There's no parking downstairs, and you have to pay a fee to park when entering the island. You need to call ahead for a shuttle pick-up. The sea view from the room was excellent, and I was initially very happy, but I absolutely couldn't sleep at night. The music noise from Moon Bay was too loud, and the room's soundproofing was terrible; it was impossible to sleep. This was really annoying. I left my cosmetics in the room when checking out, and the owner was very kind and arranged a time to bring them down to me!

The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya. The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities. This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

Raja is very friendly and helpful, even share us the travel guide for our next location. Room amenities are all complete and prepared for little one. Kid love the theme room and astronaut suit. The location is far from town or railway station, even food delivery is at least 4km away. If you aren't driving and ain't coming for the spaceship, you're pretty stranded and bored. The weather in Dec is cold to play in kids pool as well. Coconut chicken hotpot in their restaurant is nice

The two-bedroom suite is great for families with older kids, and the bedding is very comfortable. We had planned to cook our own meals, but it didn't end up happening. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but we reported it to Trip.com, and they took it seriously, resolving it quickly so we could get settled. The area around the hotel is very lively, with the popular Wacai Plaza landmark nearby, which has tons of food options. My daughter mentioned that the soundproofing in the room isn't the best.

Even more delightful, the front desk attendant, Helen, thoughtfully upgraded my booked 55sqm sea-view room directly to a 120sqm sea-view family suite! Opening the window revealed an endless ocean vista. I woke up to the gentle sea breeze in the mornings and enjoyed the golden sunset and colorful clouds from the balcony in the evenings. Even while bathing, I could catch glimpses of the shimmering sea. The Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures in the room were exceptionally high quality, showcasing luxury in every detail – my impression was instantly elevated. Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor is also a must-visit spot. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the magnificent sea and sky.
