Hotel near Prince Edward and Tai Kok Tsui,Hong Kong
Opened in Nov 2019, E Hotel Hong Kong is located in the Sham Shui Po District of Hong Kong, a district full of human touch and rich history. It is a trendy boutique hotel with nearby must-have food, Toy Street, Cloth Street, and a stroll through the streets. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from MTR Sham Shui Po Station. The excellent location is a great choice for exploring Hong Kong and its surrounding areas.

"I was very dissatisfied with my stay at Hotel E. Aside from the fact that it didn't match the price (I paid 672 yuan per night online) and their no-refund policy, I also want to share my thoughts. Firstly, the room was tiny. Two people had to turn sideways to pass each other, like two cars on a narrow road where one has to stop for the other to get by. A large bed was crammed into such a small room, with so little space between the bed and the wall that you had to walk sideways to get off. It was extremely uncomfortable. This is the 21st century! Secondly, in such a small room, one wall by the headboard was black with a large, bright red floral pattern in the center. Lying in bed, the black and red color scheme felt a bit oppressive and eerie, making for an unpleasant experience. I don't understand the designer's mindset. Thirdly, in the less-than-one-square-meter shower room, besides being cramped, the showerhead was in the wrong position and the fixture didn't work. I hope they fix this issue. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends for a vacation."

iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel is a unique and stylish selection of service hotels. Located in the prime location of Kowloon District-To Kwa Wan, close to Mong Kok, Jordan, Hung Hom and Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk to To Kwa Wan Station (Exit D). It is a centralized place for shopping, eating, drinking, local exploration and business. Whether it is entertainment, shopping and cultural tourism, it can bring you Customer convenient choice. "The hotel and rooms feel newer compared to others in the same price range. Rooms in Hong Kong are generally expensive and small, which was the case here. It had a 'large' bed that was actually two singles pushed together, and I had to climb onto the bed to draw the curtains, as you can see from the pictures. The aisle was very narrow, making the small space feel even more cramped and a bit depressing for one person. It's probably fine for business travelers. It's not far from Kai Tak, so many young people staying for concerts and events choose this hotel, and there were also student groups during my stay, so business seems good. They offer free bread and coffee in the morning. Aside from the small size, there aren't really any other downsides."

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui and Kowloon West,Hong Kong
Welcome to Page148, a 197-room hotel, located in the vibrant heart of Tsim Sha Tsui on the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong. The hotel, formerly occupied by an old tenement block, now resembles one of New York’s most iconic masterpieces, the Flatiron Building. At Page148, you can start your day at Page Common, our renowned coffee house on the ground floor, where specialty coffee and pastries await. Page Common Coffee House is a vibrant spot for both locals and travellers. Page Common is more than just a coffee house; it is a community hub. With comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and magazines, it is perfect for socialising, working, and relaxing. The hotel is designed with the modern urban explorer in mind, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and contemporary amenities. The rooms are thoughtfully crafted to maximise natural light, creating a serene environment with views of lush greenery—an uncommon luxury in the bustling cityscape of Hong Kong. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide blackout curtains, comfortable beds with optional mattress toppers, and a choice of hard and soft pillows, catering to the diverse preferences of our guests. Our commitment to sustainability is also evident through our eco-friendly practices, such as providing water dispensers on every floor to reduce plastic waste. The combination of its prime location, modern amenities, and commitment to sustainability makes Page148 a standout choice for travellers seeking a unique and enjoyable stay in Hong Kong.

"The hotel has a very artistic and modern design, with new facilities. The faucets and flooring have a luxurious feel. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to Jordan MTR station, up and down a slope. There's a well-stocked Market Place supermarket very close by downstairs, which has everything 7-Eleven might miss, and many items are discounted when you buy two. There's also a fantastic Bing Sutt (Hong Kong-style cafe) nearby. My only minor complaints are that the room lacks an exhaust fan, so the bedding can feel damp and uncomfortable after a shower. Also, the bedding seems a bit old; I felt itchy while sleeping, possibly from dust mites, but I didn't get any rashes, so it's probably not as bad as some negative reviews suggest. The male receptionist was a bit stern but very helpful, which seems to be common in Hong Kong – people might appear tough but are actually very nice. The female staff at checkout also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. The service was absolutely excellent."

Royal View Hotel

8.5/10

This was my second trip from Guangdong, and I chose this hotel specifically because it has metered parking right outside. However, the parking is free from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday, and from 10 AM to 10 PM on Sundays and public holidays. If there are no spots available there, you can opt for the hotel's own parking for HKD250 per day. Image two shows the view from the hotel's sea-view room. The shipping lane can get quite busy at times, and it's fascinating to watch cargo ships constantly moving in and out. Image three displays the hotel's breakfast, which offers a selection of fixed set menus. The hotel is also currently running a breakfast promotion for guests, which makes it pretty good value for money. The nearby beach and Ting Kau Village are also perfect for a very chill stroll.

Regal Airport Hotel

Our family of four arrived in Hong Kong from Bali at 00:05 and had a connecting flight back to Shanghai the next day at 08:10. We considered three options for an overnight stay: 1. The airport departure hall: Free, but no place to lie down, too bright, and would be noisy in the morning – definitely wouldn't get good sleep. 2. Plaza Premium Lounge: No recliners, only seats. Offers 24-hour hot water and food, but for four people, an overnight stay isn't cheap (online prices varied from tens to hundreds of RMB per person), and showering costs extra. 3. Regal Airport Hotel: Requires immigration, but offers a proper bed and a shower. We booked a family room (two 1.5-meter double beds) on Trip.com for just over 900 RMB per night.

Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la

9.4/10
Outstanding

After comparing several options, I booked a sea-view room at the Kerry Hotel, and the experience was simply impeccable. For a city like Hong Kong, where space is a premium, the room size was exceptionally generous, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The panoramic window offered stunning front-row sea views, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The thoughtful details were a major plus: the room came with a Philips instant hot water dispenser, saving the hassle of boiling water, which is incredibly practical for travelers. The bathroom area was spacious, and the wet/dry separation was perfectly executed, making it feel clean and refreshing to use. It's perfectly suited for both leisure holidays and short trips. The stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

Check-in and checkout was easy. They gave us a later check out because of our late flight. Hotel offer a great free shuttle service. Book at concierge in advance. They also stored out bags after checkout.  Hotel has a great swimming pool with towels all free. 8am - 12pm then 1pm -6pm. Wished it was open later. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English.  The hotel is located in the mall on level 3 which was a amazing with shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarket open 10am - 10pm Location MTR about 10 mins walk and from there you can go anywhere. Also close to Disney using MTR Room -  beds & pillows are so comfortable & clean. Fresh towels delivered daily and beds made every second day. Aircon worked well. Shower is awful !!!!! The worse thing was charging ports not working very well on and off. Bring HK adapter plugs. Don’t rely on ports.  The hotel is definitely 3 start run down and old but clean good for families.  The restaurant is awful and their buffet breakfast if you’re western give it a miss. It’s expensive and 2 star, We got breakfast things from the supermarket cereal, milk, fruit, croissants etc and bought paper plates and cutterely. They also don’t provide bottled water so get from the supermarket. 7/11 is expensive.  Overall I would stay here again but more than likely won’t return to HK it’s expensive and run down.

Empire Hotel Hong Kong - Causeway Bay

Our stay at The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay in Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic! As soon as my daughter walked in, she said she loved it. I immediately started taking photos and posted on social media about how wonderful and elegant this hotel is. We were on the 29th floor, and the large window offered stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The ceilings are high, and they provided toothbrushes, soap, coffee, and tea. On the second day, we even received a complimentary bottle of mineral water. The front desk also offers free tea, coffee, and newspapers. This hotel completely shattered my preconceptions about Hong Kong accommodation being expensive and small. The Tin Hau MTR station is super convenient for getting around. On our last day, when we stored our luggage, they even gave us two Ferrero Rocher chocolates as we left – so polite and incredibly thoughtful! My daughter and I both agreed that we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong! Several parents who saw my Hong Kong trip photos have asked me where we stayed, and I've been recommending The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay without hesitation! You can really see how much we loved this hotel from my photos!

Facilities: While the hotel isn't new, it has everything you need and meets modern guest expectations. Hygiene: Clean, with timely housekeeping. Environment: It's really, really close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Service: The staff are friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded my room for free this time. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Great for all ages, you could spend all day at the hotel without getting bored. Outdoor Pool Area There are multiple outdoor free-form pools, complete with water slides and a shallow area for children. Surrounded by coconut groves and lush greenery, there are plenty of lounge chairs. It’s not crowded, even with many people, and the opening hours are long. Swimming in the evening with the sea breeze is an excellent experience. The pool area provides complimentary towels and children's life vests, and the changing rooms are well-equipped.

This was the most comfortable stay out of our three days in Hong Kong, especially compared to Disney. The hotel service was excellent. For an extra 100 HKD, we upgraded to a deluxe standard room, which allowed us to check in early instead of waiting until 3 PM. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can order à la carte, so you don't necessarily have to buy the breakfast buffet ticket; the set meals were also quite good. The only downside was the hotel shuttle driver's cold attitude; he ignored us when we tried to confirm before boarding and drove very fast.

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

9.0/10
Good

This is my umpteenth stay at Discovery Bay Hotel. I used to always book a sea-view room, but this time I opted for a mountain-view room, and it was surprisingly good for several reasons: 1) It's cheaper. 2) During the rainy season, mountain-view rooms are much drier. 3) The bathtub in the mountain-view room is a standard ceramic one, and while it doesn't offer the unbeatable sea views of the sea-view rooms, it's more comfortable for a soak. This hotel has very clear pros and cons. The main drawback is its inconvenient transportation. If you don't want to spend money on transport, you'll need to carefully study the free shuttle bus schedules and routes. We took the public bus, and it was quite inconvenient since buses on the island only accept Octopus cards or cash, with no electronic payment options. However, the advantages are significant: it's incredibly quiet, both the mountain and sea views are beautiful, and the big white sand beach on the other side of the island is less crowded on weekdays. The hotel's aesthetic is consistently pleasing, and the rooms are spacious. Even though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained.

On a Friday night, most 4-star hotels in Hong Kong are usually around a thousand [HKD], so getting the Regal for about five hundred [HKD] this time was really great value for a short weekend getaway. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which is super convenient. It's also only about a 30 HKD taxi ride from the MTR station.
