the hotel is under renovation with work at the exterior. It blocked the view of the room which was never mentioned. We experienced a hot water tap problem and no technicians are available at the evening time when we need to take a bath.
Overall experience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Location is good. Right next to the train station and paid car park. However, the noise is unacceptably loud during the night time, even with the double-glazed windows. Motorcycles and teens make the whole night a nightmare.
The room is big with however a tiny TV. Free WIFI. The cleanliness is fair, but can be better.
The room was very good, the hotel facilities were complete, the waiters were very warm and friendly, very pleasant stay, the hotel parking was very convenient, the breakfast was rich, and I will continue to stay at this hotel next time.
Suitable for car people No car should not choose this environment, but just went out and met a woman who was in a bad mood in front of my room. When I came back at night, I saw her sitting in the parking lot outside the hotel. The service staff was only polite. The room was clean. There were only crackers left in the room.
Nice hotel friendly
Staff plenty of parking
nice bar
not much choice on food
Breakfast n disappointing streaky bacon(over cooked) not proper back bacon sausages dry.
There is no one of the most satisfying hotels in the UK! Highly recommended to everyone who goes to Swansea ~
The hotel is close to three cliffs bay in Swansea, a very beautiful forest trail opens in the big manor. Very old but the hardware is not old.
The butler's service is super good. Our whole family has already sunset time. We gave one person a cup of English milk tea + small snacks for free. It really feels great after the long-distance drive (also the only one on the way). The breakfast the next day was also very good, from the environment to the dishes, no longer English full breakfast can also order some different, including the best Benedict eggs on this trip.
Swansea itself is also worth visiting, three cliffs bay 5 minutes drive from the hotel, rhossili bay 30 minutes drive, very recommended ~

GGuest UserCheap and cheerful hotel in the right place of town. Good bar and food. Friendly staff, with no frills amenities.
Breakfast is OK, but at £10...is still worth the price.

GGuest UserAbsolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too.
GGuest UserWe’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.
GGuest UserIt's great to live by yourself. The space is suitable. The service is very good. The light was broken at first, so I changed the room and the light was broken. I don't know what happened to me. I don't want to say it.
南南花枝-1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
GGuest UserLovely place. Simple basic rooms but everything you need plus very nice staff and nice pub downstairs. It was a great place to stay for a nearby wedding. Thank you!
