I had a very pleasant stay at Erhai Lakeview Apartments. First photo is the view from the room, absolutely stunning! Room is big and spacious with a lot of space to open our luggage. We were assisted by very friendly and helpful staff 小乐 throughout our stay and he provided us with food recommendations around the area as well as possible itinerary or activities to do in Dali during our stay. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located above a convenience store, local eats, a cafe, and options to rent e-scooters for transport around the city. The street opposite also has many good food options. Would recommend!

It took only 20 minutes by taxi to get to Dounan Flower Market, which made buying fresh cut flowers super convenient. The front desk even proactively gave me a guide for sightseeing and dining in Chenggong. The room had great natural light, making it feel bright and spacious. It was a very hassle-free stay before catching my bus.

We've already left Shangri-La, heading to our next destination. It was fate that brought us to your hotel, and we're especially grateful to Shangri-La's team: 'yesterday's bellhop, the lovely front desk lady, the wonderful lady in the breakfast area, and today's bellhop.' Their service awareness is exceptional; they truly put themselves in the guests' shoes, promptly and proactively solving issues and doing their utmost to provide excellent service. Our little one also loved them! They embody guest-first service, significantly enhancing our stay experience. Shangri-La has a wonderful cultural atmosphere, but most importantly, every single 'staff member' is Shangri-La's best 'calling card.' Best wishes to Shangri-La and all its staff. The location is superb, right opposite Erhai Lake with beautiful scenery. Parking is convenient, and the room facilities are quite good. We had a large group, and the front desk thoughtfully provided extra blankets, which made for a very pleasant experience.

A truly perfect stay! Staying for two nights really allowed me to soak in the slow pace here. In the afternoon, I'd lazily sit by the window, facing Erhai Lake. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the tranquil blue, and my mind and body completely relaxed. This is the holiday life I've always yearned for.

The B&B is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and soft, and the windows offer stunning views of Erhai Lake, perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage. On the second day, they even upgraded our room – five-star service! There's a small terrace on the third-floor common area for relaxing, and a charming little garden with two adorable cats behind the first floor. It's super convenient as it’s right by Erhai Lake. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone!!

The room was very clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help and quick to respond, which made a big difference in our experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options, including both local specialties and choices suitable for different tastes. Specially Allen, he is very nice. I feel a little sick today. He prepared ginger with brown sugar tea, which made me feel very warm. Thank you very much for his care and. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel stands out for its quality in environment, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. It’s definitely a place I would recommend.

The biggest highlight is the stunning sea view; lying in the room and enjoying the view was incredibly soothing. The owner is very honest and helpful, offering recommendations for good restaurants and travel tips. The value for money far surpasses other guesthouses in the area!

The owner also recommended many delicious restaurants and snack bars that offered great taste at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking right outside and an elevator, which is super convenient for elderly guests and those with luggage. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are incredibly warm and attentive. They made sure we had plenty of bottled water, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The decor is stylish and modern, perfect for couples, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hot water supply was excellent with strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable bath in the tub. The smart voice-controlled curtains opened up to a stunning sea view, which was a lovely touch. We were especially touched when the owner offered us a free ride to the airport for our late-night flight, as it was difficult for us to arrange transport with our elderly parents and children. Given the affordable price, the owners' exceptional hospitality, and the cleanliness, this hotel left a deep impression on us. If we ever come back to Dali, we'll definitely choose this place again.

It's convenient for charging electric vehicles. The owner is very thoughtful; the lobby offers convenient services like umbrellas, candies and snacks, a first-aid kit, and a sewing kit. Dining is also convenient; I recommend the Laziji Hotel nearby for its inexpensive and generous portions.
