Good location. Abit small but nice for couple. Free drink at lobby all day (very sweet) & free polo bun every morning!

Always my default hotel of choice when visiting KK for work trips. We have an average budget allocation for stay & this Boutique hotel fits the bill perfectly.

Hotel is modern, new and clean.
But there no convenience store nearby, and the hotel was not soundproof.

It’s a 2-3 star hotel. Room design and the hotel lobby doesn’t seem to be maintained at the same standard. Room looks very old and basic amenities were provided. No housekeeping service available at night since there’s only one staff left at the front desk. Booked 3 rooms in total. One of the room toilet, tiles were popping up and felt quite dangerous if the tiles broke into half in the midst of showering. Overall, would recommend u to pay more to upgrade the stay at other hotels.
