::))We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆
We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing
The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly
The spa was beautiful 🤩
The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect
It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna
The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise
Thanks so much for having myself and my family
It made our stay that much more memorable

GGuest UserMainly located by Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even made sure we had a lake-view room, so we could wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views every morning. It's also only a 30-minute walk from Queenstown town center.

AAnonymous UserJust a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a water taxi to the town center, and you can buy a Bee card right at the front desk. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and a morning stroll by the lake is incredibly refreshing. The room itself is also very spacious.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Wanaka has very new and well-maintained rooms. They're bright with great views of the surrounding scenery. The service details are excellent; they confirmed my needs before check-in and proactively asked if I needed any assistance during my stay. Overall, a great experience.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom was also quite large. We were on the ground floor, and outside there was a big yard with a table and chairs where we could sit, sunbathe, and have tea. It's not far from the city center, and the price, which was a little over 700 RMB, was super value for money. Just one thing: when I booked through Ctrip, the deposit deducted was a bit over 729 RMB, which converted to a little over 181 New Zealand Dollars. However, when I actually paid for the room with my credit card at the hotel, it was charged a bit over 185 NZD, which was about 3 NZD more. This extra charge might have been a service fee, so it's something to be aware of when booking in the future – paying with a credit card at the hotel might incur extra fees.

AAnonymous UserI arrived late and left my key on the lobby door. I checked in the next day. There are two floors, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lower one has a garage. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the tree in Wanaka.

The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. OOceanbreezeIt's a pretty good airbnb. The main selling point is that it has a huge garden with many fruit trees and some abandoned vineyards. There is a cat Oscar, a lazy sheep basking in the sun. At night you can see the entire southern hemisphere starry sky and the Milky Way.
The disadvantage is that there is no one to take care of me. I have to do everything by myself. The trip lasts for several days and I met the landlord John and several of his staff on the last morning.
