wood. The smell is very strong. You enter the room, and it's half the size of the one you booked.
You step out onto the balcony and notice that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I ask the front desk about the room and the state of cleaning, and they tell me they don't have rooms like the one I booked, but they offer me the option of changing rooms. I see the second one as very large but with an even more persistent ”stale” smell than the first. I see the third one as smaller than the first but with a less persistent smell. I'm keeping this one. The bed is very comfortable, but the balcony is as dirty as the first one, both on the floor and the bathroom window, the ceiling, and the walls. The bathroom window is impossible to open, the bathroom door has a broken handle, the shower splashes everywhere, the bidet faucet needs fixing, and the bathtub is ”black” (see photo). The cleaning of all the rooms is very basic. The building was built in two phases, the first in 1967. Perhaps it needs a major renovation or at least maintenance and cleaning. The breakfast is average but with little variety for a 4-star hotel. I'm adding a few photos to give you an idea. This hotel has a ”4-star” name, but...
It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.
Excellent location, service and cleanliness.
Abundant and delicious breakfast.
There are 2 parking lots, a smaller one in front and a larger one behind the hotel.
The stay was very good.
I recommend it.

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked only one night, at the last hour, so the view wasn't the best, the calefactor never really worked, it was more noisy than normal. The bed was not confortable. The place was spotless and the service was OK,

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We were in a great location!
We just think the air conditioning system needs to be updated and modernized a bit!
Thank you to all the day and night staff for your dedication!

TTanglaoshiroyThis hotel is right next to the new church and echoes the old church square. It only takes five minutes to walk to the tourist attraction. You can go back to the hotel to rest at any time. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The local Portuguese food is very delicious. It is a very rare experience.

GGoldilocks and 3 bearsLocation is excellent , walk 3 minutes to bus station to Lisbon, 3 minutes walk to Basilica. Lots of restaurants around ,Hotel has restaurants for dinner price is reasonable.
Breakfast is good buffet style , room is big and very clean , supermarket just walk 5 minutes and got so many hot food like chicken and coffee and pastry combo under euro $2 .
Ttt747This is the four-star hotel closest to the Fatima Sanctuary. The family room was functional and very comfortable. The shampoo and soap were from a company in Porto, which I liked so much that I went out to buy some when I arrived in Porto, as this was my next destination.
The staff were also kind and polite, and helped me in many ways.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I come to Fatima again.
