"This time, I stayed at the Northeast Asia Hotel near Shenyang Station with my child, and the experience was excellent! It's just a few minutes' walk from the station, so you don't have to drag your luggage far. The service attitude is great now too; they smiled and poured my child a cup of warm water and even proactively asked if we needed a children's toothbrush and slippers – very thoughtful. The room was spotless, the bedding and duvet covers were sparkling white, and there were no strange smells in the bathroom, making for a very comfortable stay. On the second floor, there's a free laundry room, a gym, and a kids' play area that my child absolutely loved and didn't want to leave. They also offer free Hanfu experiences, and I took several beautiful photos of my child in them. Right next door is a 24-hour convenience store, which is handy for buying water at any time. When checking in, they also gave us a small travel card. The price wasn't expensive either. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang."

"The views are absolutely stunning ☺️, easily comparable to other hotels with ocean views. The room is also very spacious, more than enough for three people in a double room. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is just a four or five-minute walk away. In the evenings, on the way back to the hotel, you can also pop over to the nearby Venice Water Town for a stroll."

"The new Chinese-style national aesthetic is on point, and this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel perfectly blends modern luxury with oriental elegance. The lobby and corridors offer a new beautiful view at every turn. Floral arrangements featuring gardenias and magnolias are complemented by lotus art installations, Tang Dynasty sancai pottery, and carved lacquerware. National aesthetic details are everywhere, making it a great spot for photos. Our twin room had a well-designed layout. The bedding was soft and clean, and the bedside wall lamps provided gentle lighting. The chaise longue by the window, paired with double-layered curtains, offered excellent blackout and soundproofing, making it comfortable for both napping and working. The built-in wardrobe at the entrance was thoughtfully designed, providing convenient storage for luggage and clothes. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and a shower with stable water pressure. The entire room was meticulously cleaned. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. It's suitable for both business trips and city getaways. It's definitely on my re-book list, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a new Chinese-style aesthetic."

Hotel near Mid-street,Shenyang
The hotel is located at No. 59 Beishuncheng Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang City, adjacent to the ancient and bustling Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It is a 5-minute walk to the world cultural heritage site Shenyang Palace Museum and Zhang Xueliang's Mansion, and a 10 minute walk. It is quite convenient to reach various popular attractions, with a 6-minute walk to the Liu Laogen Grand Stage. If you want to experience the morning and night markets in Northeast China, the hotel is located near the small river along the morning market, which is one of the must visit morning markets in Shenyang. There are also the TV Tower Night Market and Xiguan Food Street, which are popular destinations for Shenyang people. They are not to be missed by food enthusiasts, and the drive takes about 15 minutes without traffic jams. Feeling that going out is troublesome, the hotel is surrounded by various old and famous food brands such as Zhongjie Ice Point Restaurant, Laobian Dumplings, Majia Roasted Wheat, Li Liangui Smoked Meat Pancake, Qingfeng Baozi, etc. Even in the hotel, you can enjoy various specialty foods. The hotel has convenient transportation: it is about a 10 minute drive from Shenyang North Station and a 30 minute drive from Taoxian International Airport. There are over 20 bus routes near the hotel, providing convenient transportation to various areas of Shenyang. In addition, there are various large shopping malls near the hotel: Zhongjie Commercial City, Dachun Commercial City, Huangcheng Henglong Plaza, and Joy City, which can meet all your shopping needs. It is a high-quality commercial district that integrates trade, office, dining, entertainment, leisure, and sightseeing tourism, providing convenience for your travel. The hotel offers a variety of special room types, including projection rooms favored by young people, king size rooms favored by business people, well lit rooms with work desks, and essential parent-child rooms for family outings. Whether you are for business or leisure travel, the hotel can meet your accommodation needs. The hotel's breakfast time is from 07:00 to 11:30 in the morning, and guests who wake up late will not miss breakfast. After eating and drinking, you can start your happy journey in Shenyang.

"Staying at the Manji Yunfan Zhongjie store for my Shenyang trip was an excellent choice because of its unbeatable location. It’s just a few minutes' walk to Zhongjie, the Imperial Palace, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and downstairs, you'll find famous eateries like Ma Jia Shao Mai and Laobian Dumplings. The rooms have a simple, natural wood aesthetic, with a Xiao Du smart home system controlling everything, and the zero-pressure mattress is incredibly relaxing. The cleaning is meticulous, with no watermarks or stains in the bathroom. The free gym and self-service laundry room are very practical. Plus, the front desk even provides hand-drawn food and travel maps, offering warm and thoughtful service. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, and the value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range nearby. This is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Shenyang."

Qinghe Peninsula Hot Spring Resort Hotel

It's not in the villa area, but it's super convenient to go upstairs after enjoying the bathhouse. However, the check-in lobby isn't in the bathhouse building; you have to walk over there. So, if you have luggage, you might want to leave it at the bathhouse first, then go check-in, to avoid dragging it around. The breakfast spread is extensive, but children over 1.2 meters are charged 60 RMB per person. The kids absolutely loved the bathhouse! We got two free tickets upon check-in, and then another two around 10 AM on our departure day, valid until 6 PM. So, it effectively felt like the hotel was free – excellent value for money!

First off, the location is fantastic – nestled by the mountains and the sea, yet still conveniently close to the city. The architectural style is grand and imposing; it's beautiful both inside and out. It's a photographer's dream with so many picturesque spots, perfect for those who love taking photos. For families or those with kids, I highly recommend a sea-view room. My trip was quite spontaneous; I booked hotels last minute for all three nights. Honestly, the value for money here surpasses the Grand Hyatt, though it might not be as close to Xingyue Square. However, you can easily get around by taxi, or use the hotel shuttle to go down the hill. If the weather's nice, a leisurely stroll down is also enjoyable (you might even spot a deer along Binhai West Road – they're super cute! The complimentary apples from the hotel are a hit with them, even more so than carrots). Plus, the room views here are much better than the Grand Hyatt. Most Grand Hyatt rooms offer an angled sea view, whereas at Yi Fang Castle, the rooms generally face the sea directly, front and center. The service deserves five stars. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. When we had a minor issue with the toilet in our room, they were proactive in resolving it. They even followed up at check-out to ask about our experience and later called to apologize, concerned about affecting our stay. We only discovered the toilet lid was beeping around 11 PM. A technician came to look, but it seemed like it couldn't be fixed right away. We asked the front desk, and they immediately sent new room cards and upgraded our room. Though it was a small hiccup, we felt truly taken care of. Our whole family unanimously decided we'd stay here again on our next trip to Dalian. It's convenient whether you want to just relax or go out and explore. One small heads-up for those considering staying: the hotel has been open for a while now, so it has that classic, established luxury hotel style. If you prioritize modern facilities, you might want to consider other options. Hotels closer to Donggang tend to be newer. It really depends on individual needs. I'd recommend it to photography lovers, families with kids, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. However, Dalian has many delicious dining options, and the city isn't too big, so you can easily find great food just by exploring.

I stayed in a Deluxe Club twin room. Check-in was on the 25th floor, which was quiet, fast, and convenient. The room was quite spacious, and although the beds weren't huge, they were incredibly comfortable—just the right firmness, and I particularly liked the firm pillows. While the facilities are a bit dated, it was perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was very rich and varied. I also had both a buffet lunch and a buffet dinner, both of which were delicious and, more importantly, very affordable. The cleanliness could have been better, though; there was noticeable dust on the phone, TV remote, and some of the furniture. Despite that, overall, I was very satisfied.

My friends and I stayed at the Dalian Qingqiu Hotel during our trip, and the overall experience was excellent, exceeding our expectations in every aspect. The hotel boasts a new Chinese design style, with elegant and refined layouts that exude a rich classical charm. The public areas are thoughtfully decorated, featuring pavilions and staggered scenic views that create a strong atmospheric ambiance. The aesthetic design is consistent throughout the entire space, giving it a unified and unique character. The lobby has a scenic fish pond with koi swimming freely, adding a lively and elegant touch. Feeding the fish is interactive and adds a lot of vitality to the environment, making a stroll through the area very pleasant. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and simple yet stylish interiors. The amenities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, ensuring a very relaxing stay. The hotel offers free traditional Chinese costumes for guests to try on and take photos, which is a lot of fun. The location is a major highlight, as it's excellent and close to Xinghai Square, making travel very convenient. Nearby attractions and dining spots are concentrated, saving time and effort for sightseeing and business trips. The hotel breakfast is simple but delicious, featuring a refreshing Chinese set meal. The minced pork noodles, seaweed soup, and side dishes are just right, and there are also sweet steamed cakes, egg custard, and cherry tomatoes. Overall, this hotel combines beauty, comfort, and practicality. The design, environment, service, and location are all commendable, offering a fantastic experience and great value for money. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian and highly recommended.

This is my second time staying here. We chose this place again this year when we brought the kids to Qianshan. It's very close to the mountain and has hot springs, so you can soak in them after descending the mountain. There's also an outdoor hot spring with great water quality. The air is exceptionally fresh, and there's a swimming pool that the kids love – they didn't want to leave! It's truly perfect for family trips! The service is excellent! They even included breakfast, with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, as well as steamed buns, eggs, milk, and more – all very good! I highly recommend it! The price is reasonable, and it includes hot spring tickets, making it great value for money!

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

Stop scrolling through endless reviews and just book this hotel! Seriously, I loved it at first sight and I've never been disappointed when booking hotels here!!! 😂😂😂 What's it like to stay in a castle in Jinshitan National Resort? 😎😎 It's perfectly situated, with Golden Pebble Beach to the south and Discoveryland Theme Park to the north! We arrived by taxi, and the staff were incredibly helpful, carrying our luggage all the way to our room – everyone was so welcoming. The front desk lady was super efficient and had such a lovely personality. She even recommended some local Dalian specialties like sea urchin and 'menzi', as well as nearby restaurants. Huge thanks! ❤️ The room offers stunning mountain and sea views, and the balcony design is truly unique, with an exotic flair – perfect for photos! 📸📸📸 As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance. 🥰 The furniture and bathroom were spotless (I saw the cleaning staff tidying rooms in the hallway in the morning, and they were still at it when I returned in the afternoon – very thorough! 👍👍). A safe, refrigerator... everything you need! My favorite part was definitely the public areas! The colorful chandeliers in the lobby, the lobby bar, the book bar, the gentlemen's bar, the spiral staircase, the piano – it all felt more magical than any castle. The Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, and cloud restaurant are open for extended hours, which is perfect for my night owl schedule! 😹 The third floor is also fantastic to explore. There's a swimming pool, a gym, and surprisingly, three kids' areas! With books, building blocks, and slides, even adults will want to join in! 🤫 It’s really great for families with kids, offering different interactive craft activities daily, probably over 30 options!! Some things are better experienced than explained. 🫣 You won't regret staying here! 🤗🤗 The weather in Dalian has been lovely recently, with clear skies and a pleasant sea breeze! In short, visiting Dalian without going to Jinshitan is a wasted trip, and going to Jinshitan without staying at the Hilton is a wasted experience! 🥳🥳🥳🤓🫶🫶👏👏👏✌️✌️✌️

The service was great! When I called customer service, they arrived quickly and resolved the issue. The sea view is beautiful, and it's only a five-minute walk to the beach. Right next to the hotel downstairs is an aquarium, so there's something to do even on a rainy day. The hotel also offers convenient stroller rentals.

This stay was absolutely perfect! I initially booked for one night just to try it out, but after that first night, I extended my stay for three more. The hotel's location is excellent, right in Dalian's city center with convenient transportation. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station following the navigation, but it's not directly facing the station square, so the environment is quite pleasant. The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant commercial district and dining options, with many large shopping malls. Tianjin Street is just a few dozen meters away, and the Lantern Festival celebrations there were so lively during the Chinese New Year. Zhongshan Square is less than a 10-minute walk away. On my first night, I couldn't wait to see Zhongshan Square lit up at dusk – it was freezing in winter, so there weren't many people on the large square, but the light show was incredibly beautiful. Russian Street is also within walking distance. For Dongguan Street and Xi'an Street, they're not far from the hotel, and you can easily get there by taking an old tram. In short, it's convenient to get anywhere from here. Hotel service quality: The main reception is on the 16th floor. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very friendly. Check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room – wonderful! I especially want to thank Mr. Wang Tao; he answered all my questions with great patience. It was quite a coincidence that he was the one who assisted me with both check-in and check-out. The hotel is bright and clean, very tasteful, and fully equipped with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene. The dining options are diverse. I particularly recommend their free laundry service. This hotel is definitely worth recommending to friends visiting Dalian.

Holiday Inn DALIAN HOT SPRING by IHG

It was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather. Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained. Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early. Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.
