When they say check in is at 3 they mean it !!! No on is even on the property until then. Don't park on the property until you are checked in !!! Your car won't be towed ? But they certainly let you know !!! The girl that checked my sister and I in was snarky !!!
There were several more places nearby so next time I will stay at one of them.

Roger is hands down, one of the best people I've ever met. Always with a smile on his face and eager to make your stay the best if can be. This is my go to hotel when I stay in the White Mountains.

We stayed here last minute and because they allowed dogs. The room was clean and large but very outdated. Room rate was great compared to everything else in the area during foliage season. Staff very friendly. Good location and close to attractions.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Basic , but did exactly what we needed. Good location for Flume Gorge and Cog railway. Staff were friendly. Good shower pressure, very comfortable beds. Outdoor pool was covered whilst we were there, but to be fair weather wasn’t suitable for swimming in outdoor pool so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Very clean and good atmosphere. The owners are top notch. I’d stay here again it’s a nice scenery and the roads are very good around here if you’re on a bike like us. They even shipped a box home for us,it really helped.

Highly satisfied once again. Our room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Location can't be beat; it's the closest lodging to Franconia Notch and within walking distance to The Flume. Room rates are always fairly priced, even during foliage season. At just $10 the nightly pet fee is a plus. We look forward to staying again in the future.
