I was a bit skeptical about the feel of the area and the hotel, but everything worked great. The location is perfect and about a five minute walk from the beach. The room was clean when I entered, and set to 61 degrees F. The room looks a bit dated, but the hot water is superb and the bed comfortable. For the price point, this is an amazing value in Waikiki.

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away. Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. There's even hand sanitizer next to the elevator, which is reassuring, haha. Driving to the airport the next morning only took about 20 minutes, very convenient. I recommend it for a short stay~

This is our go-to hotel in Waikiki. They offer luggage storage, and it's easy to call taxis or get food deliveries. The W line bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel. It's an older hotel but always clean, offering great value for money. It's a 10-minute walk to the Hilton and the beach. This year, a hotpot buffet opened right next door, which is pretty good! Also within walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center.

The Rainbow Towers are split into several buildings, and our room was right by the sea, which was great. The beach is literally downstairs. However, the cleaning staff started cleaning at 8 or 9 AM every day, which really disturbed our sleep. If you like to sleep in, you might want to hang a 'do not disturb' sign beforehand. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

We were on the 11th floor, and the water pressure was excellent! I'm not sure why some reviews mentioned low water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel (for those who aren't obsessed with ocean views), because our balcony faced the ocean. If an ocean view is a must-have for you, then you might want to look elsewhere. Out of the three Hilton hotels we stayed at in Hawaii this trip, this one offered the best value for money. The only downside was that they called at 9:30 AM to remind us that check-out was at 11 AM? And then around 10 AM, someone knocked on the door asking if we wanted housekeeping. It was a bit odd, but besides that, the hotel was perfect. Parking was $65 a night, which is more expensive than the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay and the Disneyland Hotel (where it was $40-45) that I've stayed at. The beach is just one block away from the hotel. If I go back, this will be my top choice; the value for money is really good.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. My flight arrived in the morning, so I wanted to get some rest early, so I checked in earlier than planned, but there was no extra charge. The receptionist was very kind and explained everything to me. The good thing about the room is that the bed was very nicely made and very fluffy. It also has a balcony, and the rooms on the beach side are very comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and the city bus stop, so it's a great place to go sightseeing. There were chickens outside, and sometimes their sound woke me up. The bad thing about the room is that the door to the room was very heavy and sometimes it didn't close properly. Also, the shower door didn't close completely, and water often leaked outside during the shower. The coffee in the coffee maker was very old and oxidized. The bad thing about the hotel's location is that there were some noises like a night club and some security issues around (people roaming around the park). We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Our airplane was arrived early so we wanted to rest. We did early check in, but there was no extra fee. Positive point • Bed making was great, clean • All rooms have balcony • location was very nice, near the beach, shopping area, high brand shops ex • On every Friday, we can see a fireworks at the beach • In the morning, rosters? shout their noise, so it made me wake up easier. Negative point • Our room’s door was so heavy and sometimes we can’t close it very well. • Shower room’s door can’t close perfectly, so sometimes the floor got little bit wet. • the coffee maker’s coffee powder was very old and included oxygen, so taste was not really good. • Sometimes, noise of the clubhouse was so loud and it made me uncomfortable to sleep.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay. Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design. We had a lot of fun!

GGuest User1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

SSoThis resort is right next to the Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches in the whole wide world. We stayed in a oceanfront room, and the oceanview is stunting. The staffs are friendly, and we have a great time there.

AAnonymous UserChose it for the airport pick up/drop off, what a pleasant surprise. Great receptionist, she got me into a room early after a long overnight flight. While room dated, it clean, full amenities and comfortable bed. Pool, restaurant and was given voucher for 2 drinks so enjoyed cocktails in the bar with very nice staff. The service was respectful and helpful. I’d stay there again.

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. 3333ひろ333I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

GGuest UserI would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is better than expected; You can tell that they went through a massive renovation in order to give a chill vibes based stay (on the outside). Inside of the room, it’s definitely an old hotel… I liked the furniture, but the windows were too open for my liking (you get the feeling that anyone can look into your room); Not as much of an issue since we used the curtains! The bath towels were covered in hair (ranging from long strands to tiny ***** pieces) which I found to be disgusting. The staff were more than willing to switch out the towels (there was still hair on them but a little dusting off mainly did the job). There was tiny ***** hair pieces in the bathtub as well, but I washed them down the drain so no biggie. The main issue that I had with this stay was that you could hear everything that was going on in rooms next door or outside. We heard loud screaming and fighting into the early ams, and it took a while for them to stop. This is not the hotel’s fault, but if you do stay here, keep in mind that the rooms aren’t very spacious, you can hear everything, and there might be hair in your towels. Overall, I really loved staying here and found it to be quite charming. The view in front of the hotel is INSANE. Though I listed negative traits about this hotel, I feel that it’s important to give some transparency to readers of this review. Mostly everyone goes into a hotel thinking that it’s 1000% clean and perfect. However, for me, the negative reviews are what I look for so that I know what to expect. You will definitely love the vibes and views this hotel has to offer, as well as the friendliness of the staff who worlds here.
