I snagged this deal for 1200R using a Guangdong culture and tourism voucher. Besides unlimited two-day access to Ocean Kingdom, it also included unlimited two-day access to the Water World and a one-way yacht ticket – definitely a great value for money. I arrived at 12:30 PM, and the lobby wasn't too crowded. I got my room after about a 20-minute wait at check-in. After resting for a bit, I headed to the Water World in the afternoon. The indoor slides were fun but not too thrilling. For the lazy river, you need to rent a swim ring; a double ring cost 60R. I stayed in the Seahorse Zone, which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious, and I especially loved the bathtub – it was so relaxing to soak and catch up on shows and chat in the evening. Plus, from the 10th floor, I could even catch a glimpse of the fireworks. The next morning, I woke up early to go to the beach to watch the sunrise (it was cloudy, so no luck there) and see the dolphins (four very lively ones!). I also saw some flamingos. The shuttle boat runs every 15-20 minutes. It was breezy and not hot when it was moving, allowing me to enjoy the scenery along the way. The shuttle buses were also frequent and convenient; they leave as soon as they're full, so no waiting around. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile when I passed by. Perhaps because Guangzhou is also very humid and hot, I didn't find the room damp at all. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and cooled down quickly. Luggage storage was also very convenient, and the room card was adorable.

Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating. They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again. A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. The ultimate family-friendly vacation spot, a perfect experience worth revisiting! Choosing this InterContinental in Dameisha was definitely a hit, from check-in to check-out, it was a smooth and comfortable stay! **Room: Full of childish fun, thoughtful details!** A huge thank you to the front desk staff for the complimentary upgrade to the Ocean Adventure Family Twin Room. The entire room was decorated with ocean-themed cartoons; the bedsheets, throw pillows, and wall decals all featured adorable sharks and jellyfish. My child shrieked with joy the moment they entered. The bathroom came with a cartoon bathtub and even had kids' water toys. The interactive floor projection created an amazing ambiance, and my child spent ages playing barefoot in the light and shadows. There was also an interactive 'treasure hunt' projection on the desk, which kept my child quietly entertained, finally allowing us parents to catch a break. Kids' toiletries, small slippers, and bathrobes were all provided, with every detail thoughtfully catering to children. 🧸 **Indoor Kids' Playground: Rich variety of activities!** The hotel's indoor playground is super spacious. The ball pit and giant building block area were clean and tidy, and there were special craft classes daily! We caught the Little Chef DIY activity, where staff patiently guided the children in making food, even providing them with exclusive chef hats and aprons – the sense of ceremony was amazing. In the lobby, there were also clown interactive performances and giant inflatable shark mascot parades. The clown did fancy ball tricks and gave out balloons, and my child chased the mascot around. The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant, keeping us entertained throughout. **Outdoor Sea View & Water Activities: Absolutely stunning!** The guest room balcony directly faces the entire Dameisha sea area, with distant views of mountains, sea, and small islands. Downstairs, the tiered pools and water slides lead directly to the beach, and the surrounding palm trees make for fantastic photo opportunities! Out at sea, there was an exciting flyboarding show, with high-flying water stunts that were both thrilling and beautiful – watching the show by the sea breeze was so therapeutic. The private beach wasn't too crowded, making it very pleasant for swimming and walking. The pool had different depths, so both adults and children could enjoy it safely. ✨ **Service and Amenities: Top marks 💯** The staff were gentle and polite throughout our stay. Whether it was guidance in the playground or room service, responses were super quick. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with family activities rotating daily, so there's no need to go out looking for things to do with the kids. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; both public areas and guest rooms were clean and odorless. The air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was effective, allowing us to rest with our child undisturbed. This is the top choice for a one-stop family vacation, with food, lodging, and entertainment all-inclusive, no need for strenuous travel. The sea view, family facilities, and service are all excellent. It's perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids or a relaxing family trip. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended for families with children!

Stayed at Chimelong Hotel with my kids this summer. It's truly a one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, travel, entertainment, and shopping, with family-friendly facilities that exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are mostly flat, perfect for kids to run and stroll around. Public areas have cooling systems, and the front desk even has a dedicated family check-in counter. Facilities are regularly disinfected and maintained. Despite the large summer crowd, the service remained meticulous, and the room was spacious enough. The breakfast was abundant, and my kids loved it! There were plenty of interactive activities, making the little ones very happy! Highly recommend!

Taking my little one to Chimelong Zhuhai, choosing the Penguin Hotel was absolutely the best decision! It's truly a top-tier family-friendly hotel, with a perfect experience from start to finish. It was hassle-free and delightful, making the trip completely worthwhile! The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It has its own exclusive通道 (channel/pathway) directly to Ocean Kingdom, so you can walk to the park in just a few minutes. No need to suffer in the sun or deal with traffic jams. You get unlimited entries to the park for two days, and you can even watch the fireworks from the hotel. This gave us maximum flexibility when traveling with a child, saving us so much time queueing and rushing around! It was super convenient for getting to and from the park; whenever we got tired, we could just head back to the hotel to rest and recharge. It's perfectly suited for family trips. The overall arctic penguin theme really creates an immersive atmosphere! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were amazed by the massive penguin viewing area. You can see adorable penguins swimming and waddling around at any time, and my child was thrilled the moment we walked in. The elevators, corridors, room key cards, and toiletries all featured cute penguin elements. The attention to detail was fantastic and full of childish fun. Every photo we took looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale; the atmosphere was truly captivating. The staff's service attitude was superb. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any requests. They patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing, dining, and the park.

Location: it's right in the middle of Tianhe, next to the amazing Grandview Mall, and its attractions such as the aquarium, rainforest, science and natural history museums, snow world, and a huge amount of shopping and eating. You could literally spend several days in here, which would be a great place to escape the summer heat. Next door is more upmarket Parc Central and Tee Mall, and over the road is Fashion Tianhe, where the local young people hang out. The hotel itself is in the same building as the Marriott hotel; Marriott hotel occupies the lower 22 floors, whilst this apartment hotel occupies the upper 16 floors. It's also a mixed use building, so as well as self contained apartments, there are plenty of small businesses, such as hairdressers, nail salons, massage, optician, and music studio in the apartments next door too. You need to take two different lifts to get to your apartment - annoying, but not a deal-breaker. There's also nothing close by that is open before 10am, except for the Starbucks downstairs. Apartment: a fairly standard apartment, with bedrooms and a lounge with small dining area. Kitchenette had a microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. There were, however, no pots or pans, no plates or bowls, and a grand total of 3 tiny tea cups and 2 spoons and 2 forks. There were also two chairs for our 2 bedroom apartment's dining table. A slightly better equipped self contained apartment would have made the stay better. The rest of the apartment is fairly bare too. A small sofa, sideboard, and coffee table, and a TV that didn't work well. The downstairs bedroom is pretty small but fit a double bed with no space to walk around, whilst the upstairs one had more space. Cleanliness: there place itself was pretty clean. Although the peeling wallpaper and water damage stains made it look less so. Value: it's about 1/3 of the cost of the Marriott downstairs, and you get a whole apartment rather than a room. This makes it much better value than the hotel. Whether you want this basic apartment, or a nice hotel, is a personal choice dependant on your budget. Overall: a basic apartment in a very nice central location. Amenities are very sparse, but overall it's good value.

The two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and fantastic! The hotel facilities are exceptionally comprehensive, with each pool having its own unique charm. There's something for everyone, adults and kids alike, and you could easily spend several days here without repeating activities. It was truly excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Shuangyue Bay!

Our overall experience was fantastic! One ticket gave us access to the water park, forest park, and hot springs. First, we stayed in the main building, which has underground parking. The front desk staff were very patient explaining all the services, and they even offered concierge service and luggage storage. The hotel room had a great view and comprehensive facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, game room, coffee shop, book bar, and more (everything you need for eating, sleeping, and playing). Second, the water park is huge. While it doesn't have many super thrilling rides, there are plenty of watersports on the lake, an infinity pool, and a beach. The facilities are also excellent, with many restrooms and changing rooms for convenience. What's more, there's an indoor children's water area, so rain is no problem (a pleasant surprise was finding a hot spring pool inside the indoor park – perfect for both moms and kids!). Third, the forest park is newly opened this year. Although only children under 1.2 meters are free, many activities are suitable for kids as tall as 1 meter (so many children can actually get in for free). It’s the most thoughtful children's playground I’ve ever seen. There are many play areas, including motorized rides and non-motorized playgrounds (climbing frames, trampolines, etc.). They even installed many fans and resting spots in the non-motorized area, truly considering both moms and dads. There’s also an indoor mini pet house within the playground, fulfilling three wishes at once. The Ferris wheel is also brand new, with fans inside and soft seats, making it the most comfortable Ferris wheel I’ve ever ridden (though it only opened in May this year, so I hope the maintenance keeps up!). We visited on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded, but all the staff were great. The cosplaying young ladies and gentlemen were very nice, interacting and playing games with kids and adults alike, even in thick costumes on a hot day – very dedicated! There are still some new facilities being perfected, so some areas weren't accessible (a specific suggestion: for the climbing waterfall area, perhaps provide communal climbing shoes. In summer, with the water park open, many visitors wear flip-flops, and you need sports or climbing shoes for this activity, so it’s a shame if you can’t play without them). However, this is understandable, and I hope the management continues its great work! Finally, the hot spring area is also excellent, with many outdoor pools that are clean and hygienic. The changing rooms thoughtfully provide three bath towels in each locker! We went on a non-holiday, and the experience was truly great. I hope they can maintain this level of experience during holidays as well. We will definitely come back if we get the chance!

This Sheraton Zhuhai Huafa truly surprised me, and I completely fell in love with it after just one stay. Highly recommended! 🌊 The most stunning feature has to be the unbeatable sea view! Make sure to choose a Macau sea-view room. From the balcony, you can take in the Macau Tower, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the entire dazzling nightscape of the opposite shore. Watch the sunset in the evening, the lights at night, and even the sunrise in the morning. This view alone is worth the room rate. 🏨 The hotel's facilities and design are also very tasteful. The lobby boasts a rare classical Chinese style with pavilions and towers that feel grand and impressive. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent bedding and bathroom amenities, and the cleanliness is impeccable – truly deserving of a seasoned five-star hotel. 👨‍💼 The service is an even bigger plus. From the front desk staff to the managers, everyone is warm and attentive. They proactively offer room upgrades, late check-out, and handle issues very efficiently, making you feel right at home. If you're traveling with kids, the indoor and outdoor pools and children's facilities are enough to keep them entertained all day. 🍳 Don't miss the breakfast; the selection of Chinese and Western dishes is incredibly rich, perfect for fueling up for an energetic day. The location is also convenient, not far from Chimelong and the seafood street, with free shuttle buses available. In summary, whether for sightseeing, a vacation, or a family trip with kids, this place is absolutely perfect. It has definitely made it onto my must-stay list for Zhuhai!
