Cozy Cottage is definitely a hidden gem for divers visiting Semporna. ✨ Cleanliness & Facilities: The room was not only spotless but also had super powerful air conditioning ❄️! Coming back from diving in the sea every day, it was incredibly hot, so walking into a cool room was pure bliss. The most thoughtful touch was the drying rack in the room! For anyone who needs to wash and dry their diving gear daily, this is an absolute essential – they really understand their guests' needs 😭! 🚗 Amazing Service: The hotel offers free shuttle service, making getting around incredibly convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to the driver, who was so enthusiastic, always running to open the car door for us every time we got in or out. His service attitude was top-notch! 💡 Reliable Boss: One night, there was a power outage in Semporna town, which initially made me a bit anxious. However, the boss was incredibly helpful and reacted quickly and proactively to solve the problem for us, ensuring it didn't affect our stay at all. Summary: Clean, great service, understands divers' needs, and handles unexpected situations expertly. I genuinely recommend this place to all my friends visiting Semporna. I booked three nights, in different room types. The twin room and the standard king room were the same size, so the twin room felt a bit small, but it was still perfectly adequate. To switch rooms, I had to check out by 12 PM, but I didn't necessarily have to wait until 3 PM to check into the next room. One day I could check in at 1 PM, and another day I was able to check in at 12:30 PM. Just enough time to grab a bite to eat. I found it all quite convenient.
