I had a fantastic stay at Centro Corniche Khobar! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. The hotel faces the Persian Gulf and is about a 5-minute walk from the city center. The front desk reception is enthusiastic and professional, and the room is clean, but the bathroom has no door to separate it from the bathroom floor, so it is easy for water to splash onto the floor.

Everything is very good, there are places to eat and banks nearby, but the shopping mall seems to be far away. The disadvantage of the threat is that the network signal is really poor, so bad that voice communication cannot be normal. This really needs to be improved!

Leaning on the beach, the surrounding area is relatively desolate

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Manwan. You can see the sea and pet cats. You just need to pay attention to the route and find the overpass. The infrastructure is not as developed as in China, so it is a problem to cross the street to the other side. There are restaurants and local small supermarkets around the hotel. The room is very clean. I was lucky to get a free upgrade.

A nice and beautiful experience. It wasn't my first. But they were very late in getting me in and they didn't compensate me or take into account the notes I mentioned to them.

The bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing. As for the services and price, they were great, as were the size of the room and the cooperation of the staff, whether reception or workers.

The hotel has a convenient location, elegant environment, quiet and clean, and has its own yard and swimming pool. The room is clean and the hardware facilities are new. It should be considered a very cost-effective hotel in Khobar. Highly recommended!
