Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and feature comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff members are warm and attentive; I was greeted with their smiles and greetings every time I entered or left. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety and delicious taste, providing ample energy for a day of work or sightseeing. Overall, Shenyang Zhongjie x Hotel is a hotel with excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Shenyang. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

The location is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's a snack street, and a bus stop is just a short walk away. Getting to attractions by taxi is also very quick. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and patiently recommended many local eateries and hidden gems. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, including convenience stores and pharmacies. If you're looking for a high-value, authentic local stay, this is definitely the place – a definite five-star recommendation!

The vintage castle exterior is incredibly stylish, with arched windows, doors, and a spiral staircase that create an amazing atmosphere – every photo turns out like a masterpiece. The room was spacious and clean, offering breathtaking sea views right from the window, and the soft bedding made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even kindly pointed out the best spots for scenic views. Its convenient location near Xinghai Square made the overall experience fantastic, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Dalian!

This hotel near Zhongshan Square is a must-book for anyone visiting Dalian! The location is incredibly convenient; it's only about a 20-minute walk to Zhongshan Square or Nanshan Road. Getting to other attractions takes merely 10 minutes by car. Right downstairs, you'll find a wide array of seafood restaurants and snack bars – whatever you're in the mood for, it's just steps away. The environment is pleasant and remarkably quiet. Plus, the hotel's layout is well-designed, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

I saw on Ctrip that this was rated as the number one high-end hotel in Liaoning, and it certainly lives up to its reputation! 🤔 The views from the upper floors are absolutely stunning, and the lobby has a really nice design. Plus, there are lots of handsome 180cm+ guys at the front desk who are super friendly and enthusiastic (and beautiful women too, hahaha). I'll definitely be back next time! The hotel offered so many complimentary perks, but I was too busy going out for hot springs and skiing to experience them all. Next time I visit, I'll make sure to fully enjoy the hotel amenities. Looking forward to it!

The purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

I booked rooms for my bosses this time, and as soon as I submitted the order, I received a proactive message from Lynn. Her prompt response immediately put my mind at ease! What surprised me even more was that she specifically arranged both of my bosses' rooms on the 21st floor, a high floor. Not only did they have bright, open views, but the two rooms were also very close to each other, making it convenient for them to communicate. She even considered such small details for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and saved us a lot of hassle! Later, when we unexpectedly needed to extend the stay, I just mentioned it to Lynn, and she quickly helped me coordinate everything. The whole process was efficient and smooth. After checking in, both bosses gave feedback that the rooms were comfortable and the arrangements were considerate, all thanks to Lynn's attentiveness. We might have similar booking needs in the future, so please keep an eye out for us!

I was very satisfied with my stay in the room; the service attitude was excellent, and the ladies were very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is fantastic. I stayed in a high-floor sea-view room, and I was absolutely stunned the moment I opened the door. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the turquoise ocean. In the evening, the fiery orange sunset reflecting on the shimmering water was simply mesmerizing – every photo I took was Instagram-worthy. The room facilities were new and comprehensive, with a smart toilet, high-definition projector, and a mini-fridge. The soft mattress and fluffy duvet instantly relaxed my tired body after a day of exploring. The entire staff was warm and thoughtful throughout our stay. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely be staying here again!
