Guest UserZhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel provided us with a perfect vacation experience thanks to its exceptional quality. From the moment we stepped into the grand, ocean-themed lobby, professional and enthusiastic service was consistent throughout our stay. The staff's smiling service and the wonderful lobby performances made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel lobby, designed with marine elements, was spacious, and the service staff were professional and attentive.
The Dolphin Buffet Restaurant offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western delicacies, authentic Cantonese cuisine, and fresh sashimi. The dedicated children's food station and the ornamental fish tanks made dining a delightful experience. The hotel's facilities were outstanding: the Water World and the heated swimming pool were captivating, with professional lifeguards on duty. The gym was well-equipped.
Transportation was incredibly convenient. There was a shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom every 15 minutes, and the concierge staff proactively helped with our stroller, which was very heartwarming. Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly an ideal hotel for family trips and is highly recommended!
Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was an excellent decision. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the usual thoughtful touches. All the staff were smiling. We were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was quick and efficient. The food selection was abundant and varied. The desk in the room was large and tidy, with good lighting, and the Wi-Fi was super fast, making it highly efficient for work. The bathrooms were also very spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service was excellent.

Guest UserThe Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay is an excellent choice for family vacations in Zhuhai, definitely a five-star recommendation! The hotel's signature canal pool is very distinctive, and their partnered photography service, 'Xiaowan Travel Photography,' is absolutely worth experiencing; the entire team works efficiently. The hotel offers a quiet private beach where kids can play in the waves and sand, and during holidays, there are fun bubble parties. The kids' club is well-equipped with a wide range of toys and picture books, and on weekends, they offer craft activities like shell painting and 'little chef' sessions. The guest rooms are spacious and can provide cribs and children's toiletries. The attentive service from our butler, Flora, was impressive; she responded promptly and proactively helped coordinate various requests, showing great attention to detail. The resort grounds are elegant with a strong coastal ambiance, and the breakfast selection is diverse. Overall, our trip was relaxing and hassle-free, balancing adult leisure with children's fun. The family travel experience was excellent and well worth a special visit.

My friends and I recently visited Guangzhou, and we chose to stay at the Magnificient Hotel Guangzhou Panyu Flagship Store. Our overall experience was fantastic, making it an absolute gem for anyone visiting Panyu! The ambiance, dining quality, and recreational facilities all far exceeded our expectations. The value for money is incredible, and I've already silently added it to my top hotel choices in Guangzhou.
The most impressive aspect of the hotel is its overall scenery and atmosphere. The entire building boasts an exquisite European castle style – grand, magnificent, and incredibly photogenic. The lobby exudes light luxury and elegance, with crystal chandeliers and a high-end feel throughout, perfect for snapping some great photos. Our room was brightly lit, with lush greenery outside the window and expansive views. It offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and serene, creating a truly immersive atmosphere.
Dining was another delightful surprise during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered an incredibly rich variety, perfectly blending Chinese and Western cuisine. We had everything from stir-fried noodles to baked goods, egg tarts, salads, and juices – a complete mix of meat and vegetables, and dry and wet dishes. The food was fresh and authentic, and the staff were quick to replenish items, ensuring a full spread at all times, catering to the diverse tastes of seniors, children, and young adults. Besides the lavish breakfast, the hotel's afternoon tea was also a pleasant surprise, featuring a wide array of exquisite and tempting treats. Western-style mini cakes and nut biscuits were all available, along with fresh seasonal fruits, ice cream, and refreshing sodas, offering a perfect balance of sweet and savory, hot and cold. Enjoying afternoon tea by the window, gazing at the beautiful scenery, was incredibly leisurely and therapeutic, truly relaxing.
The recreational facilities were also superb for leisure time. The hotel features a well-equipped gym with a full range of professional fitness equipment, including cardio and strength machines. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, allowing us to keep up our workout routine even while traveling. It also boasts a stunning outdoor swimming pool with crystal-clear, regularly maintained water, surrounded by greenery, creating a comfortable environment. It's perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer or for taking picturesque photos.
Jasmine, at the front desk, checked us in very quickly, and the other hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, greeting us proactively and responding promptly. Their attention to detail was particularly thoughtful. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, the dining was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the scenery was magnificent. The staff also mentioned that the restaurant on the first floor is currently being renovated and upgraded, and we're really looking forward to its reopening. This hotel is ideal for family trips, vacations with friends, or business travel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Panyu, Guangzhou!

Guest UserThe InterContinental Dameisha is a landmark in Dameisha, and it's well-known, having hosted countless friends. Although it's been open for some time, the room facilities are still well-maintained with no musty smell, which is quite impressive for a hotel so close to the sea. In terms of value for money and comfort for a resort hotel, it's more appealing than Le Meridien, although the beach cleanliness, sand quality, and views are slightly less impressive. The 328 RMB buffet price is justified by the quality of the food; the dessert cakes, my favorite, offer a richer variety and better taste than those at five-star hot spring hotels in the province. Oysters, thick-cut salmon, and crayfish are all available for a hearty feast! Overall, despite the typhoon during our holiday, the hotel was still incredibly popular! It's best to visit during off-peak times to truly enjoy the vast sea and sky of the Eastern Bay.

Guest UserI want to give a huge shout-out to server Yang Xiaoying. My stay at Chimelong Hotel left a wonderful impression, largely thanks to her. After we checked in, Yang Xiaoying proactively reached out online to inform us about the hotel's various convenient services. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly family members, she specifically reminded us that we could contact housekeeping if we needed any extra items for the room. She also patiently explained the hotel's internal routes to prevent us from getting lost in such a vast property.
The Safari-themed room we stayed in was uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. The carpets and sofa were free of stains and odors, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained with a stable hot water supply. The desk and leisure sofa were fully equipped, making it suitable for both relaxing or doing some light work.
The hotel's overall facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, bowling alley, and creative cultural shops all readily available. The garden environment is lush and green, with animal-themed decorations everywhere; walking around the hotel felt like being in a tropical jungle.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The authentic Cantonese cuisine at Qilin Chinese Restaurant was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the service was consistently efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of Northern and Southern Chinese dishes, ensuring everyone, from seniors to children, could find something they enjoyed.
The hotel shuttle bus provides direct access to the various theme parks, and the luggage storage service was convenient and available as needed, greatly reducing our travel burden.
Once again, I'd like to thank server Yang Xiaoying for her patient and attentive service. Her professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our trip.

sofiya8402You can indeed enter an hour early, but it was still very crowded. We also bought a Fast Pass, which saved us a lot of queuing, but we still had to wait in line for some attractions. However, we did manage to see several key shows. My kids wanted to go on the rides later, so we missed the dolphin show. There's no food inside except for the buffet, which is very expensive at 150 per person. While you can see penguins at the Penguin Restaurant, it's very small and they're only visible through a glass panel. With so many people, it was almost impossible to find a table. We ended up wandering around with our plates for a long time before just sitting down anywhere to eat, and there wasn't much food to choose from either. Despite all that, the kids still really enjoyed the park.

TiantiandechoubaobaoThe room was great, spacious and bright, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it was so noisy, constantly buzzing, which made it hard for my elderly parents to get a good night's sleep. Also, the parking fee was a bit expensive; it would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate.

Adu2721. First, let's talk about the service: The hotel contacted me in advance, added me on WeChat, and informed me of important details. They upgraded my room for free to a Sky room, which mostly met my requests. Lin Lirong from housekeeping provided excellent and enthusiastic service. She proactively asked about any needs or dissatisfactions. I requested two extra towels and an additional blanket, and everything was perfectly handled. When checking out, they even gave us some extra drinks.
2. Next, the cleanliness: The hotel has been operating for a while, so it's a bit dated, but that's typical for beachfront hotels, so you can't expect too much.
3. Then, the dining: We booked the buffet breakfast and dinner. I can only say it was hard to describe; there were too many people, and we could only eat until we were full. Downstairs, right outside the hotel, there are many seafood street food stalls. The food quality is good, but the prices aren't cheap. I'd recommend not having dinner at the hotel.
4. Finally, the recreational facilities: The hotel's beach downstairs is very convenient. Although the sand on the beach is quite coarse, after walking about 5 meters into the water, the seabed sand is very fine, the water quality is excellent, and it's not deep, making it great for surfing. The accompanying children's play area with a ball pit and water park also made our kids very happy.

TuolajiThis is our third visit to Senlinhai, and my 8-year-old absolutely loves it every time – highly recommended! The park offers a wide variety of family-friendly activities. The Ferris wheel provides comfortable views, the milder version of the rapid descent is just right, and the rafting is fun and exciting. The park is well-landscaped with plenty of shade. Staying at the hotel gives you unlimited park access, which is very convenient, and the staff are super friendly. The pace of activities is relaxed, so you never feel rushed, and my child always leaves wanting more. It's our top choice for a short family getaway, and we'll definitely be back!

Anonymous UserI booked this hotel based on its 'luxury' branding, expecting a similar level of service for special needs guests as I've experienced at other Hilton and Indigo properties in the same category. What I found was truly eye-opening.
Upon arriving at night, there was no doorman or security, and the parking area outside was chaotic.
I had specifically requested a shower chair when booking online, and reiterated it multiple times during check-in. Yet, it took ages to arrive after I checked in. It was only after calling the front desk and multiple nudges from Trip.com customer service that it finally showed up.
Check-in itself took over 30 minutes; they couldn't find my booking when re-entering it. I had booked a sea-view room, but was assigned to the lowest floor. The 'sea view' was far from what the pictures depicted.
Room amenities were also surprisingly sparse: no welcome fruit, an empty minibar, and only two lonely bottles of water. Honestly, even an Atour hotel offers more.
While the hotel's hardware looks decent, service for guests with special needs felt like an afterthought. Despite its 'luxury' reputation, the responsiveness for basic accessibility features is worse than many standard chain hotels.
Underneath its high-end luxury facade, the overall experience was severely disappointing. It's no wonder many other hotels nearby were fully booked while this one still had vacancies; I now completely understand why.
My advice: don't gamble on this hotel's service.
