I originally wanted to book a hotel on Xiamen Island, but to my surprise, Qianwen recommended this five-star hotel, and its value for money really caught my eye. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious and spotless. The ocean view from the window was stunning. Directly across from the hotel is a park, and an evening stroll there was lovely with all the beautiful lights. The hotel service was also excellent, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. Breakfast was extensive, and the freshly prepared congee was particularly outstanding. The only minor drawback is that Metro Line 2 is 1.2 kilometers from the hotel, which is a bit far. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, definitely a 5-star experience!

Let me write a serious review about this accommodation experience. I landed at 1 AM, and there was still a staff member there for the late-night airport pickup. Communication was very smooth. Thumbs up. It was already late when I checked in. A second staff member helped me with the check-in process and then assisted with carrying my luggage. This saved a lot of time and effort. Thumbs up. The next day, I wanted to extend my stay, but it seemed all the rooms were booked. I bothered the second staff member again to help coordinate, and eventually, I didn't have to switch rooms and could continue staying in my original room. Thumbs up. It happened to be graduation season for university students, so there were many young people staying who were up late at night. As a middle-aged person who has trouble sleeping, I once again bothered the front desk staff. Their response was very quick, and after a while, the surroundings became much quieter. I felt really bad about bothering the staff; as the saying goes, 'customers' requests keep the staff on their toes,' but their attitude was genuinely excellent. The apartment was also clean, and the disposable amenities made me feel more at ease. Thumbs up. Finally, the staff member asked if I needed an airport drop-off. From start to finish, the service was complete and thorough. Thumbs up. The beach opposite the apartment was less crowded, had a great atmosphere, and was perfect for photos.

The details are well thought out – plenty of charging outlets, a mini-fridge, and effective blackout curtains. 🤵 Service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and professional, proactively reminding us about the weather and tourist attractions. Housekeeping responds quickly; items we needed were delivered within minutes. 🍽️ Breakfast: A rich variety, with authentic local snacks and delicious freshly ground coffee. 💯 Value for Money: Absolutely excellent value for its price range! We even received a small souvenir upon check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city. Very satisfied with this stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was especially comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The location is convenient, and it's a short taxi ride to all the attractions. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Recommended! I must commend the service at this hotel! Traveling with a child, the front desk specifically arranged a quiet room and provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the hygiene was impeccable. The non-slip mat in the bathroom and the emergency call button provided peace of mind. The hotel's location is excellent and offers fantastic value for money. Our room's balcony faced Gulangyu Island, and enjoying a drink there in the evening while admiring the beautiful scenery was incredibly relaxing. Downstairs, there's a bus terminal, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street.

Facing Gulangyu Island, you can see boats coming and going at night. The hotel is also very close to Zhongshan Road, and just across Zhongshan Road is the Bashi market. Housekeeping supervisor Geng Hongyan was incredibly thoughtful; the kids had a little surprise waiting for them every day when we returned to the room. Coming back to the hotel, watching cartoons and soaking our feet washed away the day's fatigue. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Xiamen!

Following last year's renovation, the hotel's interior decor is a blend of modern and traditional, with many Minnan elements preserved in the details, which is very pleasing to the eye. The in-room amenities are impressive – a capsule coffee machine, an electric toilet, and a mini-bar; nothing was missing. The configuration is even better than many five-star hotels. Pulling back the curtains reveals Gulangyu Island across the sea, offering a delightful view. The service is also impeccable. The hotel staff are attentive; from the moment we arrived, a bellboy helped with our luggage, and when we ordered takeout, staff personally delivered it to our room. Special commendation goes to Xiaolan, the room attendant. Let me share an incident: the fruit platter delivered on the first day had one slightly damaged kumquat, so we didn't eat it. When we returned to the room the next evening, we found that the damaged kumquat had been removed and replaced with a fresh one. Throughout our stay, the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel perfectly embodied the meaning of 'a home away from home.' This level of care, which goes beyond the standard, made our entire family feel the hotel's thoughtfulness and warmth.

The staff were warm and polite, especially the housekeeping attendant who kindly provided a drying rack when she noticed we had washed some clothes – much appreciated! The facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and breakfast includes some local specialties. The hotel lobby has an exotic flair. For a hotel of this style and in this location, compared to surrounding hotels, it's truly a great value. We extended our stay for another night due to our travel plans. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Xiamen next time!
