"Had my first restful sleep only after arriving here! The room was clean and cosy with great views of cangshan, the staff here were friendly and made the stay a lot more comfortable with their suggestions and little advice/reminders for the trip. The views from the rooftop is great, location is also good as it is within walking distance to the ancient city. Not forgetting the fact that you get to play with two adorable doggos throughout your stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when I’m back in Dali. 😊"

"Great location, walk to the ancient city and also accessible by car. Love the traditional style, interior materials like wooden+stone floor/wall. Common area is free to access by public taking pictures of the building's traditional interior/decor, which is a plus and minus at the same time I think. Afternoon tea is quite pleasing, variety and taste wise. Breakfast is quite nice. Welcome fruit initially was only 1 apple and 1 orange on the plate, seems like forgottem? Night milk was never explained and now remember there was a thermos? with milk? At this price point in ShangriLa, we would appreciate if the bathroom has smart toilet feature, and frustrated with the small giveaway bottles of body wash and shampoo, which is old style, probably older than the traditional decor? haha. Edges of floor and wall inside and outside feel a bit not completely clean especially near the door. As usual, communications in wechat is indispensable and thus services can be explained and delivered. There was 1 traditional shawl and 2 hats for free use, which gives our photography a nice improv."

"This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! Right outside the door, vast rice paddies unfold, with distant mountains and clouds creating picturesque, 'insta-worthy' scenes like oil paintings. The courtyard lawn is blooming with hydrangeas, and the outdoor terrace is perfect for unwinding and watching the sunset. The room was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful, healing environment amidst the fields helped me shed all my fatigue. It's not far from the ancient town, offering a full rural ambiance. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Tengchong; I'll certainly be back!"

"This hotel is really well-designed; you can take great photos anywhere inside. The location is excellent, right by Erhai Lake, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with high-quality amenities. Plus, there's a projector, so watching movies in bed at night is a real treat. The rooftop sea-view garden is absolutely stunning – ladies, you definitely need to go up there for photos, it's gorgeous! The butler was also incredibly enthusiastic and gave us lots of tips on where to eat, drink, and explore in the area."

"Free parking outside the ancient city, the little brother will pick you up at the intersection. It's in the inner part near the sea. You can take pictures on the rooftop, which is good for physical strength. There is also breakfast in the morning, which is made by their local aunt, and it's super delicious rice noodles. Unlimited refills. It's also very convenient to go out in the town. When you walk out, you will see Yang Liping's Sun Palace, and on the other side is Nanzhao Fengqing Island."

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

CabbagehaoyunEnvironment: The location is excellent, on the top of Xiaowan Village, there are many net red cafes around, just a few minutes walk, many people come up to see the sunset, and there are many places to eat under the mountain.
Love his garden, like Dorothy's name, the whole homestay is full of European fairy tale colors.
Hygienic: It is cleaned every day, and the rooms are warm and tidy. Of course, there are inevitably small bugs and geckos in the country house. This is normal, and the children like it very much.
Service: The service is very good, because the bed room booked, the little girl saw our child, took the initiative to upgrade the parent-child room for us, and also helped us carry such a heavy suitcase up to the fourth floor. Every day, there are fruit plates and hot milk, which makes people feel warm.
Facilities: The bedding and decoration are very comfortable. I am a little suggestion. The roof terrace and the second floor terrace can be renovated and built. The scenery is very good. It may be that there are fewer people going now and there are no supporting leisure facilities.
Small reminder: Because it is in the Internet Red B&B Street, there may be a homestay for activities at night, there is noise, we met a few people in a homestay next to it one night to have a sharing meeting, and I took the microphone to speak publicly after 11 o'clock in the evening. Can't you hear it face to face? Very strange. This has nothing to do with this homestay, it is a problem of the whole environment. If you are used to quiet and early sleep, you need to pay attention.

In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

2. The front desk attendant and the room attendant are the same person, and the service is relatively enthusiastic.
3. Vehicles and personnel must be registered before entering the hotel to increase safety.
4. Since breakfast does not start until 8:30, after coordination with the waiter, the chef will deliver the meal to the room at 7:40, and the variety is relatively complete and the taste is good.
5. Because it is inconvenient to find the hotel halfway up the mountain, I asked two people to point out the road. It is recommended to set up road signs at the entrance and turning point for easy finding.
6 The room settings are a bit old and the facilities are relatively few.

ShenyedekafeiThe room balcony has a great view. The front desk lady is pretty and nice. Since the room has a view, we didn't want to go out, so the lady helped us deliver afternoon tea to the room. The hotel's environment decoration is very attentive, and it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room have some minor flaws, the flaws are not enough to hide the merits.
