Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offered a 10-star experience! The ocean-themed lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room was spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable bedding. The hotel's water park was a huge hit with the kids—they had an absolute blast. There is a complimentary shuttle bus directly to Ocean Kingdom, making getting around extremely convenient. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with stunning ocean views, and we could even watch the fireworks. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chimelong!

A truly healing seaside getaway in Zhuhai! The hotel boasts its own private beach, which isn't crowded, so you don't have to jostle with others. Enjoy the clear blue sea and sky during the day, and a peaceful sunset in the evening, with a gentle sea breeze creating a completely relaxed atmosphere. Getting around is convenient; you can drive to attractions like the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Shell) and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge for some easy sightseeing. The hotel's 'Smile & Play Travel Photography' service is fantastic; the photographer is great at capturing natural moments, so you don't have to pose, and the photos turn out authentic and high-quality, perfectly documenting the romance of a beach vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt spacious. The hotel service was very warm; staff member Ada was quick to respond and attentive to every detail. The resort grounds are tranquil, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it perfect for a couple's retreat or a short, relaxing break. It was a memorable stay, and I look forward to visiting again!

The room had great natural light and views, and was equipped with smart, convenient features, making it both cozy and stylish. The hotel's public areas were elegant, and the lobby was clean and grand, with a great ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot foods, pastries, fruits, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh, the taste authentic, satisfying different palates – it was a reassuring and fulfilling meal. Facilities like the gym and lounge areas were well-equipped and maintained, providing an excellent experience. The dim sum restaurant on the first floor was also very good; it seemed newly opened, and the dishes weren't expensive. I tried it and found it very affordable and delicious; I'll definitely go again next time. The most commendable aspect was the hotel's service. All staff members were polite and enthusiastic, greeting guests proactively, responding promptly to requests, and handling issues meticulously and efficiently. The service was thoughtful without being intrusive, truly making guests feel at home. The hotel's beach is uncrowded and clean, with clear waters, and it's super close to walk from the room to the beach. My child went digging in the sand two or three times every day. The infinity pool is also beautiful, and there's a small lawn next to the pool where you can practice golf. My child also took the shuttle bus to the main building every day to play video games. The kids' club in the main building is relatively small and more suitable for toddlers. The service from the club butler, concierge, restaurant staff, and housekeeping was excellent and well-trained. The only area I think could be improved is the food and beverage in the executive lounge. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it tastes good – more of a quality over quantity type (though it was exactly the same every day for the three days we stayed...). The afternoon tea and happy hour were barely better than nothing. Overall, it's still a very suitable hotel for a family staycation.

Came to Chimelong for the National Day holiday. Our hotel package included park tickets and the International Circus, and we even got a complimentary room upgrade to Building 9 in the VIP Wing. Check-in was already available by 2:00 PM during the holiday peak, which was great. The bed was huge, and the room was even more spacious, with no musty smell at all. Although we only stayed for one night, the amenities were fully stocked, making it very comfortable for traveling with kids. The hotel's reserved seating for the circus offered a fantastic view, and we were also able to enter the safari park early to beat the crowds.

The hotel is very close to the Ocean Kingdom, allowing us to walk to the park entrance without having to commute far every day. Driving here was convenient, with plenty of underground parking spaces and EV charging stations available. The lobby has a spacious layout with soft, non-glare lighting and polar penguin-themed decorations everywhere, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were responsive, and luggage storage was smooth. The guest room is suitably sized for a small family, featuring playful walls and soft furnishings full of childlike fun. The sofa has a medium firmness for a quick rest, the mattress provides good support, and the thoughtful pillow options were a nice touch. The bedding was clean with no strange odors, and the blackout curtains blocked out the light completely. Room soundproofing was decent, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The Wi-Fi was stable, the mini-fridge ran quietly, and the wardrobe and desk offered adequate storage space. The floors and corners were meticulously cleaned. The bathroom had a great wet-dry separation, with hot water coming out quickly and steady water pressure. Toiletries were fully stocked, and simple tea bags were provided in the room. The Emperor Penguin Buffet offered a unique dining experience where we could watch penguins while eating. The Food Street is great for a quick, hot meal, and the Kids' Club is a nice spot to grab a drink and relax. There is a dedicated children's play area where kids can have fun freely. The self-service laundry room is very friendly for long-distance travelers, and the simple gym is good for a light workout. Public corridors and elevator lobbies are cleaned frequently, and directional signs are clear. A convenience store and souvenir shop are located nearby. Many details cater to the needs of family travelers, and this stay added a lot of convenience to our trip.

Very convenient, located in a bustling area. The price is reasonable, and it has bunk beds. The environment is nice, definitely worth staying. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, and two large shopping malls just downstairs, all very close!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is superb. There's a shuttle bus every day that takes you directly to the relevant park. The hotel is filled with panda elements, so if you're bringing kids to Chimelong, I highly recommend staying here for the experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, perfect for children. Another plus is the gift shop on the first floor; if you don't want to carry a bunch of plush toys around the park, you can buy them here. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high during holidays. If the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

【Thoughtful Touches】Exclusive 24-hour butler service: First off, the front desk lady was incredibly polite and patient when we checked in that evening! The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This place is truly a paradise for kids, with the water park being a huge hit – the children had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The resort environment is very comfortable, allowing adults to relax and chat while the kids play freely. It's perfect for a short trip with a few families.
