Facilities: A bit old, but that's to be expected for a hotel that's been around for years. However, the layout is quite sensible with two bedrooms and three beds, plus two bathrooms, perfect for three friends to share without disturbing each other. Four breakfasts are also included, which is plenty, though the breakfast selection felt a bit average – they could definitely add more options. Cleanliness: Pretty good, cleaning was prompt, and amenities were replenished quickly. Environment: Can't complain about this! It's a three-minute walk to Intime department store and ten minutes to West Lake, making it an ideal choice for a leisurely trip. Service: Very good. They even called me promptly when I left something behind, which I really appreciated.

Staying at the Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel during the May Day holiday was an absolutely amazing experience! Our standalone cabin was nestled in a bamboo forest, and opening the window revealed lush greenery and the fresh scent of plants filling the air. The most unforgettable part was the giraffe breakfast – seeing their adorable long necks poke into the dining area for a close-up interaction was incredibly therapeutic. The travel photography service was excellent; the photographer was professional and patient, perfectly capturing heartwarming moments with the giraffes, along with the bamboo forest and other cute animals. Every photo looked like a fairytale come to life. The park also offered a variety of animal interactions, with cute raccoons and capybaras, and the butler service was thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely the place to go for a May Day family trip, offering both natural wilderness and excellent service. Highly recommend returning!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean place with excellent service. I would definitely come back again!

Sofa was big enough to be a bed. Room size is good. Very cool toilet bowl and strong rain shower. View is good. Kids also got entertained with a wide selection of cartoon movies in room. Easy to locate the hotel by taking didi and dropping near the sujia entrance. Staff were friendly by helping with luggage. Very scenic town. Worth the time to travel (1 hour from Shanghai).

This hotel is perfectly situated at No. 8 Huanshan Road in Yuecheng District, right in the heart of Shaoxing's ancient city, and conveniently next to Fushan Park. The hotel itself is a beautiful Jiangnan garden, boasting classic white walls, black tiles, winding paths, covered corridors, and picturesque small bridges over flowing water – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with smart toilets. The bedding is comfortable, and amenities like a walk-in closet and mini-bar are all provided. You can easily walk to Cangqiao Old Street, Xixiaolu Historical District, and Yangming's Former Residence, and it's not far from Lu Xun's Former Residence and Shen Garden. For visitors looking to experience the charm of old Shaoxing, this is an absolutely ideal place to stay.

The hotel location was excellent, it was right next to the in77 mall and very convenient. There are also a lot of food shops and convenience stores nearby. The staff were the most excellent. The front desk people are very nice and friendly and helpful! Very kind and good service-mind. They also give our free drinks and other small amenities which not a lot of hotels offer. The room was a bit small but not too bad with the big window. The TV was big. It’s clean enough but there is a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom so that was a bit disappointing. But other than that it was overall excellent and really recommend this place to stay! 👍🏻

The room was quite clean and quiet, and the view from the window was the Public Security Bureau, which gave a great sense of security. The second-floor platform is perfect for photos, especially at night when the lights are on. It's also very close to the exit of the pedestrian street. The hotel even helped us buy tickets, and we could freely enter and exit until 5 AM the next day. When the hairdryer broke, they quickly sent someone to fix it. We were so tired on the first day that we slept until almost check-out time around 11 AM, but when we asked if we could extend our stay, they let us check out at 2 PM. This hotel is really good!

Advantages: 1. Famous landmark, symbol of Huzhou, light show 2. Lake view from the room 3. Stunning service, butler Lucy is great! And everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful, doing their best job! The staff is real luxury in this place. 4. Hot springs (many choices, clean) 5. Decent breakfast (a real honeycomb, cheese selection , grilled chicken, they even prepared egg Benedict for us) Disadvantages: 1. It’s really old and you can feel it-outdated “tired” furniture, decorations, dirty carpets 2. Odour in the room (“aged” smoke) 3. Ridiculous prices for 7-eleven quality food (ordered room service), the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tried (although I was reimbursed easily) 4. Some facilities are out of order, like a steam room 5. Dirty pool (the water was not clear, the staff told us that’s because there were too many people) I’d like to thank Lucy and other employees for doing everything they could to make us happy. I still recommend this place for a short stay and experiencing the hot springs.

1Location: Convenient transportation, very close to Lu Xun's former residence, Qiu Xun's former residence, Shenyuan, and other attractions. 2Facilities: The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable and soft, their hair dryer is also very easy to use, the room also has a small water dispenser, very good 👍 3 Service: The service attitude of this hotel is super good, from check-in to check-out, every employee is smiling, warm and thoughtful, Seriously explaining the tourist route for us and recommending local specialty snacks and restaurants to us, it really makes us feel very kind. 4 Hygiene: The sanitation of the hotel room is very clean, whether it is sheets, quilt covers or towels, they are stacked neatly and clearly at a glance, giving people a very comfortable accommodation experience.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

AAnonymous UserMy friends and I came to Naked Stables for a vacation, and the overall experience was truly excellent. We traveled with our child and pet, and I was initially worried about the inconvenience of bringing a pet. However, after checking in, all my concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly; they had prepared a pet bed, toys, and pee pads in the room, and we could even purchase pet meals. Many details were very thoughtfully arranged. Moreover, pet-friendly facilities and arrangements were evident everywhere in the hotel, making traveling with a pet very easy and enjoyable. The hotel also offers a rich variety of activities, ensuring that both adults and children can find something suitable and never get bored. The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, and the environment is very comfortable, perfect for both relaxation and for children to connect with nature. The staff were all very warm, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from check-in throughout our entire stay. This trip was genuinely fun for adults, children, and pets alike; none of us wanted to go home. It's rare to find a resort that satisfies the entire family, including pets, so completely. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

FfifitangfeiBig thanks to the hotel for the free shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station! The 12:30 PM departure was super convenient. Also, a special shout-out to Anna Dai – communication was smooth, and her service was prompt! The hotel's location is excellent, really gives off a resort vibe. The ecosystem here is fantastic too; I even saw an eagle flying while having breakfast! The rooms are plentiful, so they're quite spacious. Building 1 is close to the lobby, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. Building 7, on the other hand, is a bit further away, just for your reference. P.S. Hilton has its own yacht dock. It's a bit pricey, but you can book a 30-minute yacht ride directly to Huangshan Mountain at 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM.

GGuest UserChoosing Zhejiang Hotel for my Hangzhou trip was a decision far exceeding expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a 10-minute leisurely stroll from West Lake, with Broken Bridge and Bai Causeway right at your fingertips. It was incredibly convenient to pop back to the hotel for a rest when we got tired from exploring. The service was even more heartwarming; the front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, proactively offering a Hangzhou map upon check-in. Housekeeping was meticulous and always available when called, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight! The selection of Chinese and Western dishes was incredibly rich, with freshly squeezed juices, freshly made 'pian'erchuan' noodles, xiaolongbao, osmanthus cakes, and tofu pudding – everything you could wish for! The local flavors were on point, and we were super satisfied with breakfast every day. The room was clean and comfortable, and transportation was also convenient, with Fengqi Road Metro Station just downstairs. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

PPipazhubaI was so lucky to snag the last room of this type! The hotel's location is super convenient, about 200 meters from the visitor center, and they even helped transport my luggage. Staying inside the scenic area meant it was really quiet at night. I could settle into my room first and then explore the whole place from beginning to end – the route was perfect. For breakfast, the front desk helped me book an early dim sum session, and eating by the water was such a treat, right near the hotel. One of the piers was also right next door. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Shi, who assisted us; she was incredibly thoughtful from confirming details before check-in to helping us leave the scenic area after check-out, offering lots of practical tips 🥰 One day was definitely too short; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuzhen!!!

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was great, and I loved the style: Japanese Wabi-sabi on the outside, French pastoral on the inside. Every corner was photo-worthy; you could snap a great shot anywhere, showing that the owner put a lot of thought into it. There weren't many guests, so it was relatively quiet. The room was also very large and spacious, with many liquid mosquito repellents inside – I counted seven, so I didn't get a single mosquito bite. The only downside was the lack of service: 1) The double room only came with one pair of men's shower slippers; 2) Ctrip stated that a complimentary afternoon tea for two and a goodnight dessert were provided, but you only got them if you asked – they weren't offered proactively; 3) The toiletries weren't in the room; you had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Everything else was excellent. If friends ask, I would still recommend it to them, but I'd be sure to clearly explain both the pros and cons.
