Our stay at RYD exceeded all expectations, a solid 120%! The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room offered breathtaking, expansive views of Gulangyu Island, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed the clear blue sea by day and the twinkling lights by night. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm throughout our stay, providing meticulous service. They even extended our check-out time so we wouldn't have to rush for our train, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location made getting around a breeze. With amazing views and heartwarming, personalized service, it's convenient for all your travel needs. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xiamen! I'd like to particularly commend the hotel's service. The staff were consistently gentle, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They were warm and polite, making the check-in and check-out process efficient and quick. Any requests I had were promptly addressed and patiently answered, making the overall service experience incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options that catered to general tastes. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, adding a great sense of happiness to my trip.

The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean with no strange odors. It was quiet at night, and the pillows were so comfortable I fell asleep in three minutes. Room service delivery by robot was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I originally booked this hotel just for the convenience of getting to the airport the next day, but it turned out to be excellent value for money. They even offer free shuttle service. The front desk lady was super nice. All in all, I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I need to.

Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, so I had to ask around for directions. The hotel is located in a shared building with office tenants (search for: Changjiang Securities as per in the first pic), so during peak hours, expect some waiting time for the lifts. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kulangsu Island. Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with my laundry. I simply dropped it off and collected it the next morning. Thank you for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The Lujiang Hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the pedestrian street and the 'Eight Markets' (Ba Shi). The hotel's exterior has a unique design, and while its interior is luxurious, it also retains a sense of historical charm. From the room's balcony, you get a fantastic view of Gulangyu Island. The bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries and hairdryer are of good quality. The room layout is well-designed and functional, with comprehensive facilities. The hotel's breakfast is highly recommended. It features a combination of made-to-order dishes via QR code and a buffet. Although the variety might not seem vast, every single dish is exquisite, offering authentic Xiamen flavors and exceptional taste. We even received complimentary pigeon soup delivered to our room in the evening. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose Lujiang Hotel for my entire stay and highly recommend it to friends and family. It truly offers great value for money. Just a small suggestion: The in-room dining dishes are really delicious. It would be helpful if the menu was placed in a more visible spot, perhaps on the bar counter, rather than in a drawer. For those traveling with children who prefer not to go out for dinner, clean and reliable in-room dining is a top choice, but the menu can easily be missed if it's tucked away.

I stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned promptly by the staff every day. The Western restaurant's breakfast had slight variations daily, and I enjoyed some unique local Minnan specialties like 'mianxian' (thin rice noodles), 'caiguo' (vegetable dumpling), and 'gongtang' (peanut brittle). The hotel is conveniently located opposite the BRICS Convention Center and just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. Getting around is easy too, with Metro Line 2 nearby. Taxis to other places are affordable; it's about 20-30 RMB to Zhongshan Road and only about 10 kilometers to the high-speed train station. There were plenty of welcome perks, including complimentary drinks and a travel photo shoot. I didn't get a chance to use the complimentary sailing experience due to time constraints, so I'll save that for my next visit.

Come to Xiamen to play and hit this house by mistake, the result is so good that I want to hide it! Booked a normal room type, after checking in, I found that it was too close to the beach. I walked to Huangpi Beach for two or three minutes. I watched the sunrise in the morning. Hotel parking is free and too friendly to the self-driving party. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the service was good, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic, and she recommended us delicious food nearby. After staying for two days, I found that there were many families with children, there were children's areas, sand digging tools, and I brought my nephew next time. In short, very satisfied, cost-effective, recommended!

The homestay apartment is located in a fantastic spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Taxis and didi drop off near the entrance. The room was spacious but needed a good clean. Mole and stains were visible everywhere. There's was a strong stale smoke smell in the apartment. Please note this place does not have a reception. You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in.

It felt quite safe, and the room was spacious with a great view outside. The AC was already on when I checked in, which was a nice touch. 👍 The only minor downside was that there was nowhere to hang clothes, which I mentioned, and they said they'd add it right away! 👍👍👍👍
