This is a hotel I've returned to many times, and each stay has been consistently satisfying. The overall environment is quiet and clean, with excellent and well-maintained management. Room hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly, and the room layout is practical and perfectly adequate for daily living. The internet is always fast and reliable, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The service is consistently warm and attentive, with a great attitude, making it very suitable for long-term stays.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. Her service was professional and detailed, making us feel at home throughout our entire stay. Everything was handled with great care. We would also like to thank Nicole (陈碧君). Her warm welcome at the lobby every day made us feel very comfortable. The staff at the main entrance were also very helpful, assisting us with arranging transportation for Alan (何志远) and our daily travel needs, which made a big difference for us. Additionally, many thanks to Allen (蔡明生), who helped coordinate the shuttle bus to and from the Canton Fair. His attention to detail made our schedule much smoother. Overall, this stay was not only comfortable but also provided impeccable service. Highly recommended!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

My bestie and I took a short trip to Shenzhen and stumbled upon this amazing apartment – definitely five stars! The location is truly unbeatable, with the subway right downstairs connecting you everywhere, and all the amenities you could need nearby. We walked to One Avenue and spent the day hitting up trendy dessert spots and popular snack stalls with my friend, eating our fill. We even squeezed in a trip to Shenzhen Bay Park for some gorgeous photos by the sea – super picturesque. It was an easy subway ride to Dongmen Old Street, which had a great vibe for shopping and finding unique treasures. In the evening, the Civic Center offered stunning night views, and after dinner, we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing stroll through Lianhua Mountain Park. The front desk service was incredibly gentle and attentive; they personally escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the air conditioning and projector, creating a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. The sixth-floor sky garden at the apartment, surrounded by lush greenery, was perfect for photos and chatting. Plus, takeout deliveries come right to your door, which is super convenient for a lazy trip. The room came equipped with a fridge and washing machine, was spacious and clean, and had complete facilities. It was so comfortable and relaxing staying here with my friend. We'll definitely be back!

I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛

This was our second trip to Zhuhai Chimelong, and this time we chose the Spaceship Hotel for our family road trip. The resort security was excellent, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was quick and convenient. The Spaceship Theme Park was fantastic; the kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! It was a truly memorable parent-child experience. The room was very clean with complete facilities and soft bedding. They even provided kid-friendly toiletries and a step stool, which was a really thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spotless, with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors, and the curtains were great at blocking out light. They really prioritize guest privacy, and the hallways were also very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by lush greenery, pleasant scenery, and fresh air. The lobby decor is warm and playful, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room's overall design is also warm and childlike, with soft bedding and pillows that made falling asleep effortless. The dry/wet separated bathroom was well-designed. The hotel is very considerate, and its location is perfect, allowing direct walking access to Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park. There's also a wide variety of food options at the food court. Next time we visit, we'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again! A very satisfying trip!

It's like a fairytale castle by the sea; opening the window reveals a magnificent ocean view, instantly lifting your spirits. You can enjoy the indoor and outdoor water parks anytime, and when you're tired, take a stroll on Flamingo Island. The guest room details are thoughtful, and the buffet offers such a wide variety that you'll be spoilt for choice. You can even buy small gifts for your family. The most convenient part is the hotel's direct shuttle boat to Ocean Kingdom, which is both romantic and practical. In short, it's beautiful, fun, and comfortable – super satisfied!

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view! They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The service is truly exceptional, especially the front desk staff – their attitude was absolutely superb! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

I've been to Guangzhou many times, but this was my first stay at the White Swan Hotel, and it left a deep impression. First off, the location is excellent, right by Shamian Island, and just a short walk from Guangzhou Cultural Park (Thirteen Factories Museum). I booked an executive river-view room, and the young ladies at the executive lounge were incredibly warm and meticulous in their service, proactively asking guests what they needed. They not only upgraded my room but also extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. The hotel's internal environment is also fantastic; the small garden in the lobby is truly refreshing. The hotel breakfast is very generous, with many varieties of congee alone, and plenty of Cantonese dim sum. Having dim sum by the river in the morning was a stylish experience.
