The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but several facilities, like the rooftop terrace, were closed. I think some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff was very friendly. However, the towels were worn, and the bed was poorly made—it only had a bottom sheet, not a blanket. The mattress was a bit hard, below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I'm leaving this review so they can restore the hotel to the high standard it deserves.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

The location was ideal for us and the hotel was very pleasant. We have felt very well for 14 days in this hotel. Very good rooms in the nearby surroundings and also the metro is not far away. Although Panama is not pedestrian friendly, we have walked very much.

After I booked this hotel I read some of the reviews that weren’t good. On arrival I was dreading what I was turning up too. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are of a large size Hotel is a little dated Has a small swimming pool Breakfast is served. Overall great value for the money Definitely would use again

I really love this hotel I've stayed here a few times. I got a great deal from trip talk, this hotel cost me $106 a night with breakfast. I will say breakfast was disappointing at best. Not four or five star amenity breakfast. The eggs and The Omelette were real and they really need got out of espresso or cappuccino maker the coffee tasted like smog. There is a place next door and I would order my customized coffee and bring it to the restaurant which is pathetic that I had to do. I like the pool I like the view I like the staff everybody's professional it's a top notch Hotel and this is the second time I've stayed here. I didn't have any bad experience only positives.

The scenery of the hotel is beautiful, many mangoes fell, and it was very pleasant to run downstairs in the morning. It is very convenient for business trips. I will book here next time. It's very good👍

The hotel is not terrible, good price and location but there are better hotels in similiar price ranges. Definitely not worthy of the Ramada name. I know they were closed for a time so maybe given some more time they can make necessary improvements. As it is everything just feels old and outdated. The room was small and felt cramped, though the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. The cleaning is timely and clean, the sofas change in time and the pool is regularly disinfected and filtered. The kitchen is very well equipped and very well equipped. I have been here for 20 days. Easy to buy around, excellent price and good price-quality ratio. I plan to stay here and I hope to see my friends commented come to live here. ¡It's really good!
