Had amazing stay for 1 day. Were here before, loved swimming pool - 1.5 hour only but for toddler it was enough. Clean, neat, comfortable. Not crowded at all. Good place to rest from busy city life

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near Hyundai Premium Outlet. I chose a high-floor room with a lake view, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It made my holiday feel very special. There is a small minimart and a money exchange machine downstairs on the lobby floor, which was very convenient. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a kids’ club, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Very nice hotel with a rooftop pool nice gym and laundry room. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced with so many options it’s impossible to try everything.

It was good, but one thing that was disappointing was that the password was given via KakaoTalk instead of the room card, so it was difficult for the elderly to use. The same goes for the breakfast QR.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it seems that a couple of things have slipped since last year when we last visited. Firstly, the bathroom has a very strong smell of mold - which gets worse after you shower. I couldn’t see mold visible, but I suspect it is coming from the drainage. The smell is strong enough for a non sensitive person to notice it. There is also a strange smell in elevators, but I suspect it is related to people using the elevator to go to and from the pool. The breakfast seems to have gotten worse in terms of offerings from last year, but the staff are pleasant and helpful. The pool is great and well managed.

I just visited in the dead of winter, and the pillows at this hotel were way too high. I asked the front desk, and they said they didn't have any flatter ones, which led to me not sleeping well. Plus, the bed was quite hard. The air conditioning won't be turned on unless you ask, and you can't turn it on yourself. The underfloor heating distribution was also uneven; some areas were warm enough, but it wasn't sufficient for the entire room, so the perceived temperature was below a comfortable level. However, the staff's service attitude was excellent and very friendly. And getting to downtown Seoul from this hotel is incredibly inconvenient! In the middle of winter, going to Suwon Station means freezing outside for a bit while waiting for a bus, then walking a long way to transfer to the subway, and spending at least an hour on the subway. 😅 I'm here to travel, not to experience another commute! 😅 My review is based on my personal feelings, offering the most rational and factual assessment, and I hope it serves as a helpful reference.

Breakfast satisfaction Amenities lacking Hotel service satisfaction There was a swimming pool on the top floor, and the water was warm, so it was really nice. It was right in front of the hotel check-in area, so after checking in, changing clothes, and going to check-in, if you say you came to swim, they will tell you the price. You can just wear clothes and a hat and go in, or you can wear a swimsuit, but you can rent a swimsuit separately at the desk, so if you don't bring one, you can pay and use it.

The hotel is located 2.5 km from the nearest subway station and restaurants, making it less convenient for sightseeing. If your focus is exploring the city, I’d recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center. However, for business purposes, it’s a suitable option. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

We stayed here over the long weekend and we commuted into Seoul. We took a taxi to the nearest station and it was easy to get to from Gimpo Airport. We were unaware of the fact you had to pay extra to use the pool so we couldn't use it. The bed was clean, shower was was hot and the room was clean. The carpet in the room was a little outdated and I wished they used tiles or something like that, however it was a nice stay for 2 nights.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFormer Australia soldiers of 3 RAR travelled to Kapyong, to commemorate the Battle of Kapyong 24 April 1951 (in 2025). This brilliant accommodation is located a 2 min stroll over the Gyeonggi-do river to the Australia & NZ memorial, where a friendly well equipped convenience store sits below it. The Host property was spotless, as picture online and well maintained. The owner aims to be non invasive (monitoring from Wi-Fi cameras on the outside of the property) and to protect it. He saw our struggles attempting to light fire on a cold night and quickly drove down to assist :). The lovely store holder closed up shop (when we tried to order food) to take us down to his local family restaurant (for authentic Korean food, which to tried to offer for free and we persistently and politely declined, fantastic local hospitality towards us and in general. The host then drove us back into the Gapeyoung Train station when we tried to order a Taxi. Fantastic experience and would stay here again and highly recommend it. The lovely family run cafe in town: 886-5 Mokdong-ri, Buk-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

6670TRAVELFor a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.

GGuest UserLocation: 5/5 stars; This hotel is excellent for anyone attending shows, games, or conferences at KINTEX. Apart from the hotel inside KINTEX itself, this is the closest one. You exit the GTX line, walk through a small commercial area, and the hotel is right there. It takes about five to six minutes to walk from the hotel to KINTEX if you know the way, but if it's your first time, finding your way might take over ten minutes. Facilities: 5/5 stars; The hotel is divided into East and West wings and has all the necessary facilities and services. Right next to it is a small commercial street with restaurants and three or four convenience stores. Not far away are other commercial areas and a shopping center with an Olive Young and an entire floor of fast-food restaurants. On the back side of the KINTEX convention center, there are also various restaurants popular with locals. Overall, it's very convenient. Room: 4/5 stars; The room is very spacious, definitely living up to 5-star hotel standards, and the hygiene is good. The mini-bar in the room is complimentary, and it's quiet at night. The downsides are that the single bed is really small, and the room looks quite dated, giving off a 1990s vibe.

GGuest UserThis is a really good hotel! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, high quality and not too far from areas such as Gangnam and Lotte World. As well as, the subway station is close by. The area where the hotel itself is, there is a lot of restaurants and nice infrastructure. Will book again!

LLoveSarangbyDolores (YouTube)Wow...the pension was sooo very lovely, cozy, BIG, clean, inexpensive and was stocked with EVERYTHING! (It looked exactly like the pictures on their site.) The view was spectacular, as well! It was a short, 5-minute walk from The Garden of Morning Calm and was around the corner from a 7-Eleven, so it was sooo very convenient! The host seemed very sweet, as well, although my Korean friend is the one who spoke with him. I will definitely stay there, once again, in the near future! I pray God blesses your business for many years to come! Thank you, for your dedication in making us feel at ”home”! :) A fan from beautiful and sunny California, presently living in Seoul! Dolores
