This hotel is beautifully located by the sea, less than a kilometer from Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station (which are right next to each other!). The rooms are clean and tidy, even the standard rooms are quite spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the hotel staff are professional and provide great service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai. Just a small suggestion: Could the hotel consider arranging a shuttle bus service to Gongbei Port (Zhuhai Station)? Although it's less than a kilometer, the road isn't flat or wide. After crossing the border from Macau with luggage, it's already quite tiring. It's difficult to walk, and if you try to take a taxi for such a short distance, drivers often give you a hard time. The driver was clearly reluctant for just a few hundred meters. The same thing happened on the way back when I took a taxi to Zhuhai Station for the airport bus; I had an unpleasant experience with the driver. A one-kilometer ride ended up taking nearly half an hour! Alas, this was the only slightly dissatisfying part of my trip.

Their tone was both friendly and professional, instantly easing our travel fatigue. Throughout our stay, any small questions we had were quickly addressed and efficiently resolved by the front desk, without any perfunctory responses. We felt a strong sense of warmth even away from home; this meticulous service truly earned extra points. The room itself was stunning and perfectly matched my aesthetic. First, the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. Waking up in the morning and drawing the curtains allowed sunlight to flood the entire room, creating a cozy warmth. In the evening, my husband and I sat by the window, watching the streetscape and chatting about our day – it was incredibly atmospheric, making our Chinese New Year even more joyful. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed, expansive view, perfect for capturing beautiful, atmospheric photos and easily preserving our wonderful travel moments. The room decor had a strong artistic flair, not just a monotonous minimalist style. Every decoration was tasteful, from the wall art to the corner ornaments, paired with soft colors, creating both quality and warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The room was also very spacious with a well-planned layout, leaving no feeling of confinement. For two people, it was very comfortable whether resting or moving around, and even spreading out our suitcases didn't make it feel crowded – the attention to detail was evident. Furthermore, the room facilities were incredibly thoughtful and practical. The smart lighting was fantastic; I could control the lights, adjust brightness, and color temperature by voice from bed, without having to get up and fumble around. It was great for night-time trips to the bathroom without disturbing my partner, making it simple and convenient, greatly enhancing our comfort. And the hairdryer had strong airflow, drying my long hair super fast, which was a huge relief for me. I no longer had to slowly dry my hair with a weak stream of air. These small details truly showcased the hotel's attentiveness. The check-out experience was equally excellent. Ms. Nini, who handled our check-out, had a wonderful attitude – gentle and patient. She proactively asked about our stay, listened carefully to our feedback, and thoughtfully offered Chinese New Year blessings, making us feel warm even as we left. There were no complaints throughout our entire stay; whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was perfect. Finding such a gem of a hotel during our Chinese New Year trip was a delightful surprise; it not only made our journey more comfortable but also left us with countless beautiful memories. I've already recommended it to friends planning trips. Next time I'm here, I will definitely choose this place again, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of dedication to bring warmth and wonderful experiences to more travelers. My friends and I stayed here for a short trip and unanimously agreed it's an amazing hotel! The courtyard-style environment is serene and quiet, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere that's incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving. The room's cleanliness was exceptional—no dust, no strange odors, and every area was neatly organized, making it visually and physically very comfortable. The in-room amenities were rich and complete, fulfilling all our needs. The extra-large projection screen offered an excellent viewing experience, with free screen mirroring and a Tencent membership included, perfect for a fun movie or show marathon with friends. The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful; we checked in by scanning a QR code and adding them on WeChat, and any requested items were delivered promptly without delay. I personally forgot my makeup remover, which was a bit embarrassing, but the hotel thoughtfully and quickly provided some. They truly excel at every little detail, making it an unbeatable value. Highly recommended!

I initially wanted to complain this time, but I was touched by the front desk staff NiNa's sincerity, so I'll just give an objective overview! I decided to stay overnight at the Langham, a place I frequent, for a meeting again. As usual, I tried to book using the Taikang corporate rate. To my surprise, the front desk called to inquire and then claimed the corporate rate wasn't available that day because the hotel was almost full! This blatant act of a big business bullying customers instantly infuriated me, and I questioned them. Taikang Group has year-round business and commercial activities hosted at the Langham downstairs, and their consistent patronage is so easily dismissed by refusing the corporate rate at this moment?! Isn't that laughable?! At this point, NiNa quickly came over to handle the situation. She sincerely explained the reasons and offered solutions. In the end, I booked using my Ctrip Diamond member status at a price of over 1400 (a price I've never encountered before on non-holiday or non-exhibition days). However, my internal dissatisfaction was mitigated by NiNa's adaptability and sincerity. I hope the hotel values such talent and considers the guests' perspectives instead of becoming arrogant and neglecting long-term customers when business is good! I've written so much in this review because I truly want the hotel to improve!

The room was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic too! From the moment I checked in, I felt a huge sense of hospitality. The staff were attentive and proactive, and the housekeeping team always greeted me warmly. Everyone there contributed to a unique and wonderful atmosphere, making guests feel truly cared for! You can also enjoy stunning views of the city from the hotel's 60th floor, and the bar on the 59th floor even has live music. It's definitely中山's top-ranked hotel, and I'd love to come back again! Great location, and the room was a decent size. The service was attentive. It's right next to Fuhuali, which has tons of food options. Overall, I had a very good stay. The local iron pot stew restaurant nearby was good, and the takeout I ordered was also quite tasty.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Wyndham Zhaoqing was a delightful surprise for a family trip! I was so impressed by Lisa, the Russian front desk staff, and her amazing Chinese! This was our second time bringing the kids to Wyndham Zhaoqing, and Lisa's service at the front desk truly blew us away! 👱‍♀️ When we checked in, we realized she was a Russian beauty who spoke incredibly good Chinese – absolutely no communication barrier. Seeing that we had two children, she proactively helped us get a complimentary room upgrade. This kind of unexpected pleasant surprise really earns major bonus points! 👍 The hotel itself is also top-notch for families with kids: Hot Springs + Water Park: The kids went wild in the water fortress and pools; we couldn't drag them away. Unbeatable Views: Our room faced Seven Star Crags directly. Lying in bed, enjoying the lake and mountain scenery, truly felt like a perfect getaway. Foodie Paradise: We had all our meals at the hotel – the buffet was fantastic! Next time we're in Zhaoqing, this will definitely be our first choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Complaint: Although it was also a river-view room, the room type didn't match the photos in the booking package. For example, the oval bathtub in the photos was by the window, but in reality, it was a rectangular bathtub placed further inside; both the windowsill and the headboard were different from what the photos showed. If that's the case, shouldn't they use actual photos? There was no explanation during check-in either. This is genuinely the first time I've encountered a booking where the pictures didn't match the reality! Other observations: The bedding was quite comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. However, the throw pillows on the bed shed a bit due to their material, so I had to use my own lint roller to clean them. The room had no strange odors, and featured a spacious desk area with multiple power outlets, which was convenient for remote work. Dining: Upon check-in, you can book a riverside table at the Hongtu Mansion restaurant directly at the front desk, avoiding a wait. The food was good; it cost 570 for two people. It's also very easy to order takeaway drinks from around the area, and there's an old-school Cantonese restaurant right next door.

The interior design was modern yet elegant, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all facilities were immaculately maintained, showcasing an attention to detail that speaks of quality. I enjoyed a restful night's sleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. _The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, perfect for both business travel and leisure. My overall stay far exceeded expectations. From the thoughtful welcome fruit upon arrival, to the pleasant surprise of a proactive upgrade, and the consistently attentive service throughout, the hotel demonstrated a deep understanding of guest needs. This stay wasn't just a comfortable stop; it was a beautiful memory of being exceptionally well taken care of. The Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel comes highly recommended.
