A wonderful stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous and well-designed. I was deeply impressed by the staff, who went above and beyond to help us. Best of all, it’s located very close to the high-speed train station, making our transit seamless and convenient. Would definitely come back!

It took only 20 minutes by taxi to get to Dounan Flower Market, which made buying fresh cut flowers super convenient. The front desk even proactively gave me a guide for sightseeing and dining in Chenggong. The room had great natural light, making it feel bright and spacious. It was a very hassle-free stay before catching my bus.

We've already left Shangri-La, heading to our next destination. It was fate that brought us to your hotel, and we're especially grateful to Shangri-La's team: 'yesterday's bellhop, the lovely front desk lady, the wonderful lady in the breakfast area, and today's bellhop.' Their service awareness is exceptional; they truly put themselves in the guests' shoes, promptly and proactively solving issues and doing their utmost to provide excellent service. Our little one also loved them! They embody guest-first service, significantly enhancing our stay experience. Shangri-La has a wonderful cultural atmosphere, but most importantly, every single 'staff member' is Shangri-La's best 'calling card.' Best wishes to Shangri-La and all its staff. All-day sea view tea break, enjoying Erhai Lake. Enjoy two cups of aromatic coffee daily – Americano or Latte. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient, with Erhai Lake right at the doorstep. There are many electric scooters for rent along the road, which makes getting around easy.

The room was spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. It's super convenient for transport too; the front desk even gave me the parking location for my rental car, which was only a 5-minute walk away. Among all the accommodations on the same street, this one offers the best value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The B&B is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and soft, and the windows offer stunning views of Erhai Lake, perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage. On the second day, they even upgraded our room – five-star service! There's a small terrace on the third-floor common area for relaxing, and a charming little garden with two adorable cats behind the first floor. It's super convenient as it’s right by Erhai Lake. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone!!

The experience at Dali Songyun Banshan Hotel completely surpassed what I anticipated, and I especially want to commend our dedicated butler, Kevin. His service was professional, thoughtful, and truly top-notch! Even before we arrived, Kevin proactively contacted us to confirm our itinerary, discuss our needs, and even thoughtfully advised us on the weather and what to wear. Upon arrival, he was already waiting for us at the entrance, enthusiastically helped with our luggage, and swiftly handled the check-in process. He then meticulously explained the hotel facilities and how to use the smart devices in the room. He also thoughtfully recommended his favorite local eateries and lesser-known scenic spots, and the sightseeing route he planned for us was incredibly practical. During our stay, Kevin was incredibly responsive, practically replying to messages instantly and being available whenever we needed him. When I mentioned wanting breakfast on the room's balcony, he made sure the table was set up beforehand. When I casually expressed an interest in local experiences, he helped book a cycling trip around Erhai Lake and a tie-dye workshop, arranging everything perfectly. Upon departure, Kevin pre-arranged our transport, helped with our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the entrance – so warm and considerate. The hotel itself has an exceptional environment with panoramic views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, and the facilities are of high quality. However, Kevin's service truly made this trip extra heartwarming and unforgettable. I highly recommend Songyun Banshan, and you can't go wrong asking for Butler Kevin. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dali!

I specifically booked this newly opened guesthouse because it's convenient for getting around and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The room was exceptionally clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest highlight is the stunning sea view; lying in the room and enjoying the view was incredibly soothing. The owner is very honest and helpful, offering recommendations for good restaurants and travel tips. The value for money far surpasses other guesthouses in the area!

The location was super easy to find; just hailed a taxi using the navigation and got there directly. Check-in was smooth. The landlady was a lovely, friendly, and very enthusiastic lady, always serving with a smile. The room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, was very spacious, and offered direct views of Erhai Lake. The smart home features were also very convenient, and the projector had excellent clarity. Both the bathtub and shower had perfectly adjustable water temperatures, making them very comfortable. If you're visiting Dali, staying here is really pleasant. It's right next to Ideal State and also very close to Wenbi Village.

The hotel is excellent, with an elevator and spacious rooms that are well-equipped and high-quality. You can do laundry, and there's a platform for drying clothes. It's convenient for charging electric vehicles. The owner is very thoughtful; the lobby offers convenient services like umbrellas, candies and snacks, a first-aid kit, and a sewing kit. Dining is also convenient; I recommend the Laziji Hotel nearby for its inexpensive and generous portions.
