Danniu.xieThe room features a standard Naxi-style design, with a spacious and airy 99 sqm layout. The soft furnishings are elegant and tasteful, the bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the amenities are complete and clean. The most stunning feature is the private viewing balcony, offering an unobstructed, direct view of the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room. You can wake up to the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon from your bed in the morning, and in the evening, sit on the terrace, enjoy the breeze, and watch the clouds drift over the mountaintops – every photo you take will be postcard-perfect, with an absolutely superb and unobstructed view.
I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Elin. She proactively contacted us before check-in, confirmed our itinerary in advance, and even reminded us about the temperature differences between morning and evening. The entire check-in process was completely hassle-free. She was instantly available via WeChat, responding incredibly quickly, and arranged all additional supplies meticulously and thoughtfully. Her sense of propriety was just right – warm without being intrusive, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our entire trip was perfectly taken care of, making our travel experience truly wonderful.

Guest UserThe room was pretty good, with a nice view overlooking the old town. The hotel also has direct access to a viewing platform, which offers amazing views! There are a lot of steps in the old town, but the staff were really helpful and carried our luggage for us. Breakfast was also quite good, though we only managed to wake up early enough to have it once.

**Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality**
I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights.
Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity.
The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service.
Thank you to Mr. Sing for making our visit so enjoyable!

Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

The B&B owner was incredibly welcoming. They added me on WeChat early on and gave me lots of helpful tips even before I arrived, which was very thoughtful. Since we stayed for three consecutive nights, airport pick-up and drop-off were included. When we arrived, they were already there waiting, even helping us with our heavy suitcases. The welcome gift included flower cakes and tea. The breakfast was delicious too. Their large terrace offers a fantastic view of the entire ancient town, though unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we didn't get to see the snowy mountains.

As a solo traveler, this was my first trip to Lijiang. Shortly after I made my booking, the inn reached out to confirm my arrival details and arranged a train station pickup. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my room had been upgraded. I initially booked a larger room for my last night, but they kindly upgraded my entire stay to that room so I wouldn’t have to move my belongings.
Location: The inn is right in Lijiang Old Town, which is a super popular spot for Chinese tourists. I didn’t go during peak season, but even then it felt a bit overwhelming at times. When I arrived, my luggage was transferred onto a little tricycle cart to be brought to the inn. It’s very easy to get lost in the maze of small streets, so I’d recommend downloading AMap before you arrive and saving the inn’s location to make getting around easier. If you’re heading outside the Old Town, you can just walk to the main road near the InterContinental Hotel to catch a taxi.
Room: The room is really spacious and cozy, and they’ve thought of pretty much everything—from a free snack bar and full bathroom amenities to even earplugs. They also welcomed me with a fruit basket when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom is big, with both a shower and a huge bathtub, plus a smart toilet with a heated seat. My room faced the street, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening. It didn’t bother me since I fall asleep pretty easily, but if you’re a light sleeper, they’ve got earplugs ready. Or you can go for a room facing the inner courtyard, which should be much quieter.
The Inn & Service: The inn has a beautiful rooftop where you can see Yulong Mountain on a clear day. I was lucky to have great weather the entire time, so I ended up going up there every morning just to enjoy the view. If you love plants (especially succulents), you’ll love this place, they’re everywhere and so well taken care of. Another highlight for me was the cute dogs and cats around the inn. If you’re an animal lover, this is definitely a bonus.
They also serve a Chinese-style breakfast, and the rice noodles were honestly so good. Everyone at the inn is incredibly friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond, from recommending local restaurants and tea houses to suggesting places to visit.
They don’t speak English, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We just used WeChat to communicate. I’d definitely recommend downloading it before coming to China, you’ll use it a lot, not just for chatting but also for payments (along with Alipay).
Overall, I can’t recommend Floral Hotel enough. The service was amazing, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Guest UserThis was truly a unique experience! The price was great, the environment was lovely, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk lady meticulously explained how to see the 'sunrise over the golden mountains' and how to explore Lijiang. The best part? The guesthouse owner turned out to be from my hometown in Chongqing, and even our neighbor! What a small world, you couldn't make this up. We drank tea in the afternoon and had drinks together in the evening – they were so incredibly hospitable! 😍 Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again. The emotional value was off the charts! 💯 Below are some real photos I took this morning. Friends, if you're going to Lijiang, this guesthouse should be your top choice.

Guest UserThe best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Yunnan. We got a free upgrade from the owner, and the benefits that come with the room were aplenty (afternoon tea, great breakfast set, a tea-making session etc). The owner also helps us buy a nice, affordable day tour to Dali, which we enjoyed tremendously. The hotel itself is new and spacious, and our room has the view of a peaceful small river. The surrounding area is serene and quiet, with a handful of quaint cafes, restaurants and bars. It feels like a complete contrast of the other commercial side of Lijiang. Overall, we loved the stay. Will definitely recommend this our friends.
