Posted on Aug 15, 2026|(Newly Renovated) Premier Ocean View Room (2 Double Beds)
Guest UserThis has to be the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Hong Kong so far. I especially loved the beach downstairs, just sitting there quietly watching the young guys playing beach volleyball so seriously. It felt like that's exactly how young people should spend their summer holidays! The hotel room had a sea view, which was fantastic and very quiet. While the room facilities aren't the most modern, they met all our needs. The shuttle bus was also very convenient; you just go down the stairs from MTR Exit C, and that's where the shuttle bus waits. I chose to stay in Tsuen Wan this time because it's close to Disneyland, and I found it to be very lively and great for exploring. All in all, I'll definitely come back and stay again, and next time I'll bring my swimsuit!

DAVIDSHUAIThe room was great, very close to the airport, only a 10-minute drive. I had to be at the airport by 6:00 AM that day, so it was a huge relief to stay at this hotel and not worry about time. The hotel also thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to Tung Chung, which was super convenient for dining and entertainment, and much cheaper than the airport. From Tung Chung, it's also easy to get to Central and Mong Kok. Tung Chung is a more down-to-earth area where dining and entertainment are readily available. Thank you to the hotel for such thoughtful arrangements.

Guest UserThe food at ”Brown Sugar” was absolutely delicious, it really hit the spot! The room had a beautiful view, even when it rained. The seasonal limited edition lion cub had a very ”Lion Rock spirit” feel to it, and there was a pleasant surprise with the drone show. The hotel offers the most unbeatable views!

RenzailvtubujianfeiThe location is fantastic, right next to Tin Hau, in a very local neighborhood. It's quiet but not isolated, and if my booking hadn't been non-refundable, I would have definitely extended my stay.
There are great food options nearby, like Wah So's Clear Broth Beef Brisket and the Black Sesame Ice Cream from Warm Heart Cheese.
The service attitude, from the lobby to the doorman, was very kind and friendly.
The room was small but had everything you needed. The bed was a bit short though, my 170cm kid's feet were hanging off the end! But overall, it was a good stay.

^_^doulaoThe facilities are a bit old but perfectly functional. The hygiene is acceptable, though the room is quite small. There's just enough space between the sofa and a simple clothes rack for two suitcases. The bed is tiny; you feel like you'll fall off if you even turn over. Check-in at the front desk was really slow and a waste of time. The only good thing is that it's very close and convenient to the Hong Kong Coliseum; you can walk straight through the mall. Everything else is pretty disappointing. The cleaning staff also entered the room without knocking, which felt like a lack of boundaries. Other than that, the hotel staff were friendly and always answered questions.

Guest UserOverall, the service was satisfactory! The facilities are well-maintained. Even without purchasing a family package, there are plenty of facilities and amenities to keep children entertained. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids! The breakfast quality was also decent.

Guest UserHotels at Hong Kong Disneyland are relatively old, and the facilities aren't exactly new. However, the rooms are spacious enough and come with slippers. There's a frequent bus service throughout the day for getting to and from Hong Kong Disneyland. After checking out in the morning, you can store your luggage for free at the storage area just to the left of the hotel. But after you're done at the park, you'll need to take the bus back to retrieve your bags before taking another bus to the MTR, as the Disneyland station is right at the park entrance. There are also luggage lockers at the Disneyland entrance, but they charge 0% HKD per item per day. Food is incredibly expensive, and there are no convenience stores or vending machines anywhere in the hotel or Disneyland itself. Eating at the hotel restaurant is almost double the price of eating in downtown Hong Kong. Honestly, if not eating and drinking wasn't an issue, I'd really rather not eat there. The hotel staff are very friendly. As for the park, I felt it was far inferior to Shanghai Disney and Universal Studios. It's best to go early in the morning; if you arrive even a little late, the queue to get in at the entrance is quite a hassle because the layout at the Hong Kong Disneyland entrance is poorly planned, and the cooling systems are inadequate.

Mixue83Unbeatable sea view, and it's super convenient with the Yijingwan Commercial Plaza downstairs for dining and shopping. The IKEA supermarket is very well-stocked. The room was comfortable, and the sea view room was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, especially LEO at the front desk, who was super nice, provided great service, showed a personal touch, handled things flexibly, and was also very handsome. It was a truly stellar service experience!

The Regal Riverside Hotel in Sha Tin offers excellent value for money. It's quite close to the MTR station and a large shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, with fantastic river views. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the hotel has full facilities including a swimming pool and gym. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it for accommodation in Hong Kong.

PS.TThe room type was just what I wanted, offering a spacious view that really lifted my spirits and made me feel so comfortable! I also appreciate that the hotel allowed us to delay check-out until 1 PM, giving us more time to relax.
This time, I also bought breakfast, but the selection was quite ordinary and nothing special. You could probably find better options in the mall.
Here are some suggestions for the hotel:
* Although the hotel promotes environmental protection, there were no bathrobes in the room. I had to call room service to get them. Also, the paper in the room was already scribbled on 😩, which felt like a lack of preparation and was a bit disappointing 😔.
* It would be convenient to have a small shelf in the toilet cubicle to place items like phones, feminine products, etc.
* I would expect a coffee machine in this room type for guests to enjoy 🙇🏻♀️🙏🏻.
* Keep up with the times by introducing electronic devices, such as automatic flush sensors, updating and utilizing the TV in the bathtub, equipping rooms with Bluetooth, and allowing the TV to connect to YouTube/Netflix, etc.
Finally, I hope the hotel seriously considers temporarily suspending rentals on floors undergoing renovation. Considering that air conditioning can circulate between floors, there will inevitably be odors, and the air quality will definitely be affected. I look forward to experiencing a refreshed hotel after the renovation and having an even better stay next time.
