Beautiful view and perfect location!!!!!! Great security and very kind crews. I want to visit this hotel again. Thank you for everything. But even though I booked rooms 2 months ago, Same day reservations were much cheaper. I was not feeling well.

Great place, lovely hotel, very comfortable. The bar has amazing views too, worth a visit. In a great location near the Gaia’s riverside.

The hotel is probably one of the best in Porto. Unfortunately the online experience had not been pleasant. I realised that I booked a non cancellation stay in advance prior to my trip. When my trip was changed and my Porto is extended from 3 nights to 5 nights. I asked both the agent (Trip/Expedia) and Iater through the hotel for modification of the dates. They refused after several tries. In the end, we decided to forgo one night due to change in air ticket and stayed for the duration of our stay. The remaining nights at Porto. We decided to defer to another hotel. If the hospitality service can be better we would have stay there throughout. This is unfortunate coming from highly recognised hotel here.

Can't find faults, the room is clean, spacious and the design is great. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Porto

The diverse selection caters to every palate, ensuring a revitalizing start to the day. But what truly captivated me was the ”breathing” bed. The mattress is the perfect level of firmness—not too soft to sink into, not too firm to be uncomfortable. It contours perfectly to the body, providing gentle support for every inch of skin. As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers exceptional service, a pleasant environment, a hearty breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable sleep experience, adding infinite beauty to your journey.

What a unique concept of a hotel. I really enjoyed my first experience in a Zero Hotel. The rooms are small, but it’s meant for you to get out of your box and explore the area! Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is well worth it. My only suggestion would be to address some of the rusting metal in the bathroom — I know the look is rustic, but the parts rusting were not part of the “look.” The location is great—you’re very close to all the touristy things but a little removed from the main streets. Friendly check-in staff.

This place is absolutely amazing. The quality of the service and the facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel has a great gym, sauna and steam room. It is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options including fruits and vegetables.

It's a perfect hotel except the bed is too fluffy. It is a large hotel, and the service in the hotel is very good, so there is no shortage of use for all ages. There is also a space in the lobby on the first floor where you can see your personal business, so I think it is a good hotel for those who work and travel. (Free self-washing machine, luxury machine-owned gym, rooftop rooftop, etc.) Locationally also in tourist spots and close to subway. It is a recommended hotel for long-term stays as there are many Boliang Market, mart, Starbucks where you can drink ice coffee, good ratings, and restaurants nearby.

The stay was very good, except the room was a little cold and you couldn't control the air conditioning. Not even at the hotel reception. At first, yes, but then it went back to the same thing.
