The hotel stay was quite good. It happened to be a cold spell these past two days, but the heating in the hotel was excellent – it even felt warm at night, not cold at all. Any issues were promptly addressed via WeChat, with quick replies. The room was also kept quite clean, and all the necessary facilities and amenities were there. What really stood out was the thoughtful service; there were all sorts of warm reminders, and complimentary honey water and coffee. When checking out, I stored my luggage, and when I came back later, feeling very cold, they even helped me with a cup of hot water to warm my hands and stomach. It felt like it warmed more than just my hands; it warmed my heart. It was a truly great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time.

The front desk staff are also very friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel's facilities and location are both exceptional. They offer a service to pick up your order and even deliver it to your room for free via a robot. There's also a dryer available for use here. The 26th-floor observation deck with its telescope offers a spectacular panoramic view of the area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay 🌟. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable and soft that I slept soundly until morning. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk staff were friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, energizing me every day. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly quick with check-in and offered excellent service with a smile. It was my first time in Dalian, and when I asked them about local attractions and dining spots, they gave me confident and helpful answers, even sending over a detailed tour guide for the city. The room was very cozy, and the lobby had a pleasant, elegant atmosphere. I highly recommend it to friends to experience it for themselves. The environment was also very quiet, and downstairs there were many BBQ restaurants, plus a super popular raw fish rice spot and a Dalian old-style restaurant. The location is absolutely superb!

Staying at The Castle Hotel Dalian truly defines a 'landmark experience'! This European-style castle, perched halfway up the mountain, looks grand and dreamlike from afar, with exquisite details up close. Every photo you take turns out stunning. The sea-view room was an amazing surprise. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Xinghai Bay and the cross-sea bridge, bringing the magnificent scenery right into the room. Watching the sunset over the sea in the evening was incredibly romantic. The service was impeccable – warm and attentive. They were prompt during meals, and the breakfast spread was rich, even featuring local Dalian specialties. Its proximity to Xinghai Square makes getting around very convenient, and the sky garden in the common area is a hidden gem for scenic views. This castle getaway completely captivated me. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Dalian!

Overall, decent stay. The room itself was large and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The technology is more advanced so I couldn’t stick a random card for power; it had to be the room card. The only unfortunate thing was the bathroom had a horrendous smoking smell, either from a previous guest or the vents are connected to other rooms and the smell leaks in cause the exhaust would remove it but then I would smell it again later. This seems to be a problem in all chinese hotels. Unfortunately there are just too many smokers and it’s very casual in china compared to elsewhere where they might separate them by wing or floor. The location is okay. It’s not particularly close to anything or a metro station. It was nice to have a laundry room. However, I’m not sure what it is with chinese dryers. I set it on the AI mode to dry and it barely did anything after an hour. I changed the settings to regular clothes and still damp after the second hour. I gave up after the third hour and hung them to dry.

(Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
