Great
SSabina AncauMister Adrian took very good care of our luggage and was overall the most kind person we met in the hotel during our stay so we are very grateful to him and hope he is well appreciated by the staff and his supervisors x Reception, cleaning landy and airport shuttle drivers were also great and we send them our appreciation x We recommend the hotel and we will never book anywhere else’s after this lovely experience. Next time we are excited to try the spa, fitness centre and tennis courts as well. Many thanks to the owners and everyone involved for doing such a great job x 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 room 229 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 x

Very Good
AAnonymous UserPersonal experience: very responsive customer service, clear on some points while vague on others. We had to change apartments because the check-in procedure was completed on the same day instead of 48 hours in advance. However, we were not informed that this meant ”losing” our booked apartment. It was framed as a favor to us, even though we had already paid. They gave us a clean, well-kept studio apartment, but it was a 10-minute drive (54 minutes on foot) from our original choice, and the private bathroom was external. On the plus side, they were clear about the extra cleaning fee—which, while excessive, was communicated transparently right from the start.
