"This hotel was great! The location is right in front of the erhai lake, with one of the most beautiful views I have seen yet. Dali is a gorgeous city with lot's to offer, and I think this is a great location if you want to explore a bit more, not just the ancient city. I loved that in the reception they offer free tea (lose leafs, good quality) and have an entire tea ceremony table with everything you need to enjoy the view from the reception. My room was very clean, and they replaced towels and whatever was needed daily. The reception staff was very sweet. The shower had great water pressure and temperature... 5 stars for sure!"

Environment: The atmosphere is truly enchanting, the three-story layout feels wonderful, like a hidden paradise that really helps you relax and unwind. It's also very close to the ancient town, just a short walk away, and it's quite lively there.
Service: The service is absolutely excellent! They gave us lots of tips for sightseeing and even helped with our luggage. The dogs and cats also 'come to work' and are very friendly, not shy at all. Highly recommend!"

"We will be back! This felt like a home away from home, except it had such a wonderful view of the lake. The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, which was very handy for us as we came over from Kunming and then went back. You're close to many of the central places and with DiDi taxi, it's super easy to get around from here. We will for sure book here again; we're already planning a visit back."

"The ******* atmosphere here is incredible! The wood and stone architecture, along with the detailed carvings, are really impressive. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the high-altitude amenities were a thoughtful touch. Our butler was warm and welcoming, and enjoying butter tea in the courtyard with a view was lovely. However, the chieftain's feast they recommended was pretty mediocre, though the performance was quite good! 👍 The breakfast could definitely be more hygienic; my friend got an upset stomach after eating it."

As we had an early morning train to catch, the owner kindly arranged transportation for us to the railway station despite the very early hour. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our journey completely stress-free. We are deeply grateful for the warm welcome and genuine care. "First off, the hotel's location is incredible, right on Cang'er Avenue. From the road, you have the majestic Cangshan Mountains on one side and Erhai Lake on the other. The views are absolutely stunning! You don't need to rush for a good photo spot; just step out leisurely, and even backlit shots have an amazing vibe – any random spot on the roadside looks like a scene from a movie! Shared electric scooters are available right outside the hotel, and you can reach the South Gate of Dali Ancient City in just 10 minutes. Ride-sharing services make it super convenient to get to the Cangshan Cableway, the Erhai Lake shore, and Xizhou Ancient Town.
🌿 The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are fantastic! The electric curtains, mini-bar, and smart toilet in the room are all super convenient to use. My favorite spot was the small balcony – just sitting there, enjoying the breeze, and relaxing was so blissful I didn't want to leave! 😃
🌿 The hotel breakfast is a buffet, and the spread of Chinese and Western options is incredibly rich. You can pile up on local 'erkuai' and rice noodles, plus there's fresh fruit and hot dishes. Eat your fill, then head out for more adventures! 🌊"

MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Just arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the front desk lady enthusiastically came to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. The environment was also very good. When I saw the garden, I knew that this trip would be over the screen circle of friends. I took a good photo and saw the sunset on the roof terrace in the middle of the night. In the evening, Miss Sister also sent us fruit and milk, recommended local characteristics, and the taste was good. The breakfast on the second day was very rich and the taste was super good, especially the rice noodles. I like it very much. I will come to their house next time.

AAnonymous UserDeveloped by Vanke, the air conditioner is Mitsubishi, but the house is big but not warm, and the toilet is small but slightly warm. In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?
