The hotel is located in the centre of Amarente.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming every day, and the breakfast team always greeted us with a friendly smile. Besides the standard breakfast items, they also offered several egg dishes, which was a nice touch. Our room was super comfortable, and the bed was so plush we just melted into sleep. We also had turn-down service every day, complete with two chocolates! We'd informed them beforehand that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine – such a thoughtful gesture! You won't regret choosing this hotel if you're visiting Porto.

This small hotel is new and clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast selection is quite delicious. There's a Chinese restaurant 100 meters to the left after exiting the hotel; and a Japanese ramen restaurant 15 meters to the left and then 20 meters to the right. Facilities: Sufficient for normal use; Cleanliness: Sufficiently clean; Environment: Conveniently located for walking distance to Porto's main attractions, most within 1000 meters. However, the cobblestone streets throughout the city aren't ideal for rolling suitcases. Service: All staff members were very welcoming.

Hotel with a good location, a beautiful view of the river, super attentive and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast and super comfortable and clean rooms, incredible indoor pool and jacuzzi, A REPEAT WITHOUT A DOUBT.

We stayed at 14th floor, which I would say offers one of the best views over the city! The hotel is very new with contemporary design!

ホテルの皆さんとても良くしてくださりました。 場所も観光するにはとても便利なところで、全て徒歩で行けます。最初に地図でロケーションを説明してくれるのでとてもわかりやすいです。また、今回は予約が取れませんでしたが、Blind という変わった思考のレストランがあり非日常を味わえる空間だと思います。ほぼ全ての部屋がスィートで、とてもスタイリッシュで、素敵な空間でした。

What a unique concept of a hotel. I really enjoyed my first experience in a Zero Hotel. The rooms are small, but it’s meant for you to get out of your box and explore the area! Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is well worth it. My only suggestion would be to address some of the rusting metal in the bathroom — I know the look is rustic, but the parts rusting were not part of the “look.” The location is great—you’re very close to all the touristy things but a little removed from the main streets. Friendly check-in staff.

Amazing hotel with great amenities, personnel, food. The only downside for me was that the gym lacked even the very basics (not even a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, just cardio machines).

The reception wasn't very friendly at first, and we were told that we couldn't actually check in. According to the reception, check-in is possible until 5 p.m. According to Trip.com, it's until 9 p.m. We arrived at 7 p.m. The receptionist on the day of our departure was very friendly and gave us a bandage upon request. Unfortunately, he didn't know that pilgrims on the way to Santiago are exempt from tourist tax. The location is beautifully green and quiet. The air on the hill is very clear. The facilities are very good, and the rooms are modern.

A pleasant stay, the hotel was perfectly located in the center of Porto, in the heart of the historic city, and the staff were attentive. The only caveat is that it's not accessible by car.
