Amazing hotel, I liked absolutely everything! I lived on the 18th floor in room 1803, absolutely stunning view from the window of the Andes and the city, I enjoyed every day at the hotel! Cleanliness, great breakfast, although not enough hot food, but this is compensated by wonderful cheeses and fruits. Perfect location. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - everything was very tasty, good selection of wine. Warm pool on the 20th floor, gym. Very friendly staff. The hotel facilities are all quite good. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. Although the hotel gym is small, it's relatively clean. The swimming pool is large, but it was too cold to try it out. Overall, the experience was quite good. The only drawback is the location; it's a bit out of the way with no supermarkets or malls nearby, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

The hotel is in a bustling area, really lively, and very close to the attractions – you can just walk there. Especially convenient for getting to the Central Market, where you can enjoy seafood and a wide variety of fruits.

A great place to stay near the airport. Shutte service was a bit confusing at first but worked out great for both us and our adult children who joined later. You need to follow the instructions to book in advance and they confirm by whatsapp. My only real complaint was the resturant, even though it was not busy, the service was terrible.

Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful.
