The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with an unbeatable sea view right outside the window. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I forgot all my tiredness the moment I lay down. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any request. Both the facilities and the service level truly live up to its star rating. This was the most satisfying part of my trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yantai! Overall, I'm satisfied. The transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right outside. You can get there directly from Qingdao Station in five subway stops. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and you can reach various places directly by subway. The service is excellent, especially Auntie #10 on the 10th floor, who was very enthusiastic. There's a shopping mall directly opposite, so dining is also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

When you check in, there are waiters to help carry your luggage and guide you. The hotel faces the sea🌊 and has a private beach. Although it is the peak season of May Day, there are not many people on the beach. You can go to the beach next to it. The environment is very comfortable. My wife went to the hotel room first. There is a terrace overlooking the sea. Have a cup of coffee, sit quietly and listen to the sound of the waves. Sleep well at night, which is very helpful. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great and is open until ten o'clock, which meets the need to sleep until you wake up after a day of fun. There is also a playground for children, and you will be sweating profusely after playing

I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

Overall, the hotel was decent. My only minor complaints are that it's a bit dated and there was a faint smell in the room. However, the service was very friendly, and the breakfast spread offered a good variety and tasted good. I was quite satisfied.

Facilities: The room had a fantastic view, directly overlooking the light show. It was a loft, open-plan, which the kids loved. The tatami mat meant we didn't have to worry about them falling off the bed. The upstairs bathroom didn't have a door. Overall, the value for money was good, and it could accommodate more people.

I stayed for 7 days. The environment, facilities, hygiene, and service were all great. The room was spacious with an open balcony overlooking the beautiful sea, including Swallow Island Park, which has a lovely beach perfect for kids to play on, and adults can enjoy a relaxing and therapeutic walk along the shore. I slept very well during my week-long stay. The activity area on the B1 floor offers plenty of kid-friendly spaces and activities, including a mini cinema. The in-room TV also has a wide selection of movies, and you can cast content to it. My favorite feature was the self-service laundry room. My clothes always came out fragrant and warm after washing and drying. Staying here meant I didn't need to pack a lot of clothes or deal with a pile of dirty laundry. However, during peak hours, it would be better if the laundry room was more orderly. (I distinctly remember an inconsiderate and selfish female guest who hogged two out of the three washing machines while many people were waiting. She used a large machine for just two items. This meant subsequent guests had to wait at least 36 minutes per machine. I hope the hotel can manage this better to prevent such misuse of public resources.) The hotel staff were very thoughtful, bringing different small toys for my child every day. The mini-bar and fruit platter were always replenished. Service calls were answered quickly, and my requests, like getting takeout or extra water, were promptly attended to. This is a very heartwarming hotel that truly prioritizes guest experience. On my way home, I even received a follow-up call about my stay, where they patiently listened to my suggestions and even sent me a souvenir. I was touched once again. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Qingdao.

This was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Jinan! The hotel is located inside Daming Lake, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room had great natural light, the wet and dry areas were separate, clean, and odorless, and the amenities were complete. The staff were responsive and provided attentive and warm service. Strolling along the lake in the morning, you can fully immerse yourself in the charm of the 'Spring City'. It offers excellent value for money and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Jinan.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish! We visited Qingdao specifically to celebrate my child's birthday, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it feel extra special. Thanks to their genuine hospitality and sweet gestures, our child had a truly unforgettable birthday experience that made our trip so memorable. The hotel itself is in a great central location with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Thank you to Susie, Bella, and the entire team for making our family visit so special. We will definitely choose Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre again for our next trip to Qingdao! Highly recommended!
