I highly recommend this apartment hotel! The hygiene is exceptionally thorough; every detail in the room stands up to close inspection. The bedding is changed for each guest and feels incredibly nice, and the bathroom glass door is sparkling clean, without a single water mark. The facilities are very thoughtful: the air conditioning temperature control is precise, so it's never too hot or too cold; the projector comes with a built-in membership and connects to the internet easily; and the washing machine has a large capacity, perfect even for bulky items. The surrounding area is very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to a supermarket and a snack street, so you don't have to worry about shopping or eating. Plus, the complex itself is very quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The service is beyond excellent! They contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time before check-in, and at check-out, they even proactively ask if you've left anything behind – truly heartwarming!

My second time staying at this hotel. The overall experience is better than last time. The staff at the front desk are always pleasant with a great smile. They are also very efficient and helpful. This time I came for my birthday celebration, and the hotel surprised me with an upgrade, a good decoration, and a birthday cake. It makes my stay even better. The breakfast is good. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket literally next door. I would use this hotel again next time I am here.

The room came with a mini-fridge and a safe, which was a nice touch. The submarine-themed TV was adorable and really tied into the hotel's overall theme. It was incredibly convenient that the hotel had direct access to the Spaceship Park, allowing us to easily pop back to the hotel for a rest when the kids got tired – very kid-friendly! The staff were all very attentive and greeted us warmly every time we saw them. They listened carefully to our questions and gave kind, clear answers, even when we asked for directions. There's also a cool gift shop where you can buy souvenirs and local specialties. The second floor of the lobby also has a specialty shop with great souvenirs and local products. Plus, there are plenty of activities on the second floor of the lobby that could keep you entertained for half a day just by browsing. It's truly perfect for families with young children! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail – the bathroom even had a children's step stool and a small potty seat, showing real thoughtfulness! We'll definitely be back next time and I highly recommend it to friends!

The location is fantastic, right across the road from the high-speed train station, seriously, it's like a 3-minute walk. For travelers going between Macau and Zhuhai Chimelong, this spot is a dream: · 🚶♂️Gongbei Port is also directly opposite, another 3-minute walk. · 🚄To get to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, just hop on the intercity train at Zhuhai Station; it's a direct 23-minute ride to “Zhuhai Chimelong” station, and then a 10-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom from there. · 🍜Behind the hotel, there’s a whole street filled with eateries – all kinds of Cantonese snacks, roasted meats, and cha chaan tengs. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, so you're set for drinks, snacks, and late-night munchies. The room isn't super spacious, but it’s well-designed, clean, and bright, with comfy bedding. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very warm and thoughtful. If you prioritize ultimate convenience for transport and have a moderate budget, this place is definitely an efficient choice for a layover or a short trip in Zhuhai!

This hotel offers excellent recreational facilities like hot tubs, swimming pools, and a sauna, making it perfect for families, couples, and seniors alike. On check-in day, we received a free upgrade to a suite, and the room environment was exceptionally comfortable. A special shout-out to Tina, who was incredibly patient. The hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants, and it's conveniently located right next to a scenic area. It truly caters to all your dining, entertainment, and relaxation needs. Definitely worth a stay!

Very nice and relaxing resort. The playing area for kids is good, love the playground. Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the hair spa and it’s nice. Breakfast is good. Just the hot spring area is a bit small and not feel like having hot spring afterwards.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast. For family trips, cleanliness is our top priority, and we felt very reassured by the hotel's environment in this regard. The staff even proactively asked if we needed any extra amenities and gave our child a gift upon check-out. It was a very pleasant stay with thoughtful service.

Guest Room Experience: The rooms feature a natural wood, white, and other earthy color palette, with exquisite yet minimalist decor, giving them a very Muji-esque feel. The bedding and toiletries are Muji's own brand, and they feel very comfortable to the touch. The room also includes unique items like a wall-mounted CD player, creating a wonderful ambiance. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is conveniently located in the UpperHills shopping center, offering easy access to a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby.

We booked three rooms this time. The housekeeper Laura was very considerate. We could communicate directly on WeChat if we had any questions. She also helped us apply for parking exemptions, breakfast and late check-out in a timely manner. The hotel is in a very good location. The oysters are delicious. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, 800 yuan per room. It can be cheaper by more than 100 yuan on other platforms, and it also includes a lounge and breakfast. The air conditioning in the hotel is not good. I turned it on to 16 degrees at night and was still woken up by the heat. I really want to complain about the background music in the breakfast room. The rhythm is super fast. Do you want the guests to finish their meals quickly? Such a star-rated hotel should not do this. It is recommended to play some beautiful light music.

Check-in was very fast. Among the several Chimelong hotels in Zhuhai, I ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Although it's not as conveniently located as the Penguin Hotel or Circus Hotel, the shuttle buses every 15 minutes and the boat ride to Ocean Kingdom make it very accessible. This was especially true on New Year's Eve, when the shuttle back to the hotel was incredibly convenient, taking only a few minutes. My garden view room was upgraded to one with a partial sea view. From the balcony, I could see the dolphin pool and the ocean. The room was quite spacious, clean, and met the standards of a resort hotel. The mattress and pillows were just right, providing a good night's sleep. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel were quite extensive. Next time I visit Chimelong Zhuhai, I will definitely choose the Hengqin Bay Hotel again!
