Very good place it was so awesome to stay at very clean hood customer service

Great hotel, but you need to request everyday for amenities instead of it should be automatically refilled everyday.

The location is excellent, the complex is very distinctive, and the scenery around the hotel is spectacular. The service is also quite thoughtful. But it's a bit messy, there are always large meetings held at this hotel.

It was great an amazing breakfast 🍳 pool and nice service .laundry rooms wasn’t available…that didn’t make sense.. overall a 9 from 1 to 10 !

Parking lot was awesome— it was like we r in the private parking lot in the wood. I was staying on 204. Staff was kind enough, but due to covid19, theres no cleaning service for a few days, which is hotel will not reduce the room fare either. Breakfast was the paper bag (commercial muffin and little bottle water, tangerine) Hotel lobby was replace with one of the hotel room, everytime i need to knock it to enter, It was sucks that i cannot go to the lobby to get hot water or something.

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

El hotel estuvo a solo 5 min de Philips Exeter Academy y se encuentra en una calle principal con gasolinera, farmacia y restaurantes al lado. Nos dieron una habitación de minusválidos, que era super grande y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El desayuno era un poco flojo, ya que para fruta solo tenían manzanas.

Took my son and his friends here for his 11th birthday and he had a blast. My only complaint is that the pool was so small. Breakfast was phenomenal though with a big selection so all the kids were able to find things they liked. Overall we would stay again. The staff was amazing and super helpful with any requests we had.

Located right off the main road in town, the rooms were well maintained, and front desk was helpful. The only thing missing was breakfast, but there is a McDonald’s literally a minute away. Great option if you are in the area. About half an hour away from Mount Washington.
