You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.
(You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours)
A recommended hotel.

A mountainous neighborhood near CDO city. You pay double price for a taxi ride (500 pesos). Beautiful landscape and breathtaking views.
The place is pricy but it's worth it. Not everything is impeccable. Plumbing needs renovation.
A very good complementary breakfast.
Peacocks outside!!!
The pool is exquisite - large and clean, with a city view.
We had a City View Superior room, highly recommend it

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not, because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

The ambiance of the place is lively and vibrant, with tasty welcome drinks and a superb bar. However, there were two experiences that required attention from the management for improvement. Firstly, after checking in, we found that there were no towels available in our room. We requested some from the front desk, but they were still not delivered by the time we returned from dinner, necessitating another follow-up. Secondly, after we had transferred to another resort, my husband realized he had left his charger at Unwind. Despite calling the hotel's mobile number, we were unable to reach anyone, so we decided to drive back (a 26km journey) to retrieve it. Unfortunately, when my husband inquired about the charger, he was informed that housekeeping had not found it. We are certain that it's the only place where we left the charger because we still used it in the evening. We just forgot to unplug it when we checked out and transferred to another resort.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam.
I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

Very courteous and helpful staff, from the entrance guard to the concierge, to the front desk and even the F&B staff and housekeeping! Everyone welcomes and greets you with a smile. The location is strategic, right at the heart of the city. Being adjacent to Ayala Mall Centrio is a plus too. You get to shop and dine and relax - all in the same area (building). Although it would have been nice to have a direct access from the hotel lobby to the mall (without having to go outside). Seda Centrio is the perfect choice for business travelers on official trips or families on vacation. The small gym has enough equipment for a chill workout and the pool is big enough to do some early. morning laps. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too!

Guest User

The property is undeniably beautiful, and we received a warm and welcoming arrival. Unfortunately, our first night’s room service dinner was not edible, which was disappointing, so we chose not to risk dining in again and ate out for the remainder of our stay. The pool did not appear clean, so we opted not to swim, which was unfortunate, although the grounds themselves were absolutely breathtaking. The room was stunning; however, the hotel was quite noisy, with very loud ambient music, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep each evening. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Recommend Nouveau but not highly.
