I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Sokolniki. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel stored our luggage free of charge for a few days while we traveled to St. Petersburg. This made our trip much more convenient and gave us peace of mind. During our stay, whenever we called the front desk to request additional bottles of drinking water, they delivered them to our room promptly. Their quick response and excellent service were truly impressive. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is conveniently located right in front of Sokolniki Metro Station, making it easy to travel around Moscow. Directly opposite the hotel, you’ll find a supermarket, a shopping complex, a bank, and a money changer, which is very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of great dining options within walking distance, including Teremok, McDonald’s, Twin Brothers, and many other local restaurants. Everything you need is just a few steps away. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Sokolniki to anyone visiting Moscow. With its excellent location, outstanding service, and thoughtful hospitality, it offers great value and is a fantastic place to stay.

This is a very retro hotel, and our room was on the 4th floor. There's a small split-level staircase in the hallway. The environment is elegant, with floral arrangements, and the tiled areas without carpet were very clean. I booked a king room without breakfast because I usually don't wake up in time to eat it. The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped with toiletries, a comb, slippers, and even a sewing kit. We got two complimentary bottles of water daily. On the first day of check-in, there were two 'Dalloyau' chocolates on the table with Chinese descriptions. The mini-fridge was perfect for storing milk and cheese sticks for the past few days. Their coffee isn't instant powder; it comes in a built-in perforated filter bag that dissolves quickly and can even be used as a stir stick. There are cafes, restaurants, and schools near the hotel, and a supermarket not far away. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Cultural Park subway station on Line 5 or Line 1.

We stayed at Radisson Blu from September 20-21, and our experience was nothing short of positive. We were especially touched that on my birthday, the staff not only congratulated me but also treated me to a cake—such a personalized touch immediately set a festive mood. I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's generosity: our standard room was upgraded to a premium class without any additional charge. The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city. The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value. The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.

A wonderful hotel in the city center, perfect for relaxation. It's very close to Taganskaya station (brown line of the ring metro), just a straight walk. There's a theater nearby, and you can get to any central station very quickly. The rooms are fresh and smell great. Everything is clean and new, even though I've been coming here annually for many years, everything remains in excellent condition. The slippers are as soft as down! There's a 'Chocolate Hour' from 4 PM to 5 PM. In the lobby bar, next to the coffee machine, they offer pastries and set up a chocolate fountain (included in the price). Afterward, you can get a massage (for an additional charge) or visit the pool, dry and wet saunas (included in the price). Special thanks to the hotel for the swimsuit spin dryer in the spa area and the rubber flip-flops! The restaurant is also very delicious. Breakfasts are rich and interesting. You can order one hot dish in addition to the buffet. Sparkling wine is included with breakfast.

This isn't our first stay here, and we really love this place. The view from the window is excellent, the staff are great and polite, and they've let us check in before 3 PM more than once. Thank you!

Pros: Located right next to Red Square, this hotel feels like the International Hotel in Shanghai. The service is impeccable; everyone is friendly and polite. Housekeeping is prompt and thorough. I had breakfast here for several days, and it was simply perfect. I highly recommend getting the breakfast; both the views and the food are unbeatable. Cons: I booked a cheaper room, room 502. To my surprise, the toilet seat didn't fully cover the toilet, and the view was quite poor despite being on the 7th floor. At night, there was a faint thumping sound from downstairs, which I couldn't tell if it was a restaurant or something else, and it continued until just before 11 PM. I'm a sound sleeper, so it didn't bother me much. I didn't ask to change rooms because I had already spent too much time at customs on my first day. I'd definitely advise avoiding this particular room.

Excellent hotel with superb service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a magnificent view. I would recommend this hotel to others as a prime example of what modern service should be. Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes. It's the kind of place where you truly feel like a valued guest. I wish them continued prosperity and would gladly stay again. Magnificent view from the window of the Kievsky railway station and the clock tower. Excellent breakfasts. Our stay included access to the spa area. The saunas and baths are compact, but we visited both. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool you can actually swim in, and, rarely, a children's pool. The water in the pool is 26.5°C.

Excellent hotel, excellent location! The room was spacious, and we got an upgrade upon check-in. Toiletries were provided, even some for our child. They also gave us jelly candies, a coloring book, and pencils! The food we ordered was delicious. The view was of the inner courtyard, which was lovely, but I would have preferred a city view. On the other hand, there was no road noise, which was great for our child.

A wonderful hotel with a soulful atmosphere! The hotel's location is simply a dream, with the Kremlin and Red Square within walking distance. Zaryadye Park, the Tretyakov Gallery, and numerous cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely caring. It was my first stay, and I loved everything. I got a very spacious room, and the comfortable mattress allowed me to get a good night's sleep after a long flight. The housekeeping was impeccable. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast; there was a huge selection, even including pancakes with red caviar, and Asian and halal dishes. I will definitely return when I have another trip to Moscow.
