Nestled in a valley just 20 minutes from Queenstown, this hidden gem is a hidden gem. The hotel rooms are very fancy, and there's even an open-air bathtub, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa. The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel! It has a beautiful swimming pool and a really extensive breakfast spread. I especially suggest booking a lake-view room. You can take stunning photos from the balcony, watch the sunset, see steamboats cruise by, and even catch the Shark Jet Boat zipping across the lake. In short, it's absolutely beautiful!

Mainly located by Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even made sure we had a lake-view room, so we could wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views every morning. It's also only a 30-minute walk from Queenstown town center.

excellent view nice clean bed but the bathroom corners have some spider webs other than that its very nice and clean. very friendly staff and they even gave us a free upgrade which is always nice of them.

The hotel environment is great, with a quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery. It's also conveniently located for driving to Lake Wanaka and the city center. The staff were enthusiastic, and my check-in experience was very good. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with most facilities available, although some showed a little wear and tear. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for self-driving trips and holidays.

It is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from central Queenstown. The ecological environment is excellent, and there are rabbits everywhere at night. There is also a cat named Oscar, which is very cute. It follows you in as soon as you open the door. Very clingy and fun. The only downside is that the Asian cleaning lady had a so-so attitude.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom was also quite large. We were on the ground floor, and outside there was a big yard with a table and chairs where we could sit, sunbathe, and have tea. It's not far from the city center, and the price, which was a little over 700 RMB, was super value for money. Just one thing: when I booked through Ctrip, the deposit deducted was a bit over 729 RMB, which converted to a little over 181 New Zealand Dollars. However, when I actually paid for the room with my credit card at the hotel, it was charged a bit over 185 NZD, which was about 3 NZD more. This extra charge might have been a service fee, so it's something to be aware of when booking in the future – paying with a credit card at the hotel might incur extra fees.

I arrived late and left my key on the lobby door. I checked in the next day. There are two floors, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lower one has a garage. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the tree in Wanaka.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!
