They patiently explained the map to us and reminded us of important things to note. The daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary evening sweet soup were all delicious, and the waffles were especially soft and tasty.

"My mother and I had a wonderful trip to Shangri-La, and we were very happy with our choice of Sangzhu Courtyard. Upon arrival, we were presented with a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf), and the staff actively helped us with our luggage. In the evening, they brought us milk and small cakes as a late-night snack, which made our journey extra warm. They also arranged airport transfer for our return journey, and the staff were all very humble and polite. The service throughout was meticulous and thoughtful, and the Tibetan-style courtyard had a great ambiance. The location was also convenient for getting around. We have safely arrived home, and we are very grateful for the hotel's attentive hospitality. I genuinely recommend it for anyone visiting Shangri-La 🙏"

"I'm quite particular about my accommodations. Every time, I have to scout out countless guesthouses beforehand, comparing guest reviews to see if the location is close to popular spots but cleverly avoids noisy areas, making it suitable for a relaxing stay. Wow! My friends, do you think I'm too picky? Let me tell you: I've traveled through almost all major cities in China, stayed in all sorts of hotels and guesthouses, and yes, I've had some bad experiences. This time, I meticulously chose the 'First-Row Seaview Garden Guesthouse' in Shuanglang. The breakfast was nutritious and plentiful: boiled eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, small steamed buns, congee, freshly ground soy milk, rice noodles – pretty comprehensive, right? Did you see the pictures? I was enjoying breakfast while looking at Erhai Lake, aren't you jealous! The guesthouse was clean and tidy. Besides the Erhai view, the courtyard was filled with greenery, and there were several photo spots. Inside, the bedding was clean, the mattress comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a 'beauty's footrest' sofa, a great spot for scrolling on your phone. The shower and toilet were separated, with no unpleasant odors, and even the disposable slippers were of good quality. The best part is waking up and walking a few hundred meters to stroll by Erhai Lake. When you come back, there's a market not far from the guesthouse entrance, with a wide variety of fruits, all good quality and low-priced. You can buy them and enjoy them at the guesthouse while gazing at Erhai Lake – don't you agree that this First-Row Seaview Garden Guesthouse I found is fantastic? And for the last crucial point: you're probably already thinking that such a place must be expensive! Well, listen up, the value for money and quality-price ratio are absolutely off the charts. "First time visiting Dali with my elderly mother. We stayed in Dali Ancient City (Haixi) for the first two nights, experiencing its lively bustle. For the latter two nights, I specifically booked a hotel near Shuanglang Ancient Town (Haidong). After comparing several options, I chose this cliffside seaview guesthouse. Upon arrival, whether in the guesthouse garden or in the room, we had unobstructed views of the blue sky, white clouds, Cangshan Mountains, and Erhai Lake. This trip was absolutely worthwhile! 😊 The guesthouse service was also good, and they even offered complimentary bedtime milk. 🥛🥛"

"This hotel in Dali Ancient City really exceeded my expectations. The location is super close to Dali Ancient City, just a 10-minute walk away. The courtyard has parking, which is very convenient. It's also very close to the popular Cang'er Avenue. There's a self-service laundry room on the first floor, and the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, even proactively recommending things to see in the ancient city and local specialties. Truly excellent!"

"I brought my child to Dali to relax after their exams, and we booked a lake-view room on the second floor. Initially, I was worried the view might be poor due to the low floor, but those worries were completely unfounded! The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire lake and mountains like a natural painting. We had a panoramic view of the clear sky, blue water, distant mountains, and green trees. The swing inside the room was a huge hit with my child; they spent half the day on it. We didn't have to rush our itinerary; we just slowly enjoyed the breeze and watched the shimmering lake, experiencing a rare, leisurely pace of life. The room was clean and bright, with refreshing marble floors, and opening the window revealed a healing lake view. My child completely relaxed and shed all the fatigue from exam preparation. The hotel environment is thoughtfully designed, tranquil and restorative – it's definitely our top choice for family trips. We'll be back for our next vacation!"

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Love his garden, like Dorothy's name, the whole homestay is full of European fairy tale colors.
Hygienic: It is cleaned every day, and the rooms are warm and tidy. Of course, there are inevitably small bugs and geckos in the country house. This is normal, and the children like it very much.
Service: The service is very good, because the bed room booked, the little girl saw our child, took the initiative to upgrade the parent-child room for us, and also helped us carry such a heavy suitcase up to the fourth floor. Every day, there are fruit plates and hot milk, which makes people feel warm.
Facilities: The bedding and decoration are very comfortable. I am a little suggestion. The roof terrace and the second floor terrace can be renovated and built. The scenery is very good. It may be that there are fewer people going now and there are no supporting leisure facilities.
Small reminder: Because it is in the Internet Red B&B Street, there may be a homestay for activities at night, there is noise, we met a few people in a homestay next to it one night to have a sharing meeting, and I took the microphone to speak publicly after 11 o'clock in the evening. Can't you hear it face to face? Very strange. This has nothing to do with this homestay, it is a problem of the whole environment. If you are used to quiet and early sleep, you need to pay attention.

In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

3. Vehicles and personnel must be registered before entering the hotel to increase safety.
4. Since breakfast does not start until 8:30, after coordination with the waiter, the chef will deliver the meal to the room at 7:40, and the variety is relatively complete and the taste is good.
5. Because it is inconvenient to find the hotel halfway up the mountain, I asked two people to point out the road. It is recommended to set up road signs at the entrance and turning point for easy finding.

The balcony view of the room is very good, the front desk lady is beautiful and very nice, because the room can see the scenery, we don't want to go out, so the lady helped us to send afternoon tea to the room.
